Hooters in Weston

I recently visited your Hooters location and was disappointed with the extremely poor service. We received incorrect drink orders and no effort was made to correct the mistake or offer an apology. In my opinion, this issue may be a symptom of poor management. I hope youll take my feedback seriously and take steps to improve your service

Awful!!! This restaurant is full of creepy old men looking at all the beautiful servers!!! Definitely not kids friendly and even less on weekend! The food was nasty and tasted like pure oil and blandness the smell of burning oil was also very strong. It s also a VERY loud place. And the food looked really bad as well Kid-friendliness: DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!

Hooter is and always will be Hooters.

So we ended coming to Hooters in Weston by chance, we were supposed to go to a next door restaurant but their menu wasn t kid friendly, last minute we decided to give Hooters a try. My family has never eaten there before. During our meal a waitress walks by going to the restroom and she reaches into her pocket and unknowingly to her a dime bag of cocaine falls out her pocket on to the floor and she didn t realize it continued to the restroom. At this point my 10 yr and 7yr sons saw the bag on the floor. Another 2 girls probably middle schoolers saw the bag on the ground and called their mom to come see. The waitress came out the restroom and realized her dine bag was on the floor and scooped it up pretending like oh my goodness what is this on the floor grabbing a napkin from the bar to pick it up then heading to the back kitchen area. Wow, will definitely never ever visit a hooters ever again.

Excellent place, familiar and with great service

I love the nachos!!! Wings are ok and skinny. The cocktails prices are misleading. They show one price for one cocktail on the menu card and below it are all of the rest presented in the same manner but without a price, so one my think is the same price until you get the check. No one tells you anything about it. I gave it a 3 on Atmosphere because the design of the place makes the sound bounce so bad from the ceiling and walls that you can barely and hardly hear the person across the table.

50 boneless to go, ordered with blue cheese and only got one miserable blue cheese.

Our family had a big get together at the Hooters in Weston. MacKenzie gave us very attentive service and all the food was excellent. We enjoyed wings, burgers, appetizers and drinks. We will definitely return again in the future. :)

Celebrated my sons birthday here. They did a great job making him feel special and of course making sure everyone knew. The food was good. I had the mahi mahi. The server did a wonderful job. Would definitely go back.

This place has different prices than shown on menu for takeout. I work close by and have came here for lunch a few times but I m not coming back, I ll go next door and get much better food at half price. $40 bucks for 20 boneless wings is a slap in the face especially when 10 boneless is $10 for dine in during lunch but I have to pay $40 to takeout 20. You need to advertise the correct price for takeout. I won t be back.

I always feel so comfortable going here as a woman because all the girls are so nice. I love the food and obviously my boyfriend doesn t mind when I ask him to go here either lol. It has a great happy hour and it s one of my favorite affordable spots.

This was surely the best Hooters burger I ever had. I know its a chain and everything is supposed to be the same. But the meat patties seemed much thicker and jucier than the other Hooters burgers Ive had

Terrible service. We waited for 25 min but no one came. We got up and as we were leaving we let a waitress know why, She just said ok. No apology, no nothing. The place wasnt even busy

In my opinion Weston Hooters is the best Hooters is south Florida. Their legendary wings have no match. Service is always good and a combination of sporty and family atmosphere.

When we got our bill, I looked at the total price and gave the waitress my credit card. After the waitress ran my card, she gave me credit card so that I could sign it and add a tip. My friend who is a regular at Hooters told me that the tip was included. So I went to look at the bill breakdown and realized that she never gave me back my original itemized bill like all restaurants normally do so I could not check to see if the tip was included. I had to ask one of the staff members and they told me that the tip was included. If my friend had not told me that the tip was included, I would never have known it since she didnt give me back my original bill and we were only a party of 3. I would not expect my tip to be included for a party of 3. My friend said that he had paid an additional tip several times before he realized they automatically added a tip. Apparently they make a habit of not giving you back the itemize bill with your credit card slip which I feel is a dishonest and sneaky practice.

A go to spot for locals for lunch and dinner. Hooters is basically a South Florida mainstay. Wings never disappoint and lynch specials are always a plus.

Whats to say, wings and beer, cant go wrong. Also friendly staff.

Walked in to get some wings and a couple of beers, sat at the bar with only a few other people there and plenty of seats. I then sat there there for a 2-3 minutes while the bartender walked past at least three times without once A) looking my way B) acknowledging that I was there, or let alone C) actually saying, hey, I be with you in a second. While she wasn t doing any of the above she talked with other employees behind the bar and then began talking with another customer seated at the bar and then after some banter took another order for a beer from that customer. Sensing that she didn t want any further business for the evening, or at least didn t any any business from me, I got up and left. BTW - the wings and beer are excellent at the Yard House (Sawgrass).

Service is historically slow specially during lunch time.

An extremely excellent place, good treatment from the attractive ladies, the food mmmm here in the US they are used to eating with a lot of condiments for those who like it thats fine.

Ive been in and out of the hospital the last few months. Had friends come into town. From all over Florida. Even though they do not take reservations. The manager Mr. Depalo. Made sure everyone was aware. We were coming. They set us all up out back. In the patio close to the bar and water scenery. It was a great time. With food, drinks and laughs. Something I had been missing for awhile. I am thankful there are still people like Mr. Depalo. Instead of saying theres nothing he could do. And move along. He made it happen.

I was a fan of Hooters, their wings made you dream, however this time I felt that something changed, it is not the same flavor. There were only 3 girls serving the entire restaurant, which impacted time. I think its time for a review.

We have been to this establishment three times recently and enjoyed excellent food and service. Cleanest, friendliest Hooters ever!

This is probably my favorite Hooters location. Probably because it s newer, cleaner, and a lot more spacious. Has a nice size indoor and outdoor bar with good seating. The service is always good too. The parking can get a little hectic but that s because it s in a plaza with other stores and restaurants but all in all very easy to get to.

The Miami Hurricanes are playing and you have numerous customers wearing the team s paraphernalia and you can t play the audio of the game????? Wow!!!

Always very clean, waitresses are nice and they re very attentive. One funny thing we noticed though was the PC on the menu was taken to a new level. No longer can you order (blackened) chicken or mahi it s now bronzed chicken or mahi

Great wings & value here - my favorites are the smoked wings both jerk & garlic habanero. Currently my favorite wings at the moment. Service is decent, orders sometimes take a while to come.

Chicken wings and excellent variety of beers and cocktails...

Yesterday I was watching the Miami Heat s game when a cockroach crawled on my neck then the staff did not even say a good sorry I am giving this review because they need to clean the restaurant better this kind of stuff can get it shut down. The staff thought that I was lying to get a free meal (I guess) and the staff also know about the cockroach problem this makes me mad and my family I highly doubt I ll come back ever again

My wife and I stopped here twice on vacation and had great experiences both times. Food was great and service from our waitress and bartender were excellent as well!

This is the nicest Hooters I have ever visited. Ive been here a few times and never had any issues. The staff is always very nice and the restaurant is always nice and clean!

Never coming back here again. Came with 2 friends to enjoy the 4th of July and parked the bike out front where we could see them. (They were not blocking the entrance or side walk, they were just in a corner of a building next to trash can). The manager at first suggested that we moved the bike so that the cops wouldn t give us tickets, he then started making calls going outside to look at them and pointing at them while talking to his staff. 10 minutes later, the manager threatened to call BSO if we didn t move the bike. He could ve just asked us to move the bike instead of doing all this and we would ve moved them even though they didn t bother anybody. He shouldn t be a manager.

The wings here are 10/10 and you can always get a good beer or cocktail deal here if you re looking for one.

We come here on most saturdays due to ease of getting seated with 3 kids. All of the kids like the food selection. This time when we came our usual order was scaled back, and when I asked the manager her said that s the way it has always been. We pretty much come here every Saturday for a quick and easy lunch so we know that is not true. He offered to remake the item, but did not see a point if they are scaling back. My food was also cold. I m sure it could have been heated up without a problem but I don t really love microwaved shrimp. Unfortunately we will not visit this location again.

I do think that Hooters should also have female managers. The guys are usually jerks. Female managers would be a lot nicer dealing with the customers.

I ordered 20 wings from door dash. Wings arrived with no sauce on them at all. I called and was told I could drive there to pick up sides of sauce. I said I should get a new order and have it delivered. Manager said he can t do that but I could pick up side sauce. To far from my office so I doubt I will order from this location again.

Came here for my brother from another mother bday. Had a couple of shots after a hard, long day of work. Nice atmosphere with good service.

After a very long time on not setting foot in a Hooters GF brought me over here because of the wings. Now I ve had wings before but had forgotten what Hooters had to offer. The Weston location was the one closest to us and when we arrived we were told to seat ourselves. Picked a spot and Paulina had served us. She was super friendly. Both us had our wings naked, mine were sauced in the Chipotle honey while hers had the sauce on the side. Both of us had celery and i had to order a basket of curly fries and my GF had a salad for her side. My wings were super delicious. I thought that they were going to have kick due to the chipotle sauce but it was more sweet than spicy. I was very amused. My GF enjoyed hers too. The fries were delicious. Overall my experience was great and I can definitely say that this location offers some hot and tasty wings.

The food quality here started amazingly good during the first year but since late 2021 has gone on the decline. Wings have way less meat, are served like they were sitting on heat lamp for several hours and someone just microwaved them for 1 minute and soak them in grease and sauce. Service is very decent and love the outdoor deck. They just need to bring the food quality back to its former glory so I can boost the ratings back to 5 stars!

No atmosphere or feel at all. Didnt even have music out on the patio. Bartender was nice. Looked like she was serving the whole store. 10 oz domestic draft for $5 is a bit steep for this place in my opinion

By far the worst quality of hooters I ve ever had. The Buffalo chicken sandwich was over cooked to the point it was a dry hard rock. The Buffalo sauce was so little the sandwich tasted more like the oil it was cooked it than the sauce on it. The extra side sauce I ordered wasn t even halfway filling the sauce cup it came in. The bread must have been left in the open air because it was hard with the firmness and texture of stale bread. Then after a 10-15 minute wait for the food the fries somehow came out of 325 degree oil and landed on my table barely lukewarm. The place wasn t even busy I strongly suggest management pay more attention to the kitchen and what they are putting out. The Hooters in Doral is always 3x busier than this place is and puts out quality every time. No excuses, this is a management issue. I feel like I got robbed.

Got a waitress that didnt want to work. Our waitress was in a hurry. She kept asking if we needed or wanted anything which is appreciated, but it was like she wanted us to finish and leave. Then my friends burger was over cooked and it was the wrong burger. He was fine with it being the wrong burger but it was over cooked and he tried eating it but was unable. He let the waitress know it was the wrong burger and over cooked. She came back in a few minutes with 2 onion rings and offered to bring a new patty. Instead of asking what could she do to make it right.

The best hooters in the area and possibly in southern Florida. It has tables overlooking a lake. Spectacular attention. The restaurant is nice. They are not wrong about anything. Good management is evident. Clean bathrooms. I have been several times and I live more than 20 miles away.

I love this hooters so much Taryn was amazing she gave amazing service so nice so extraordinarily unique! The food was great.

We told him that the dog is a service dog and he started to question us...he doesnt know that this is ILLEGAL...he was addressing my husband with papo....omg...!!!Shame!

This is the second time I ve gone to this restaurant and both times the service and food was terrible. The waitress walked by our table 3 times and didn t acknowledge us. The server brought me the wrong beverage. She then brought half our order and forgot the other half. After we told her she brought out the wings and they were cold. Basically the entire order was wrong

Whats up Googlers!!!! I want to tell you about my favorite Hooters spot. I want to tell you if youre ever craving chicken wings you have to get them from Hooters. My top three favorite sauces are the Hot /BBQ and BBQ Chipotle . This Hooters has to be there most beautiful Hooters restaurant, The location is very nice with a small man-made lake beautiful landscaping around the area. I highly recommend that you order french fries with whatever you are eating, Ive said this for many years Hooters has the top 5 french fries in America you can never go wrong with their homemade season curly fries with the classic queso cheese sauce dip it just goes perfect together hand-in-hand. I highly recommend the chocolate cake too and there nachos with steak or chicken. if youre going in with 2 or more people just order 50 wings and beer and call it a day. The vibs are always right with cool music and theres literally TVs going all the way round the restaurant. Always playing some kind of sport entertainment events what ever is live playing . The hospitality its incredible and nothing but Amazing the GM and management team is very sharp always on top of everything always making sure that the greetings the service and the product up to standards...Im telling you this is my favorite Hooters.Can I tell you how beautiful and elegant intelligent smart and funny the most incredible womans that I have ever met in my lifethese ladies Are!. Im telling you these girls are like a pack of lioness Nothing is getting in their way, absolutely professionals at their craft. You can go to the front bar grab a table or go to the back outside bar doesnt matter youre going to have a great time. The menu is incredible the service is absolutely incredible bring your family bring the soccer team bring the baseball team bring everybody every one going to have a great time Hell yeah brother!!!. I went today with my 2 chihuahuas they are my emotional support animals and the manager kicked us out of the restaurant, I asked the hostess she said I can come in with my dogs and after we were sitting they said no, worst experience in my life
