Need to improve or it won’t last. Branzino was so simple, it’s nice when it has a crunchy skin, this was soggy. The seafood linguine was bland, was missing flavor. Waitress gave us the check before dessert arrived. Cuban music in an “authentic italian restaurant “ didn’t get it. We were seated on the back area and lights were too bright, need to add dimmers to make it cozy as the front area.
Very disappointing. We have dined here 7 times since the take over of D'Angelos. The food is innovative & really good. The new decor is outstanding and cozy. Unfortunately, the service is worse than a fast food drive thru. If you don't get Christian or Conrad as your waiters, don't even bother sitting down. We were seated yesterday at 7pm. Only 5 tables occupied the whole place. IN the course of 15 minutes, our less than competent waiter came over initially, dropped off the menus and never returned. No water at all even from the floor runners. While he gabbed away at another table about everything other than the menu, I was making another reservation at another Italian Restaurant also in Weston. Its sad in this day and age when you have an empty restaurant and get zero acknowledgment or can't even get a glass of water.
This Italian restaurant is a lovely addition to Weston! The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it perfect for gatherings or a nice day out. The customer service is excellent, and their wine selection is impressive, offering something for everyone. The salami options are top-notch, clearly of great quality, and the pasta is pretty good—though not particularly memorable. Desserts were just okay, but the overall experience makes up for it. It’s a great spot to relax, enjoy good food, and share great company.
Last night, I celebrated my birthday at Salumeria 104, and the service was excellent, with outstanding food. The best fiochi di pera with gorgonzola cheese I've tried in Florida, and the tiramisu was incredibly fresh. I highly recommend it.
Our first time since new owners and the place was packed last Saturday. Had to ask for bread 3 times. Their soda machine was defective so nixed any sodas. Just normal growing pains. Our server was excellent. Like the new decor. However, the Peroni draft beer is now being served in a smaller glass for the same price as before, iced tea served in smaller glasses so had to constantly ask for refills, and the food portions seem to be smaller. Food quality was as good and tasty as when they were Angelo Elia. We are long time regulars at A. Elia's for many years. We will be back and give Salumeria another chance.
We were fortunate to attend the opening weekend of this location to welcome Chef Angelo to Weston and Broward County. Long known as an award winning Chef, he has brought his expertise to our area with all of the same high quality food and service that one could find in many Michelin rated restaurants. Perhaps one day. In the mean time, we loyal friends and customers of this magnificent restaurant welcome them to Weston with the highest possible recommendation. We told the customers waiting for a table that they are in for a treat. You will be too.

Great food, great atmosphere. I had the Chilean sea bass and my companions both had the lobster ravioli. All three plates were completely empty at the end. Whatever you order, leave room for the almond cake. Incredible. I highly recommend salumeria 104 Weston.
Camile was great as the server. Atmosphere is great they renovated the restaurant and love the new look. Food is fresh and delicious. My favorite place to eat.

Last Night we went for a Birthday celebration, 3 of us ordered Linguine vongole, and we just tried one clam immediately we returned our plates because was horrible. Just one small bite and we get sick. Nobody apologized. We will never return to this new place.
Last night I went to celebrate my birthday with my friends. Some of them ordered linguine vongole and they got food poisoning. The manager didn t even apologize. I don t recommend this restaurant and I will never come back.
Nice Surprice in Weston ! The Italian cheese & prosciutto tables were great. The grilled swordfish & stuffed fiochi on the special menu were very good. We drank this Italian Primitivo red wine that was very tasty. We wrapped it up with an amazing Tiramisu.

I visited Salumeria 104 to check out a new place at Weston. Began with the Vitello Tonnato which is tye server highly recommended, featured creamy tuna sauce that paired perfectly with the thinly sliced Veal. For my main i had the spaghetti alla bottarga which was delicious. Finished off with lemoncello and panna cotta. Overall the food was great and the service truly stood out, I had Shpresa as my server and she was knowledgeable, attentive and ensuring customers satisfaction. The atmosphere and bar were beautiful cocktails and wine selection are great.
I had lunch here today and was impressed by the quality of the food and the exceptional attention of the staff. The atmosphere is cozy and elegant, perfect for a romantic dinner or a gathering with friends. The service was attentive and efficient, and our waiter recommended an excellent wine to accompany the meal.

Good place. We expected to find the same products that they have at Salumeria in Midtown and Coral Gables, we are regular customers of Salumeria, and both in Midtown and Coral Gables the products are the same, particularly the starter bread (Italian type), breadsticks, focaccia, etc I hope they standardize the products soon.
Mediocre . We came in with great expectations but starting from the accommodation (we have been welcomed by two ladies and made us wait without informing us about any waiting time) service (we have seen our server only one time) and food (classic Italian American food I was expecting something more authentic Italian the pizza my kids had was something not napolitan neither roman . Like pane focaccia with some tomato and cheese similar to Buitoni pizza frozen for those that knows what I m talking about , the fettuccine nothing special, calamari were gummy, Milanesa chewy and greasy) Expensive for the food quality. Not sure I will be back again
We have been sitting for 1 hour waiting for food. They did not bring us cutlery or napkins. We booked for 5 people and the table is for 4. I still cant comment on the food because Im still waiting for it... Its 10:43pm and were home to eat Milanese! We left. Our food never arrived but the table next to us, who arrived no less than 15 after us, was luckier. They received their dishes, very similar to what we had ordered. This place is a failure for us.
The food was excellent. Our server Connor was exquisite. The recommendations that he had for food and wine were on the spot. I really appreciate the care he showed and the taste of the food.
