I used to love this place and was extremely disappointed tonight. Normally I wouldn't give a low rating review but I feel we wasted our money on low quality food. Our potatoes were completely raw, the veggies were wilted and the rice was cold. The lentil soup was like water, either frozen or reheated today. It's tough when this food has to go to waste. It wasn't edible. The falafel were good.
loved the place, it was a nice dinner in place. we ordered the chicken and beef dinner and felt the beef was very dry and not tasty. other than that staff was very accommodating and enviorement was good
2023 update: This place has the best chicken shawarma and falafel sandwich hands down. This place is unmatched when it comes to the food quality and taste. 2022: Absolutely amazing. The food was on point and delicious. I have never had any issues with their food. Great people, atmosphere and the best part the food is just absolutely delicious.
Amazing! Great customer service from the young man at the front. Food was amazing and loved the salad, I will be back for this! Definitely recommend if your in the area and looking for quality food at a good price!
Friendly staff and great Mediterranean food
Chicken shawarma lunch with garlic and pita. Plate had over dressed salad. Was drenched in liquids. Dressing on side recommended. I threw it in the garbage, it was awful. Chicken portion was so small it had pickles underneath to lift chicken higher to appear as a good portion. But was really a very small amount. More hummus was put into the dish then you needed considering there was maybe three bites of the chicken in this lunch. I was very disappointed, first and will be my last order with them. Spent just under $20 after taxes. Came with no drink. Would have been better off with a pizza. Still hungry $20 later.

If I can give 10 stars I would! Im Middle Eastern and Ive had A LOT of shawarma at A LOT of places before but never in my life, have I had such fresh and tasty shawarma like the one I had from Kabobgy!! Also it was packed with meat and topping! Amazing! Ill be a regular when Im in Windsor for sure.

Stopped at Kabobgy Lauzon on May 28, 2022 to order 2 Chicken Shawarma Wraps. Called in order and they said ready in 10 minutes and when I went in it was ready just like they said. Ate my Wrap and it was very good but my wife said hers didnt have much sauce on hers but mine did. I guess that they should try to make sure that each one should be the same and good. I guess I was the one to luck out this time. Would definitely go back.

If I could give a zero I would.i got lunch and it looked horrible like Noone cared when they put it in container. I called and the lady on the phone was so rude kept cutting me off and told me if I didnt like it dont come here again.She was horrible.And if you notice on the bad reviews the owner is commenting heart emojis.Stay away customer service bad food bad.

I have tasted shawarma almost every place in Windsor and surrounding County and this place has one of the best tasting shawarma that I have ever had.
I have been eating here for years now. The takeout is always amazing and the service is always top notch. Im very picky about my Middle Eastern food and I cant praise them enough. The garlic is the best in the city :)
The baba ghanoush was good, as were the kebabs. Fattoush salad had too much cabbage, falafels had too much spice so they were overwhelming. Hummus not too flavorful. Pita could be fresher. Just okay in my opinion.

Amazing food and great staff. Dont understand why they close at 730 on a Friday or so early at night. If you work afternoons or late shift dont ever expect this restaurant to be open.Half the time I want the food its closed so usually left disappointed.
Chicken tawook skewer was a less than generous portion and it was underdone. Fatoush was a generous portion dressing was good but salad was premade.
Lots of good Arabic food in Windsor, this is definitely one of my favourite spots I must say! In my top 3 , a few items I really like particularly you guys make a really nice shawarma . Fresh tasty ingredients & even the way it s prepared from grilling to portion ect is on point . My only recommendation is don t change what you do, many places once they get going get cheaper or put less effort in. Ina city full of shawarma & Arabic cuisine you need to stand out and not sell out on your customers. So far you guys have done a great job over the years keep it up & again don t change

I called and placed my order at kabobgy near Tecumseh mall restaurant and when I went to pick up my order at the restaurant, it was closed. So I called to ask them why the restaurant was closed the guy at the phone was very rude and called me crazy because he said I placed the order at kabobgy manning. It was a misunderstanding but the guy at the phone terrible customer service. I am a frequent customer at kabobgy tecumseh but I will never ever go back.

The meat color was so dark like black I don t know the reason And the family platter was full of a very bad friend potato and was old and cold and oily The price was very expensive and dose not worth it. Plz don t make it your choice

The dining area is much smaller than you would expect from the street. But the food and service are excellent. Its clean, cozy, and a great date spot Prices are good, and portions are pretty sizeable. Overall the value is great!

Probably one of the best places to get shawarma! Their meats are so tender and juicy. The service is fast. The staff are pretty friendly and nice. The interior is pretty small and has a more fast food feel and look to it. The washrooms are clean. The food is the best part though.

WE LOVE THEIR YUMMY FALAFEL :-) This will be our new go to place for Falafel, excellent! not overdone like a lot of places and the fattoush salad was lovely. A very clean restaurant with equally clean restrooms. Staff were friendly and great to deal with. We will definitely be back! :-)
