Ordered samosa chat and it was stale and it smelled like hell. Lassi was okay but samosa was worst. Very disappointed as I was very hungry. Please deliver fresh food otherwise just cancel the order.

Dinner for two on our anniversary. Unpretentious atmosphere, light music, friendly server, great meals. The wife had a sweet mango chicken rice dish and I had a medium hot curry chicken rice dish, with delicious Naan bread. We shared a sort of rice pudding dessert and some mocktailsl that were good as well. The prices were very reasonable and we ate our fill!

Amazing new Indian restaurant in town!!! Ordered take out and was given a +-30 minute wait, they called after 20 minutes to let me know my order was ready! Excellent customer service! The food is delicious, authentic tasting and spiced according to your likes. Every dish we tried was perfect and the portions are generous. We will definitely be back!!! 2nd time was a large order at work that was an absolutely amazing meal that was devoured by everyone! 3rd time was last night and tried some different dishes that were also excellent! So happy this amazing restaurant is right around the corner!!! EDIT: 3 years later and we are still ordering delicious take-out from Royal Spice! I have only ever had take out from here but the food is UNREAL. I unfortunately have no tolerance for heat but when I ask for « no spice » they perfectly respect that! I have ordered the chicken tikka, butter chicken and lamb and beef roganjosh. I always order the garlic naan and an order of samosas (beware these get spicy quick for my zero tolerance heat friends). The portion size is good and the flavour is unmatched. I used to visit India 47 but found the takeout always got watery so I switched here and haven t looked back. If you want an amazing meal that won t disappoint stop by Royal Spice. No pictures at this point because I ALWAYS eat before I can photograph my food. I ll try to be more patient so I can update with some photos!

We have searched for good Indian food since leaving Toronto. This is it. Wow! I have a ZERO heat/spice tolerance, but love the flavors in many Indian dishes. It is very difficult to find a place that can accommodate no spice, but deliver on phenomenal flavour. My husband and I enjoyed two lamb dishes - he loves spice/heat, and loved his food. Were so happy we stumbled on this spot and well be regular customers.

We had 1. sweet lassi - its watery and doesn t take like lassi at all 2. butter naan - these are pretty good 3. Lamb curry- This is horrible and please do not say this is as Indian curry. It doesn t taste good at all 4. Chicken biryani - 1/10.This looks good but tastes like a flavoured rice with chicken. Ambience is good , but honestly this js not a place to eat Indian food.

The food was good. We got the tandoori chicken and Kerala fish curry. The food arrived quickly. The tandoori chicken was well spiced and it went well with the plain naan and raita. The raita was delicious. The Kerala fish curry wasnt an authentic Kerala fish Curry, but it was still good. The background music couldve been better.

I have ordered from this restaurant many times, but I just recently ordered aloo gobhi (which Ive had before) but I was instantly stricken with food poisoning and was consequently in severe pain and discomfort for over 2 hours before violently vomiting. This was my second time ordering from Royal Spice. The first time I had their food I was blown away, so flavourful and delicious! This time I ordered pickup and the young lady there was so nice. I had ordered a lot and she insisted on helping me bring my food out to my car. Thank you kind lady! A must get is the palak paneer! Subtle spice, great flavour and creamy. Order the garlic basil naan, its so nice and fluffy with great buttery garlic flavor. The mango lassi is also a great addition to cool some of those spices and its just delicious! They also have a good selection of vegetarian options available. Definitely my go to when I want Indian cuisine!

I was so happy to learn that there is a new indian restaurant in town that offers Halal meat. I went there for dinner with the Family on Sunaday. Customer service is beyond great, very humble and very helpful to suggest dishes. We ordered more than 6 items and everything was beyond delicious. Im very picky with my food usually, but I had nothing to complain about. I was very satisfied with all the dishes we ordered. You should try their chicken Tikka and the Chicken Lababdar that was recommended to us. I will definitely go back and let everyone know about this place. Also the place is so clean as well.

We went there for lunch on sunday. Ordered thali disappointed with the taste of curries and chicken was not cooked properly. And the mango lassi was too sour. First time visit but didn t like the food at all. Quality of rice was poor.

Food was way below average, coconut prawns fry was tasteless and could taste spoiled oil, which I felt like been in use for months, paneer pakora was served with just a tamarind chutney, felt disappointed after seeing a 4.7 rating and decided to dine in there, They have good variety of vegetarian dishes, not sure about the taste as my Malai Kofta was a failure,the gravy was not cooked properly too, Also paneer Chilli was below average taste! No chance of a second visit.

They had to fix our malai kofta recipe 3x and they still got it wrong. It is so yellow and tastes so weird. I don t know what this food is. All it should be is a butter chicken sauce with potato/veggie balls. I can make this better at home. The service was good, they were understanding and gave the replacements for free. We also got fish pakora and shish kabobs which were good as well.

I am currently working my way through the menu and am consistently pleased with each of my selections. I pride myself in trying new dishes each time I visit and I bear witness to the fact that each dish tastes different and I can adjust the spice level when I call in my order. When looking for take out, I do not immediately choose the cheapest. I look for quality and taste. If its 2 dollars more than somewhere else and prepared fresh and tastes great why would I go anywhere else? Fine cuisine at a fair price. Great, fast, food with friendly service.

I been there 4,5 times for Kulche and a few times for the vegetarian dinner. Their quality is very amazing. Parking right at the front. 10-15 mins wait only after you order. The good thing is Owner himself prepare all the food and served by his son. These people are really humble, simple and warm welcoming. They take attention while you order and provide the best food. First time visiting this restaurant on a Friday at around 6:30. Came in and the place was empty but 2 tables were still filled with dirty dishes from previous guests. We had to move some glasses that were on our table to the dirty one next to it as it came from there. Our server took our order and started to bring appetizers but left the tables as they were until we started eating even though nobody was in the restaurant. A party of 6 came in and they had to sit at the far end of the restaurant to wait until she cleaned the table next to us. Quite unusual. Now to the food. It was excellent. Fresh hot and beautiful spice. We ordered two entrees but only received one serving of rice. We really enjoyed the food, still had left overs but almost no rice. We will order here again but probably take out.

We came here so excited to try everything and were left utterly disappointed. we got seated at a table with no utensils or towels and they ran out of tandoori chicken unfortunately. The papri chaat and butter chicken was probably the worst things we ordered. The one thing we actually liked was the naan and the lassi. For spending over a $100 this was just really upsetting because none of us enjoyed the food.

I ordered Samosa for take out, it was full of coriander seeds and too oily (might be leftover from days which was over fried) couldn t even eat and had to throw everything out. One suggestion to owner /employees if you don t have good food just say you are out and don t serve bad food

Our family has come to rely upon Royal Spice for the exquisite food. Every dish is so distinctive and fragrant. Sometimes, I am cooking a butter chicken at home and we then decide to supplement the dish with some great take-away (Biryanis and pakoras) - and they never disappoint. Place was fairly clean. It s actually more like a diner setup and not a restaurant. Service was quick and server polite. Samosa pastry was too thick but chutney was good. Channa masala not great. Kadai paneer gravy should be reddish and spicy but theirs was sweet and creamy. More like paneer tikka masala. Saag also very heavy and creamy. All food seemed sweet so masalas are not authentic in taste. Naan was nice. Rice was not given though menu says it is included with mains. We had to remind server to provide it. Menu also shows malai kulfi is $2.99 but we were charged $3.99 which is the price on the menu for matka kulfi. All in all not a restaurant I would recommend nor would I go again. Ok but nothing special

Amazing food and customer service. We had Chicken tikka, samosa chaat, chicken lababdar, chilli chicken and garlic naan. Haven t had this taste anywhere in Brampton and Windsor. Highly recommended. Shout-out to the the Chef for amazing taste and flavours.

Best Indian food we tried in Windsor so far. The service was excellent. Our kids ate tummy full, extra credit for that. We ordered: Mango Lassi Tandoori Chicken (Super yummy!!!) Malai Kofta Garlic Naan Butter Naan Tandoori Roti Different flavors of Kulfi All the items were delicious! Thank you for all your efforts and kind service!

The best Indian restaurant in Windsor! We are new to this area and tried few restaurants but did not like food. This restaurant was a pleasant surprise! Really loved the ambiance, servicing and the food. We ordered Tandoori Chicken, Malai Kofta and Kadai Paneer and they were really Yummy. All of us had a great time. We will definitely be visiting their more often and recommend it to anybody who is looking for best Indian(Punjabi) food in the area.

This restaurant is totally worth a visit. You wont be disappointed. The service is quick and lots of options to choose from. We loved their Amritsari Kulcha took us back to India. We keep going back for more. The quantities are good as well.

Was in yesterday. We ordered Kadai and Butter chicken with spring rolls and garlic naan. All very good. Everyone was friendly. Would recommend to anyone!
