Walked in on a Tuesday evening at 6pm. The place was empty. My burgers were ice cold. Hot food must be kept at 165 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent food borne illnesses. How do they pass their health inspections? No wonder the place was empty at prime dinner hour.

They are now open 24hrs drive thru. Husband n I work midnights, and too have something open, when we dont feel like cooking after long night at work. Thank you for having your business open longer for shift workers.

Food was delicious! Service is usually unpleasant but today was an improvement. Website was also easy to use.

Was through the drive-thru here this past week I ordered a meal that was completely wrong... this was on Whopper Wednesday and I asked for a Double Whopper heavy all, as to which I only got a single Whopper with barely any condiments or toppings but paid for a double.. ! How do you mess up a simple order like that.?! Not only was it wrong, but it was iced cold !! I didnt think I was asking too much as I am the one paying and it is there job to make it right. *almost always wrong ** Called the store and the manager said she would refund me if I wanted to come back which I dont live in windsor and I wasnt leaving again that night . She said she would let staff know thats working to slow down in drivethru ... slow down this place has the longest wait time for drive thru I just think these people working really dont care for there job and it really shows ..

This location has the nicest staff! Those ladies make sure you leave with a smile, the food is consistently good as well.

We ordered 2 for 7 double sausage this morning had to go back because we were charged for it and it was single my husband heard the manager trying her best to make it right even heard double sausage she let us keep the ones we received and gave us our order with an apple pie for free well we finally get home that order was screwed up as well it ends up being one single sausage patty on each with bacon ...ridiculous the only reason for 2 stars is because my husband liked the manager for trying so hard but the rest of her staff doesnt know how to listen or make anything correctly hire new people

My experience was amazing the staff is so nice the food was fresh ,there was this one staff member ,I think her name was Abby she was super friendly very kind and polite , everytime I see her she is very polite and has a smile. I would recommend this place

Awful!! Customer service is rude, they are miserable in drive-thru, they can barely speak english, they dont know the menu at all. My fries were under-cooked, mozzarella sticks were old & dried out, cheese was hard as a rock, couldnt even eat them. I asked for a few extra fries instead of the onion rings and got neither, barely got any under-cooked fries. Wont visit this BK anymore.

We went to the Tecumseh Rd location across from Tecumseh mall. It was a Wednesday and we went in for the whopper deal. Although it was very busy, the order was expedited quickly and accurately. The food came fast and hot. The dining room was spotless. Every available table was clean and drink station, spotless. This was the nicest fast food place Ive been to in years. Well definitely be back!

Think this bk need a new manager as i orderd a whopper with extra all but no pickles. Got no extra and pickles. Do better. Also cant seem to get a simple order correct and is an ongoing problem. Wont be back here.

Whooper Wednesday and there was a small wait, but the staff was friendly and quick. Made our special orders correctly and it was super tasty.

This used to be a great Burger King until it was taken over or all the syaff changed, food was cold, slopped together and because we had an order for 6 people we plit it up knowing they mess up everytime we order for only 6 people, we split it into 2 bills and theu still messed it up and also completely disragarded any modifications we asked for, this place is horrible now, most likely will never return, not worth your money!

Its like any other fast-food dine in real. The non meat burger was very good, and Im not a vegetarian and actually dislike whoppers, but it was really good. Prices are on par with similar fast food. Used their app to save some cash and was able to use multiple offers in restaurant. Didnt get any point though, unlike mcD giving a code didnt register as my account. Vegetarian options: Veggie whopper was great.

Restaurant was dirty and we were ignored at the cash register until I mentioned about going to mcdonalds across the street where we wouldnt be ignored.

There should be a check in feature when picking up mobile order. This will avoid cold food getting to customers. Ordered food has to be prepared only once the customer checked in for pick up.

Back story...any other burger King I have been to Ive asked for a side of angry sauce when they have it...I dip my fries in it...soooo good you should try it! I went to this location last night and was so excited to see they had the angry whopper back so I ask for a side of sauce ...of course I am willing to pay for it but I was told they couldnt do it. So at the window I asked why I couldnt get the sauce and there was no explanation just no. I would have paid 5 bucks for it lol so if you want to try it go to a different location lol

Went to Burger King because McDonalds is closed for renovations, big mistake, the meat and bacon on my whopper was colder than the lettuce, cmon guys do better its not that hard, you would think you would go above and beyond to keep the extra customers you are getting while McDonalds is closed.

Today 2pm my total was 11.30 gave the boy 15.30... didnt get any change back waited at the window and he avoid eye contact and waited until I left the window.... I know its only 4$ but it wouldve been nice to be asked of I wanted to leave the rest as a tip instead just taking the money .

To the entitled worker working the drive through window today March 18 / 2023 around 2pm, male worker, nice to see that customer service means nothing to Burger King. Keeping the rest of the change in a persons order as a tip when I never said anything at all? Dude have better manners and shame on Burger King for allowing this kind of behavior. Never going here again.

Overall, it was a good experience. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. Staff that waited on me were pleasant, courteous, and professional. The front of the restaurant was clean. Mens bathroom needed cleaning. Fresh puddle of urine on floor in front of toilet. Interesting choice of old school country music playing the eating area. I would go back.

Went to this Burger King (7955 Tecumseh Rd E) last night for dinner. I have had a few issues with wrong orders here, but, last night takes the cake and we will never ever go back! Both my husband and I ordered whopper with cheese meal, no special requests. We sat down and started eating and after 2 bites or so realized we both got a double whopper with just cheese. Definitely not what we ordered. No big deal, I will just bring them up and get the correct burger. My husband said, no, thats ok, I will eat mine so I just went up for mine. I went up and explained what happened, and what turns out to be the manager says.....YES YOU ORDERED THAT. Like loud. She wasnt even there when I ordered so how would she know???? I said no, I did not order this, I dont even know what this is to be truthful. She again raised her voice to me, implying I was lying and would not give me a replacement. I was so embarrassed and so angry. I cannot believe I didnt lose it. I have a very short fuse and shocked myself but not continuing but I think I was in shock. Like, its a burger??? As mentioned this isnt the first time I have had issues here. But I swear NEVER EVER again will I step foot into this Burger King!

The chicken sandwich was very good the burger king was made thewsy we wanted it. Also the cheese & jalapeno was so dry there was no taste to them, we didnt even know if anything was in them.

Very disappointed in their new Melts! The bread was not toasted at all see picture! Like what you didn t have time to toast it? Then don t sell them. Save your money and just get the regular whopper what a waste of $15.

I ordered a cheese burger happy meal plain and the burger was poorly made, there was no top bun on the burger and it was wrapped unprofessionally. Very unacceptable. They need to do better with their kitchen staff training.

Just adding a review for the most underrated side at any fast food place. First off, this is a BK, so this isnt 3-stars for more than anything than the side (which I get specifically to add to meals from other places - Big Jon style). You have to order the mozza sticks fresh and tell them you will wait for them. If they dont look like the picture with them touching on all sides, someone lied to you! Lol Give them a go and tell me Im wrong, if you can

This was without a doubt the worst Whopper I have had at Burger King. The meat did not seem cooked and was a bit mushy. The bottom bun was dried out and hard. There was no lettuce on it and one thin slice of a sad looking tomato. It went straight to the garbage. What the heck, Burger King???

IF I could give a NO star review, I would. I attempted to use my receipt coupon (for filling out the online survey) - which I used regularly in an effort to save money - and the drive-thru cashier tried to over-charge me by 44%. I explained to her - initially at the order speaker - that the price on the screen was incorrect; in fact, I had used one yesterday AT THAT LOCATION, and used one today at lunch time at another store (which I have the receipt for) - I also showed her the receipt FROM HER STORE that showed I was correct. She kept telling me that I was wrong, the previous crew was wrong, the cash register says she s right, and refused to listen, or even suggest calling a manager. So I said cancel the order, and left. I called the manager when I got home, she d ask a question and when I d attempt to answer it, she would cut me off and ask another question; I told her the EXACT account of what had transpired, and yet every time I was finished, she d go back and ask (in my opinion) unnecessary repeated questions, where if she had just LISTENED she would know. She even verified that I was correct, yet didn t seem to really care that I had been inconvenienced. I got tired of what I feel was a condescending and didn t care attitude, I informed her I will NEVER be back to that location again, and that I would be posting an online review. So, here it is.

Ok, Im normally really tough on everyone and I am aware this is a fast food joint, however, this BK is probably the most consistent and if youre in the mood for a greasy fast food burger, a whopper from this location always hits.

I have to admit that their source is so appealing to their burgers. Creamy and full of flavor. Some people might think the original flavor of other elements have been covered by the source. But I do enjoy it. Service is so so. Fast food standard.

Last time I go to this Burger King. I asked the girl if I could get a pack of bbq sauce and she hesitated as if it was too much work to have to walk the 3 steps to get it then instead asked me for 25 cents. I ve never been charged before but in any case I had no change so I said fine I ll just debit it then she said she didn t have a debit machine. How about since I paid $20 for the meal you give it to me anyway. ( I didn t say this just thinking it) Considering the numerous times I have had to drive back there for a messed up order they actually owe me money in the end so I really don t think a 25 cent bbq sauce is too much to ask for. Get it together Burger King. Next time I ll go to McDonalds where I don t get charged for sauce and they get my order right every time!!!!!

I went in to order my dinner with my family. I noticed that there were five employees speaking another language other than English amongst each other and I just felt I didnt belong because I didnt know what was being said. It would be more appropriate for the employees to speak English as they must know English to be in the customer service field in Canada (or french). The two or three English only speaking employees I saw (presumably) must feel awkward not knowing whats being said around them. Lets try to keep customer service English or French speaking unless otherwise specified by the customers.

Ordered a whopper & mozza sticks. The whopper was fine, the Mozzarella sticks were rock hard & old, when I went back to get fresh ones I still had to pay for them instead of them replacing the garbage they gave me in the first place. I rarely eat at BK & this is why.

I never have any issues getting food from here. Its usually quite tasty and I love the king deals. Lots of options on the menu where as McDonalds doesnt.

Ordered there tonight. I got the whopper meal with fries and a orange juice. My boyfriend ordered mozzarella sticks and a strawberry milkshake the skip the dishes guy picked up our meal and instead of getting what we ordered we got the completely wrong order. I tried calling 2 times I know the drive thru is open 24 hours Im.pretty sure and no one answered the phones. This is beyond irritating as we had issues with this restaurant messing up our order before. Please make sure you are letting these skip drivers take the correct orders or youll have very unhappy people
