Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill in Windsor

We showed up with a plan of what we wanted to eat and drink. But sadly had to leave because the waitress decided to pace us on our first drink. Taking 20-30 min to serve us the second and same to serve us the third. Not impressed with the waitress at all. My wifes steak was also burnt and had to be remaid.

I'm 31 with my smart serve and 16 years of serving experience, so I know myself pretty well, I started off with 2 drinks at a time which is what I'm allowed to have I got a sangria (which is more of a wine very low in alcohol I can drink a whole bottle and not even have a buzz) I had too wait 20 mins for that 2nd drink to arrive in had finished the first and was ordering the 3rd was already told i was being paced after 1st drink (I walked in confident and had my entire order ready not sure if that set them off but I'm like a hurry up let's go i don't like waiting type) well I also had to wait 20 mins for my 3rd drink as well (this one i nursed for the rest of the time until end mainly bc i had been waiting for 20 mins for my next drink again, my husband got smart) so near the end I finally get the last drink (BTW she told me she maybe able to get me 1 more which would be 4 drinks in 1 and a half hours) i slammed me and my husband's drink(which he got for me because we're assuming their being sexist bc not once did they pace my husband who had ordered 3 drinks at the same pace) this place is sexist My stake was burnt and had to wait for a new one as well I was polite, well mannered, kind, and cleaned up after us, left a nice tip, and laughing the whole time I was not rude, obnoxious or anything I work extremely hard, have alot of kids and I deserve to let loose and relax I CAN PACE MYSELF I know my limits P.s. my husband finished his drinks before I did

Typical franchise. Food is good though, lousy service due to not enough staff. Bar staff work the bar, wait staff work the floor. Bar staff do not work as bus staff for the kitchen. Whom ever bought into the franchise are all ready “saving money” by multi tasking staff at the expense of the customers. Polite staff, not their fault. Prices are reasonable. Does the Harley run?

I hate Chucks…I don’t know why I tried this location thinking it would be different. Ordered ribs for takeout that were the “days special” but wasn’t told it was for dine in only until I already paid. Oh and my son’s grilled cheese didn’t really have any cheese on it! It was almost laughable really. I called and they didn’t do anything about it.

First time at a Chuck’s roadhouse. Had the ribs which were very tender and tasty. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meal. Will go back and have the ribs again on a Wednesday when they are on special. Service was excellent. Very attentive which is importantly at any establishment. One minor issue is the noise. Didn’t really bother us but if you are looking for a quiet meal this ain’t the place.

We just had to try the new Chuck's Roadhouse in Tecumseh town on Sunday late afternoon. Draft Pints $4 and $5 Caesars - excellent. The menu is typical roadhouse, however, lots of appetizers if you don't feel like a meal. I had the sirloin steak @ lobster $25 - steak cooked perfect. Hubby had crispy chicken club and adult son had the burger. Servings are plentiful for every meal and don't forget the calamari - scrumptious! Should do well - the prices are more than reasonable! Staff are very attentive and with a smile 😀

Disappointed. I have enjoyed the other locations but this one not great. They should have taken over Johnny shots. The space is very very small for the amount of foot traffic so it’s crowded and extremely loud. You have to tel to hear the person next to you. Food was not that great. Tasteless and friend tasted they they were old and reheated . Service was slow . But it was packed so could have been lack of staff . Decor is nice and glad to have in town but bad spot
