I ordered a large peperoniThick crust I receive a thin crust and charged for a thick crust This is a second time happenning I talked to Pizza maker guy and he said ...no no no its thick crust but bcs I ordered large looks thin.....DEFINETELY NOT A THICK CRUST AS I HAVE ORDERED BEFORE took the pizza and paid to not come back anymore
Been here a few times since the old owners sold it a year or 2 ago. Not a single time I have tried it has been decent… this time it was quite a bit smaller than my medium box, they burned only the green peppers… and tons of air bubbles causing lack of cheese and toppings spread across it. I really miss the consistency Armando’s used to stand for. Looks like I am not the only one here either… Hope they figure it out soon… Lately OG and Amloz has been my go to!
Ordered a large super pizza and it was amazing. Better than ever. Service was great and fast. Had it delivered and it was still piping hot! Love Armando's Tecumseh!!

I must say, Armando’s is typically one of my favourite pizza’s but after today I was really disappointed. I ordered many king size pizza’s for a party for a Specific time as per when the guests would arrive. I received a phone call asking if they could drop off the pizza’s earlier because they had many orders due to them being closed for the past 4 days. It was a half an hour prior to my original time. I did not want the pizza’s earlier as my guest would not have arrived! I compromised to 15 min earlier and they said they would keep my pizzas warm. Once the food arrived, the delivery driver was kind, I paid for the food and he left. We then opened the pizzas and the 3 king size were extremely overcooked and burnt in some areas. You couldn’t even see or taste the cheese and toppings on them. It was very disappointing. We called and let them know and they were kind enough to send us another king pizza. That one was overcooked as well. For the name Armando’s, who is known for their quality pizza, those pizza’s should have never been delivered to a customer in the condition they were in.
Ordered pizza and wings. Called to confirm delivery within minutes of ordering. 2 hrs later still nothing. Called and was told the food sat there since we ordered and they just sent it out. We have two hungry children to deal with, let alone the 4 adults... I worked at Armandos Windsor years ago and it was very professional. Now I'm embarrassed to say that this is my fave pizza. Please do better.
So sad that I HAVE to give them at least 1 star. You are better off going to any other Armando's. My husband and I went to get some pizza and the people working were extremely unprofessional. It was very dirty inside of the store. The pizza box given was full of grease. The pizza was cut in awkward shapes and hard to pick up. There was so much extra corn meal inside of the box. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD AT ANY PIZZA PLACE. Needless to say, I will NEVER recommend this location to anyone and I will NEVER order from here again.

Very dissapointed. We have been a customer for years and food used to be very good. But the pizza we ordered yesterday was very poor quality. One side was almost burnt, the pieces werent cut in uniform sizes, VERY little toppings and cheese. So different from previous pizzas we have ordered. Not worth the money we paid for it. They just lost a customer

I ordered a cheese and four topping panzerotti online that would take 30 minutes to be ready. Arrived about ten minutes early to ensure it would still be hot by the time I got home. Order came out at about 35 minutes. A quick check to ensure tomato sauce was in the box and left. Once home I found an over sized, over cooked taco. The filled portion of the panzerotti was barely the size of my hand and the perimeter was hard and burned for $20. Ive had panzerotti from other places that put this product to shame. It was an embarrassment for Armandos. I should have just taken it back but already home and didnt want the hassle. Could have easily eaten three of what I received. Tried to submit feedback directly to the store but was unable for some reason. Wont be back !

Have to say I am super disappointed with this location. I have had Armandos pizza before and it is good so last night I suggested to my partner that we order, he had never had it. Called the store to place an order and my phone just rang and rang. I originally figured they were just busy and it was just over an hour before close so I placed my order online. When I arrive at the store to pick up, there is no one there, blinds and lights are shut and the door is locked. Both the sign on the door and Google were stating they should have been open! Thankfully the website said Cash only so I had not paid yet but how can you expect to run a business this way! I will not be ordered from here again!
We have been very long time customers of the Armando s in Tecumseh. Usually we order pizza delivery 4-5 times a year. Unfortunately I think that I will not be a customer anymore. On Saturday March 30 I ordered a Medium pizza in a Super format of which I specifically said cooked very well done . The pizza arrived quite late and when I opened it I could tell it was lukewarm and more importantly it was NOT cooked well done! It looked like too many mushrooms were just dumped in the middle of it so it was too watery. Plus we noticed that on one side of the pizza there little to NO cheese! The crust on the bottom was pure WHITE, not cooked at all and not crispy the way it usually is! Also like other reviews said I have no idea how they cut the slices because so many were either way too big or way too small? Because it way undercooked I had to put it a hot oven to kind of crisp it up. Fair to say spending over $35.00 for a medium pizza with such poor quality is not the way to do business. I will be calling Capri or Naples next time.

I have lived in Tecumseh for almost 20 years and have had pizza from most pizza places in town. I have ordered pizza three times since the new owners have been there and every time has been excellent, better than it s ever been and better than any other place around! Keep up the good work!
Unfortunately the lowest you can rate on google is 1 star, I wish I could give them 0. The vegan pizza we ordered was absolutely disgusting, the pizza was un-edible and for some reason soaping wet. When we called they gave us poor excuses and refused to own up to this abhorrent mistake. . . Please note when we ve ordered vegan pizza in the past it has never been like this. It is absolutely unbelievable how much we paid for something this awful.

I came to Canada for a business visit from Detroit. That s when I tried Armando s some of the best pizza I have ever had. Very good experience with the employees. Food was made on time. Will definitely visit again
Everything about Armamdos is top-notch! Their pizza is delicious, their delivery drivers are polite and lovely every single time and the one time we had a small issue, they went above and beyond to resolve it and demonstrate what customer service is supposed to look like. Highly recommend this puzzle place!

Ok pizza but please equip 85 year old delivery persons with a GPS or even a vehicle. Took 6 hours to get a pizza delivered. Staff are completely clueless when attempting to get any info.
The best pizza I have actually tasted and so many varieties and toppings that I have never tried before. Also great customer service! I came in the other day and this cashier called Nicole helped me out since i was unfamiliar with some of the menu items! 10/10

find the pizza dry kinda tasteless
Ordered a medium pizza with vegan cheese and vegetables. The person who took the order kept repeating the incorrect toppings back to me. Didnt ask for name or phone number and hung up. Problems with getting the order and then took it home only to have them call (got number through caller ID) and say we got the wrong pizza. Drove all the way back and exchanged the pizza. No coupons offered or discount for the trouble. It was THE MOST DISGUSTING pizza that I have ever had in my life. The vegan cheese was liquid, could barely cut the crust with a knife. After one piece I threw it out. I will never order pizza from this location again.
The food is pricey but always delicious. Just ask for jass s pizza . He is an absolutely fantastic pizzamaker and he goes above and beyond to make sure youre taken care of. And surely his pizzas will satify your tastebuds
One of my favorite restaurant in Windsor. The quality of the foods are absolutely high. The price is a little high but it worth it. Staffs are respectful too. If u got a chance try a pizza made by jass it is fantastic.

Pizza is excellent but the service is terrible. I was told 45 minutes on the phone. When I arrived they asked me my name and I waited another 30+ minutes for my large pizza. Guessing they gave my order to someone else or just didn t make it beforehand. Staff should have owned it and explained what was going on. Instead I sat and was told a few time another couple of minutes. To make matters worse they didn t offer anything to apologize. No 10% off, no free pop, nothing. I guess my time and the time of my 5 and 7 year old have no value. But pizza is good.
We have always been loyal patrons of Armando s in Tecumseh, even when ownership changed and to say we are disappointed in the quality of the food and the customer service we received today is an understatement. Even when we called to let them know about the sauce missing from their menu items the response was we ll give you a discount next time. We were not looking for a discount, only to have the items we ordered provided as described on the menu. On an order worth over $80 and to have all 4 items with no sauce in them is terrible. I ve never seen a panzerotti without pizza sauce. There will be no next time.

Stopped at Armandos Pizza Tecumseh April 7, 2022. Ordered a Queen size Pizza Thin Crust and a couple of Panzerottis. Been going there for a few years now and usually the Pizza has been very good but this time the Pizza was over cooked with very little sauce and cheese making for just an average tasting Pizza and that is why I only gave them 3 Stars it was nothing to write home about, Panzerottis were good just not the Pizza this time.

This Armandos Pizza is the best of the bunch. When I moved and ended up between locations started getting deliveries from the slightly closer one. They are almost identical, but the dispersal of toppings is better here, and these are great folks. So now I have to pick up instead of getting delivery. When I lost my wallet in the parking lot, they looked me up from my id and called me to let me know. Instead of having to drop by the store to pick it up, they delivered it in less than 30 min! They are a great bunch of people at the Tecumseh location and worth the drive to get the best pizza anywhere.

I love Armandos, they are my go-to pizza place in Windsor. Yesterday I wanted to try the goat cheese walnut salad with my pizza as Ive heard great things about it and ordered a small. It came with romaine (or leaf lettuce)... I was expecting spinach? It also contained dried cranberries, not candied walnuts and feta cheese with a raspberry vinaigrette. I was very disappointed with the salad... This is not what I was expecting I couldve easily made this myself at home. I think they didnt have the ingredients or something, if they didnt they shouldve informed me when I ordered instead of making me a botched salad that took less than a minute to make. Very disappointed as this salad was 7.99. EDIT - I was called today and was informed that the salads are different with each location. She was very pleasant and made it right, what great service :)

As a long time resident of Tecumseh 40+ years we have tried every Pizza restaurant in town. There are many excellent pizza makers in Tecumseh. Our family picks Armandos take out over all the rest for value, ingredients, flavor, crust, preparation and cooking skill. You can have a beer at the Club house across the parking lot while you wait. Did I mention Armandos will bring your pizza over to you at the Club house fresh out of the oven. How special is that??? What happened to the online menu. I suspect a huge price increase.
Ordered Veal Parm and spaghetti with meat sauce. Veal was dry and bland. Very little sauce, and was also dried out. House drawing for salad needed salt. Armando s is usually very good. Very disappointed with our order. Will look somewhere else next time

Being a long-time resident and customer of Armandos in Tecumseh, I already know how amazing the Pizza and other foods are. It wasnt until the pandemic that I was treated to complimentary Pizza Kits that Goerge and his staff prepare for curb-side pick-up to enjoy that Armando Taste in the comfort of your own home! The pizza was awesome and plentiful!! Perfect opportunity for kids to enjoy some family fun and eat well too! Definitely be back!! Bravo to the front-liners!

We live near Grandbend and whenever my wife is in Tecumseh, she brings home a king pizza . It doesnt last long in our house because it is just so delicious. They dont make pizza like that anywhere else! Highly Recommended!

Would 100% recommend Armandos Pizza as the best take out pizzeria in Windsor-Essex. This location in particular has outstanding customer service and tasty items on their menu! While known for their pizza, their chicken parm and walnut & goat cheese salad are also favourites of mine and my family! Amazing staff that work here, family owned & operated, speedy quick delivery, and fabulous customer service. They are a must for takeout :)

Weve waited 1.5 hours for an order, we didnt realize the time (dinner hours) Delivery is always friendly and with a smile & doesnt try to rip me off(Take THAT D@!inoes!) The one thing that would make a huge improvement is if there was a way to customize ones order or a place to put notes for each item.

Been ordering from Armandoes tecumseh for years. I always use their promotional discount which is on the site. Was told by owner I needed to bring in coupon or mention it upon order. Even though it doesnt specify that on their advertisement on site. I lost money because of this and he would give a loyal customer what is right. Beware you need to tell over phone upon order you are using coupon. This is the last time this loyal customer orders from Armandoes.

Armandos pizza is no good because we ordered some they had no cheese there is little amount cheese on the pizza big mistake. The tomato sauce was bland and boring.....the dough was kind of tough. We ordered some with tomato on top and the tomato wasnt even diced... just big pieces big slices of tomato Raw on top of the pizza I even got the butt end of tomato with a little belly button stupid.

Love this Armandos. Pizza is awesome and its cooked the same every time just the way I like it with the crust just a little crispy. My only issue is that their coupons never work properly and the price is alway off slightly vs the Armandos advertisements. Not sure if this is an issue with this location though or the Armandos chain and the point of sale they use so Im not letting that effect my rating.

One of the best places for catered food. Recently had them supply food for my sons 16th birthday and it was fantastic. This was the best roast beef we have ever had. Overall the food was fantastic and the price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them for any special event.

I asked for large pizza well done and it was soggy. It also had no crust it look like a thin crust pizza They must of grabbed a medium dough and stretched it out to make a large. Never again will I ordered from there. 3rd best pizza in the world lol what a joke.
