Crazy, i ordered a roast beef cheddar double meal got my pop and poutine but not my roast beef sandwich.. already overpaid for a sandwich just to not get it
LINK DOESNT WORK, WHY REACH OUT IF IT DOESNT HELP???.Ordered the new Roast beef 3 cheese but meal, wanted krinkle fries for my poutine what I got was Turkey sandwich, curly fries poutine, no extra sauce like asked. So didn't have dinner threw it out.
Restaurant was clean. Staff friendly enough but never asked my name. Cheese was almost invisible on the Reuben. Meat less plentiful and I can’t help but believe that was due to using a coupon. Food was better on Howard Avenue.
Staff were polite but food wasn't worth what was spent. Meat was dry in the roast beef sandwiches very little cheese and BBQ sauce, bun was older and over toasted. Mozzarella sticks were cool, did not feel recently fried. Curly fries were perfect. Their gyro and turkey pitas are absolutely amazing and their saving grace. They are flavourful, meat was juicy on both and good size.
2 for $10 beef sandwich deal was generous in quantity , taste wise could have been a little better as the meat was little dry and sauces were little less .

Just had 4 Jr Beef and Chedars with extra cheese, curly fry and a pop. They were fresh and tasted good. My meal cost $19.93. For that price, I think a little more attention to the amount of meat on these Jr's should be payed attention to. I didn't walk in with coupons and I don't complain about the price. When you open your food and see most of the meat on one side, you just don't feel the love. Especially when paying $20 for lunch. The place was clean, maybe a table or two was dirty when trying to find a seat but it was lunch time, I got over it.
NO FREE WIRELESS !!! ??? As an individual that works from my laptop, I expect every chain restaurant to offer free Wi-Fi. They give you a 30 min session, but you have to provide your email address. Wi-Fi is available, but NOT FREE. At this location, all staff seemed to be females over the age of 50, which is fine, but the serviced I received was as if I was bothering them. Bizarre. Sitting down to enjoy my meal, I had annoying Xmas music blaring in my ear which was borderline religious. Luckily I had earphones with my laptop. After my meal was finished, I had 15 minutes to use their trial Wi-Fi from Cogeco. Overall, I probably won't eat-in here anytime soon, unless I'm forced to. I encourage the owners and managers to use this feedback as constructive feedback to improve, and modernize, their restaurant.

Unfortunately our Beef and Cheddars last night, were not very warm, and most of all. There was barely any cheese? Disappointing when the cheese is our favorite part. After the cost of them. To stinge out, and risk losing customers? I know well think twice next time now!
If youve had this for lunch, dont even bother making evening plans because your fate is sealed. The room temp roast beef and soggy cheese may seduce you away from your better judgement, but you should know better. Or at least plan better. Dont have anything important to do 6-12 hours after ingesting this food because when the judgement strikes you will have exactly 12 seconds to find a toilet or decide if pooping your pants is an acceptable outcome. In life we all take risks, and this is one roll of the dice where I saw snake eyes and thought I could beat the house... Nobody beats the house.
The food was bland as heck, The only redeeming item was the orange frosty drink and even that could have been more orange flavoured. Also super it was super expensive for fast food.
The lady working the counter named Wanda was amazing at her job! Friendly and had our orders out fast! She is a true asset to your company!
Love the home style restaurants. patrons care about waitresses, cooks and all staff ,and waitresses cooks and other staff care about patrons.

Drive thru order. Order food for the family and myself Drove all the way home 12mins away to find out my double roast beef sandwich has Swiss cheese on it. So I set the family up to eat then I drive back and go inside spoke to manager saying I was here about 30mins ago and said my sandwich is incorrect. They made me a new sandwich said sorry and have a nice day... Zero compensation for me driving back and now me eating alone with my cold fries. Not even a coupon.. I guess my time and fuel is free.
Their beef n cheddar was amazing, and I liked the curly fries too. Wheelchair accessibility: Did not have any difficulty entering or exiting the restaurant. Was able to have chair moved so I could drive up to the table without difficulty. I was with someone who was able to carry the tray of food, however I do not believe that I would have had any difficulty asking a staff member for assistance.
We always enjoyed Arbys
We bought and ate two guiros this evening bring them home and haven t stopped puking it s nasty and we will never buy anything from them again. Such burning pain not nice at all so everyone be aware of what you buy and where you get it from. I give then the worst review I can wow.

Counter person not personable, while handing me order didn t even acknowledge me. Forgot to give me horsey sauce - when went back to counter to get it I waited almost 5 min and had several employees walk by me and didn t even ask what I needed, just ignored me. While sitting eating a team meeting was going on in the restaurant assuming manager going over numbers with staff - a few times heard staff swearing (real professional). Overall poorly operated.
Fast food. Its good. My favorite is the bacon cheader delux witha large curly fry( only fast food to have them) and a large drink. Yummy. I also like there rubbin sandwich as well. Hope to be back soon.

My dbl beef and cheddar was delicious. The curly fries poutine was good but a bit on the salty side. Drive thru was quick and the serving lady was friendly. She gave me lots of Arbys sauce too.

Market Gresh turkey and Swiss is the bomb. Great taste and flavor fresh made to order and never had a bad order. Better than their beef and cheddar everyday of the week.
I find this restaurant has its own sauce and its worth going for once in a while. Live there sandwiches and curly fries . Lots of room plenty of seating area, clean and a friendly atmosphere.

I work right next store to Arby s at Harvey s and sometimes I go there during my lunch break because I m not in the mood for Harvey s anymore. I ve been there twice in the last couple of weeks and the atmosphere was cold. The girl at the cashier didn t even say hello, gave me attitude because I asked for a sandwich and didn t specify if it was a combo or not. Furthermore, she kept sighing the whole time. That s unacceptable. The food came out good but they kept pressuring the cook to ask when the food is coming out while she was just standing there. Even though I work by that location, I don t think I ll be coming back if that cashier is here.

ordered reuben and poutine. Reuben was, as usual, the best in town. Unfortunately the poutine fries had been sitting under the heat lamp all day and were dark, hard and not edible. They charged me $4.89 + tax for this. It would have been much cheaper for both of us had they just thrown their garbage out. An expensive error for them, damaging their good name -- a $5.00 lesson for me --
Thank you for responding positively to my post. My experience was one of many like experiences over the past months that I feel (with the others) is a bi-product of Covid frustration . In your case, it was a heads up for staff to be more careful. No one is perfect, but you at Arby s have acknowledged the error (and we all make them) all of the others did not care. Thank you and I am still a customer and I know freshness will always be available at your outlet.

Tonight ordered some beef & cheddars, two sliders, turnovers and some extra sides of cheddar cheese sauce. I was beyond shocked at how fresh the sandwiches are, everything is pleasantly hot, not messily made, good amount of sauces, the entire order was correct and delicious!! I have had bad experiences in the past with food and service but tonight was perfect!!
