Scammed out of promotions. No rice given, and taste was very sub-par. I will never return.

Worst experience ever. Very disappointed from their customer service, the girl who take orders is very rude she doesn t know how to talk to a customer. Very very disappointed. First of all they should know how to behave with a customer.

I just tried the restaurant today and it was really good I had the chicken curry and butter Naan and it so good so really recommend the restaurant

I ordered Chole bhature for take out from Hurry Curry today. I really liked it so much. There was this Lady who took my order, She was very polite and equally fast in serving my order. I am really impressed with the taste, packaging and customer service

I want give you 0 star but there is no option for it , never come here to eat, I ordered dahi bhalla & samomsa both are smelly and taste less and too old Food

Kadhi pakora didn t have any pakora in it. Chicken and mutton curry didn t taste good, seems like boiled chicken and meat in gravy base.

I went to get some food to the tecumseh location on July 8 near 4:00 pm. The Indian girl with the spectacles who works there seriously has some issues. She has a lot of attitude ( don t know for what reason ) and really negative vibes. Did not greet at all. No hello , no smile whatsoever. She took my order with a lot of arrogance as if she was forced to work there and is working for free. She very rudely told me that they will charge extra for a sauce which is very uncertain as I get food from this place every week and they don t charge for a small sauce. Sauce is a very petty thing , but the issue was with how she talked. I asked her name which she did not provide and called the owner on the phone to let me know that there is charge for the sauce ( how petty and shallow is this ???? ) I talked the owner ( the owner rashmi was nice and friendly ) and she told this girl to not charge for sauce. Even after that she had too much arrogance which is why I cancelled my order and told her that I am cancelling it because of how rude and unwelcoming her attitude was. Don t work in customer service if you do not have the right skills. Stay home and keep this attitude to yourself.

Worst customer service experience ever. Girl working in day shift has a attitude, extremely rude. Owner should change the staff. You should not work in customer service with those kind of attitude. I will never visit Hurry Curry in Tecumseh mall. Would recommend other people to go to Devonshire mall Hurry Curry there staff is so nice and welcoming.

The customer service provided by this girl Pooja is amazing. She s so professional and polite and handles the store amazingly. She definitely deserves a shoutout for handling the front and back independently without any help and providing exceptional customer service skills and super duper yummilicious food I crave for. Thanks Ms. Pooja you re the best.

Yesterday i met a guy named Sahib in hurry curry I ordered a veg thali and he served me in very polite manner and the food is really delicious but more than anything his way of serving is much praiseful now i love hurry curry.

Poor customer service and quantity at the Tecumseh mall location the girl at the counter gave half the quantity of the food given at other locations in Windsor and said this is the only amount we are allowed to give. However that is incorrect as I am a regular at all 3 locations in Windsor and this is not the usual quality given. POOR POOR POOR SERVICE AND QUANTITY..

Having come from Toronto to Windsor on a visit , , I tried Chola Bhatura at Hurry Curry (Tecumseh Mall). The Bhaturas were freshly prepared and loved the delicious Cholas.

The hostess was very polite. Had the Chana Bhatura, which was freshly made and it was delicious.

Be aware they will serve extra oily, extra salty and many times stale food. In couple of occasions me and my wife both got food poisoning after eating at this place.

Food was delicious but the service was really sub par The server was on her phone, on a personal call the entire time, and didn t say hello, or smile once while taking my order. I was very friendly but didn t not receive the same attitude or service back. This seems to happen every time I go here.

I just love their food it s the Best. One of my Favourite is the butter chicken. The service is awesome everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful. Especially when you can t pronounce half of what s on their menu. Thank you Hurry Curry

I have tried Channa Bhatura at other Indian restaurants and buffets and was skeptical to try it at the Mall but yesterday we went ahead to order it and was surprised that the Channa Bhatura at Hurry Curry was very good. Its delicious. Highly recommended.

Ordered butter chicken - pricey and tasteless, the chicken was swimming in unsavoury tomatoes sauce, all the creamy ingredients and spices that give savour to this dish, were definitely missing. I dont recommend this place.

An indian girl worked on day shift on August 8 2022 behaved very rude and arrogant when i asked for third meat with non veg thali. She said she dont even care what you get and a lot of attitude she said she works there for two years. She was arrogant and irritated to serve me and I dont understand how she behave like this to a customer. When i asked her how much you charge extra for the third meat , her response was it is not me who charge you extra, it is company who charge you extra. It is not coming to my pocket and i will give you the receipt She really has some issues and not fit for customer service clearly. NEVER SERVE FOOD LIKE THIS . SHE BROUGHT SHAME TO THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY

We feel so badly because one indian girl who is in the counter behaves not in a good manner..

The girl who works there has a problem with people/customerss, and the food is overpriced, Went to this place two days in row, the first day we had to wait around for 10-15minutes just for the girl to come to us and say give her 10minutes as she had too many pick up orders, even though we waited for almost 15minutes she never took our order or said anything to us so we had to leave, When We went the very next day the same person was working there, we got the half butter chicken with naan which was in their menu/tv display for 11.49$ but we were charged 15.49$ And she told the prices are not the same anymore, and got an extra naan they charged us 5$ to which I thought their prices are out of control, and that girl, she carries so much attitude towards customers for some reason, Please don t go there, the place is not customer friendly.

I used to like their chana bhatura, but due to the poor customer service, I am never going back to this place. I have visited them on Monday, first we had to wait at the counter for 15 mins to see if anybody is there and after that a girl came out instead of greeting us she said that we have wait for another 10 mins because she already has some orders pending. She could ve take our order and asked us if we can wait instead of saying that she can t take our order. Still we waited there for approx. 15 mins but she didn t acknowledge us so we had to leave. Then I went yesterday to get some food, first she said she doesn t have what I needed and after that I ordered something else then she charged me extra on that saying that the display price is wrong and they raised the prices of the food. If you wanna try Hurry Curry s Food, I recommend to visit Devonshire or Manning location but not this one.

I had a difficult time hearing and understanding the young lady taking my order. When she repeated my order to the cook through the window..I asked if I could pay and sit while I waited for the food to be prepared. I had my daughters with me and did not want to leave them alone. She told me she could only punch in my order but she was not aloud to handle cash and that I had to wait for the cook to take me cash. After 15 mins of standing and waiting at the register..the cook came out (no gloves) took the money and went back into the kitchen. I know your thinking (he could have taken gloves off in the kitchen and put knew ones on.) No...I saw his hands through the window handing his worker the food. So this guy is handling food and cash. (Grose) I finally get my butter chicken and the chicken its as tough as the leather sole of someone shoe. I couldnt chew it. The flavor of the sauce was fine but a little runny. The only thing fresh and decent was the plain Nann bread. I paid $20 for butter chicken, plain Nann and a canned beverage. Total hiway robbery.

The lady who took our order was the nicest Hurry Curry employee that I have seen till today. Very kind , polite and welcoming person. December 3rd 2022, @5:30 pm.

I was in Windsor since 1.5 year but never had thali till date. Finally I felt happy after trying thali (or combo meal) here at a pretty decent price. It is the real Indian cuisine and a must try. Great service too.

I absolutely love this little curry place! Theire prices are really not that bad and they give you quite a lot of food too! My husband loves really spicy food, however I can not eat spicy food at all, so usually gets their beef curry and rice and I usually get the butter chicken and rice, and I honestly cant say that I have ever been let down!!

Musallah, naan and salad everything is so delicious and they literally fried the naan right when we ordered it nice and fresh! Plus the lady that made it was both professional and friendly! We absolutely loved this place!!

She speaks too Good with others. But I give 4 stars to this Hurry Curry because their is a need of 2 people. It takes time to take order and after that make the food. Customers are standing their and waiting for the food. So, I prefer that 2 person should be their one for cashier and another one for cook the food.

Awesome food tastes like authentic Indian food. High quality ingredients used and freshly prepared mostly in front of you. The best in Windsor, better than so called fine dine restaurants. Quick service. Roomy, well lit food court of Tecumseh mall. Lady at front desk was very friendly and also helping non-Indians in placing an order when they ask for help.

Terrible food, please avoid. Ordered a few things but none of them were even close to being half decent. Rice - stale and cold Butter chicken - tasteless Coconut chicken - this one was alright Amritsari Fish - salty and burnt Garlic naan - rubbery (guessing one of those frozen food) Landed up throwing away everything and ordered in again!

Good food, but they skimp on the portion sizes, and often forget to give the side salads.

This restaurant is not good as other Hurry Curry in Devonshire Mall. I have been to this restaurant once and the food was cold but the taste was okay.
