Appetizers are great but dont order the steak dinners...tasted old and freezer burnt

Waitress was attentive and helpful. Food was delicious and well served!

I first purchased a family bundle grilled salmon meal. The salmon was burned. I decided to give it another try and purchased a chicken and shrimp meal along with an Atlantic salmon, a kids Mac and cheese, and a bang bang shrimp. The order was in preparing status for the longest. Upon delivery, the meals were ice-cold and not tasty at all. I think it is my last time buying food from Bonefish Grill. It has been only deceiving especially with their pricey menu.

I am usually a fan of Bonefish but that day the food was not the best. The service was subpar at best and it wasnt even crowded. I was very disappointed.

Left here tonight extremely disappointed! Went in to try the filet with topped lobster and was not satisfied at all. The lobster bisque soup was disgusting, Publix is way better! Our filet s were not cooked to ordered. I ordered mine medium well and butterflied so that it could be cooked properly and it came well done. My husband who asked for medium but his came medium well and butterflied without asking. I feel like they took one filet and said, Oh they want it butterflied, we ll cut it in half and give them each a half. The green beans were raw! It was just overall disgusting! If you want steak and lobster you re better off going to Outback and even though they re not a nice restaurant at least you can t be disappointed because there s no high expectation. The only thing I did enjoy was the bread and my drinks! So basically I paid $150 for two drinks and bread! It s an embarrassment and a shame to have gone out to eat and have spent $150 to leave hungry and unsatisfied!

I was very disappointed in the food and service. My Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer was the best part of my meal. My guest had the calamari appetizer which she did not like, We both wanted the crabcakes, but these are very different from the ones we were used to. No crab, just some type of breading. The garlic mashed potatoes were like a little hard rock, probably an instant type, and lastly my asparagus were not fresh, some type of frozen one that was steamed,. Overall, just a waste of my $103.68, plus $18.64 tip. Bonefish, you are better than this .

Bad service, never bring the bread we ask for bread. Food low quality, desert pumpkin custard was not ready.

The employees at the bar are wonderful. You can tell that they love their job and have regular visitors that come to visit during social hours. The bang bang shrimp and BLT nachos are always tasty. My corrective feedback would be the following: not allow customers to bring pets (a dog) into a restaurant, especially at the bar where a group of people sit close together trying to enjoy their meals. Everyone is not going to think your dog is cute while theyre eating. Its unsanitary. Some people are allergic to animal hairs, and its just not courteous to bring your pet into that type of environment. Service dogs are the only ones that should be acceptable, and they are usually on a mat on the floor at a regular table setting. I know the waitresses want to be friendly to everyone and gain continued support of the business, but all places have policies that people should adhere to.

Bonefish has just never been very good. Have been 3 times to 3 different locations and was never impressed. Just average food, but service is good.

My first time trying this place and I loved it! The espresso martini and pumpkin crème brûlée was delicious! Everything was prepared and served with the perfect touch. I always love going to this location because of 3 things specifically. 1. The quality of the food 2. The friendliness of the staff 3. The bartender(s) ALWAYS ON POINT with the drinks (I mean ALWAYSSSS!!!!) Couple of things I wanted to point out from my experience yesterday. My wife and I went out of town for the weekend to visit some long time friends and I wanted to go to the Bonefish that was there but we just didnt get the chance to because of life circumstances. We decided to forfeit the one that was out of town and go to this specific location. Our hopes and dreams were crushed when we walked in because they were so packed. The polite waitress explained that there was a banquet going on so the wait would be awhile and the only tables that were readily available were high tops and its a first come, first serve basis. My wife and I dont really mind high tops but we preferred the booths but all of those were taken so we made the decision to go for the high tops anyway. Once we sat down, my wife had to go to the bathroom so I was at the table by myself. Another party of people came in and sat next to us. They were about a family of 5 or 6 so the high tops started to fill up real quick. Once my wife was back from the bathroom, she sat in front of me and we were ready to order. Since the family that was next to us started getting a little intruding, the waiter that sat us down offered to sit us at another high top where it would be a bit more space. We accepted and the waiter politely took us there. Once we sat down, we already knew what we wanted for appetizers, Bang Bang Shrimp and an order of the Crab cakes. They are the absolute BEST!! Never, and I mean NEVER, EVER EVER get rid of those!! We took a look around the restaurant and it was indeed packed but the ambience and the friendliness of the staff was still on point despite the lack of vacancy. I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Beatrice. From the moment she came to our table and took our orders to the time we left, she was a darling. Such a gentle and warm heart. She took care of us and made sure we didnt need anything despite the restaurant being so busy. I ordered the shrimp and sirloin (medium well) with the rice and seasonal vegetables as the entree and my wife ordered the mahi mahi and shrimp for herself with garlic whipped potatoes with the seasonal vegetables as well along with the crispy potatoes (she started drinking a bit so she was overindulging a bit). Also, never get rid of that chimichurri sauce. My wife would die for it!! Everything was great and you couldnt really tell that the kitchen was busy because everything came out with great timing. Before we left, I put in an order for bang bang shrimp to go as well as those crispy potatoes and Beatrice had put in the order for us. We also had put in another order for another round of drinks (I had the coral reef punch and she had a long island ice tea). While we waited for the to-go order, we were talking and lost track of time so my wife had asked about the drinks because we didnt get them yet. Beatrice went behind the bar and whipped them up for us. Just an absolute delight! While we were nursing our drink, Beatrice came over with some desert for us waiting so long which was so heartwarming. It was the drunken coconut pie. It was hot, sweet, crunchy from the coconut shavings and just delicious. I had to give her a big tip for her taking care of us. I hope that this review reaches her and this restaurant and let you guys know to keep going. Keep up the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. The only ding I would say is that the mens bathroom stall door needs to be fixed but aside from that. Great place and I will be back.

Ate dinner at bonefish last night I had the Caesar salad with the grilled chicken. The grilled chicken was good, but the salad was terrible it looked old and wilted! And the portions on the other entrées at the table were very small.

Disappointed. I go to this Bonefish at least once a month, maybe twice. Today, I go for Happy Hour and ask the hostess to please clear a table in the bar area. She acknowledged me and then proceeds to move onto the next party without helping me. After asking another person, she advised me that the table I asked to be clear, was no longer a part of the self service and to see a hostess. Too bad they could not tell me that in the first place.

The food is always consistently good, as is the service. Love the bread and olive oil, the appetizers, and my favorite dish is the rainbow trout. Not expensive

To be completely fair, I ordered carry out. Nevertheless, I am a bariatric patient and had two people ordering with me. We ordered the mussels Josephine, they tasted delicious and are on point. I tried one of the mussels and it was great. We also ordered a steak medium rare with bacon Mac and cheese and broccoli, and I was told those were also cooked well and yummy. But the one thing I ordered for myself was the cod imperial, it was hella disappointing. Super over cooked and some parts so overcooked they were inedible. I was able to get a few bites from the middle but it s def not worth what I paid for the dish. Dietary restrictions: Protein only

We visited the Bone Fish location in Weston during the holiday weekend. Our waiter was excellent and the service was top notch as always! Bone Fish never disappoints!

Food wasnt nearly as good as all the previous times Ive been to Bonefish. The supposedly fresh from the oven bread was rock hard and not warm. The fish wasnt particularly warm when served and seemed poorly prepared. But was overall ok. Calamari was obviously old and really hard without much flavor. The bang bang shrimp, this was truly good, definitely their signature dish. Probably hard for the cook to screw this one up. Jumbo shrimp seller slightly over cooked, but was ok. Beans werent great, seemed under cooked. Food overall was just ok. I dont recommend this location and believe the cook is not good at this location.

I have dined at Bonefish Grill before on Federal Hwy, the food was excellent. I just recently went to the Weston location because I enjoyed my Salmon meal before. At the Weston location it was tasty but it was just too salty. I watch my salt intake but this was a bit much but the food had a lot of flavor! I usually let them know not to add more salt, I guess I will do that next time because I got to go back and try other food, like the bang bang shrimp/chicken. Good job, nice atmosphere, I enjoyed it! The worst experience! The fish restaurant doesnt know how to cook fish. The fish was dry and overcooked, the rice was old and cold. This birthday was ruined by bad service and terrible fish!

Havent been here in a while and recently moved back into the area. Sadly quality has taken a nosedive and you can liken the quality of this food to Ikea fastfood... My family of 5 and I were all disappointed with the exception of my teenage son who enjoyed his fish & chips :-/

This is one of my favorite new restaurants. I love the new happy hour that they have the drinks are superior. The cocktail menu is so good. You could mistake it for an extremely expensive restaurant.

Just really BAD! BURNED MAHI, SHRIMP,BROUGHT HARD ROCK HARD BREAD OUT. Waitress nice, took 30 minutes with no one there to get burned food! Weekday 820 p.m. like we dont want to work attitudes!!! We were condescending attitude by manger! Ill say dont tell a lady to shush! In any way shape nor manner. Thanks for a terrible time and condescending, dont you talk. I think you know when-! Just know you never act like your powerful, to a lady possibly more so than you! Goodluck keeping a position of Manager! Back handed shush is not in my arena

Jef was a great server! He attended to every need and was extra caring to our mother during her 85th birthday celebration. We will definitely be back! Our only complaint is that we called for reservations several days before and requested a location that when we arrived was taken. However, it all worked out because we got to have Jef as our server who was amazing.

Atmosphere was good. My husbands lobster was undercooked. He requested a replacement meal that should have take. 5 minutes. The rest of our party finished meals and still no replacement. We canceled it. Barely an appology beyond we are busy. expedited easy meal. Shame on them a 300.00 meal and 1 did not eat.

Jef was phenomenal! He made great recommendations and constantly checked to make sure our glasses were full and our needs were met. These days it is hard to find staff that loves what they do. Smoked whiskey was AMAZING!!!

This Bonefish never ceases to fail!!! The Tuna Sashimi crunch is sooo amazing its one of my favorites and the seafood pasta they have you can even add mussels if you like for an extr charge, the chilean sea bass with mango salsa is delicious as well and the kung pan Brussel sprouts are delicious!!! I dont think anything on the menu disappoints.

I am actually shocked at the service I received at this Bonefish today. I ordered a takeout order that was supposed to be ready at 6:52pm. I arrived to curbside pickup at 7pm. After 10 minutes, I went in to get my order since they hadn t come out with it. I was told it would be out shortly and to wait in my car. At 7:25, I saw an employee bringing several orders and none were mine. I told her I don t understand why mine is taking so long and she decided to tell me I should have come inside for it. What? I did that even though hello, it s CURBSIDE! She was rude. I went in as they were bagging my order (over 30 minutes late) and asked to speak to a manager. You would think a manager would be more apologetic and even offer a dessert or something. What s it to them? How much food gets thrown away a night and it would have been a kind gesture after the money I just spent. Just a simple I ll talk to her Really? Bad business and customer service skills. Very disappointed

We had the pleasure of being taken care of by Josh today. All of the food was superb. We went here for Easter dinner. I am an avid diner, but I have to say this is the first time I ve been blown away from a restaurant in a while and I m surprised because Bonefish is a chain. Our cocktails were well balanced, and nicely garnished. We enjoyed muscles and the tuna poke as our appetizers, and then we shared the bistro filet imperial style with The large portion of bang bang shrimp. The only reason I cannot give this restaurant five stars is because the hosts took a little too long to greet us, We were standing there awkwardly a little bit before anybody said anything to us. Everything else was superb and this is the first restaurant that has me excited to go back in a while. Thank you, to Josh for the service and the wonderful chefs who prepared all of our food today!

My husband and I just left out of this place. Horrible experience. Jeff was our waiter and at first he made jokes and served our drinks. Fine. But then we were wondering when he will take our order. We felt like he totally forgot about us. We paid our drinks and left. Jeff tired to explain himself but it should not be explained. Manager was did not even apologize. Just asked how we can come back here next time. He seemed like he did not care too much since they were about to close. I use to go here with my mom. But we are not coming back. Thanks to Jeff and the manger for a fantastic experience.

My husband and I have been coming to this location for over 20 years! We love the service and consistency of the food! We love the staff Lauren, Lece, Michelle, Mary, Alex, Kiara. Beatrice, Sasha, and more but today We wanted to acknowledge the Manager Chris who exceeded our expectations when our very dear friend was deathly ill and made a mess at the table twice and Chris cleaned up after her with empathy and professionalism! My friend ended up having emergency surgery appendicitis all went well but the way Chris made her feel was amazing and comfort her in her embarrassment and made her feel much better. Thank you Chris for making such an uncomfortable situation feel so much better! We will never forget how you handled it and made us feel so comfortable! Looking forward to many more dinners at this Bonefish location!
