Wonderful night celebrating the Lions with friends!!! Staff was fabulous and even with the large attendees the service was quick.

We have gone there for years. The portions now are half the size they used to be. My husband and I are very disappointed. We wont be returning!

Love the casual ambience and their menu! My 2 daughters and I ordered the grilled salmon, grilled chicken and chicken pita on naan bread...and calamari for an app...all were excellent! We will definitely return. Highly recommend this restaurant! Oct 20/24...Another wonderful dinner here. They changed their interior...one side is a sports bar and the other side is more like the dining side...but still their fantastic food! My daughter and I shared a chicken stir fry bowl and chicken quesadillas... we would def order those dishes again!!!

Super disappointed in the changes made recently. Food quality is not as good as before and is more expensive. The server was just okay the bartender was waiting on us and seemed more interested in serving his friends drinks at the bar than taking care of the tables, but he was nice when he did come over. The sports bar vibe is overdone. I ve been going to this restaurant in it many iterations for the past 30 years and sadly, this will be my last visit.

You cant taste any garlic on the garlic bread, the chicken wrap was soggy and falling apart. Their sweet potato Fries and pickle spears were good but overall it was a disappointing experience.

Was not busy when we arrived. Had very little staff working. We were seated quickly and drinks right away. No kids menu given. Had to ask what was on it. Then more staff started to arrive and it got busier and they forgot about us. Had to go ask for our order to be taken after 15 mins of waiting. Once it was taken the food came out fast. It was okay. Our server was lovely and the food ended up being good. However, we waited an hour and 20 minutes. Our server apologized four times while we waited, offered us desserts and rounds of drinks as apology, which we didnt need so declined. Despite this the manager couldnt offer a discount when all was said and done. I dont know if the problem is management or the kitchen, either way I cant justify returning.

Great food and service

We have come here for years, and on our last visit it felt like we were in a totally different restaurant and all for the wrong reasons. The service was very poor and the server did not return once to our table throughout the entire meal. Our food was cold. The menu has totally changed and is definitely a step down. The quality of food has changed and not for the better. The server was not friendly at all. We will not be returning.

First time going to this restaurant, it was ok, food was very expensive for what you get. The taste was ok, nothing spectacular to have us want to go back again an pay those prices. I never mind paying if the food is great.

When I eat in a restaurant I always check if its clean also the washroom. Food is good and the service.

Used to come here frequently and enjoyed it. However, the most recent experience was disappointing. The portions seem smaller and some ingredients seem to have changed. For example, the sweet potato fry sauce is now sour and more liquidy, the Factory veggie was minimal in flavour and they removed the butter chicken from the menu and ran out of cappelletti. Something has definitely changed at this restaurant because it wasn t just one thing that was different. I won t return.

I ordered a burger with no cheese and they gave me one with extra and they were out of a bunch of stuff so my original order has been completely changed I am not ordering here again Dietary restrictions: Cannot have cheese

I ordered Thanksgiving Soup and it was a gross...cold ...no meat and 100 percent sure it was from a can ...so gross

Very disappointed in the restaurant for several reasons 1. First the wait time to get a server so I could order was way too long 2. When I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, both dispensers were out of soap 3. An employee was there and noticed it too, he had just finished using the bathroom and was supposed to be properly washing his hands, he said to just do without and someone will eventually refill it, he left and didnt wash his hands thoroughly, he also didnt immediately get the soap filled, which is basic hygiene for food service, there was no indication that he washed his hands elsewhere and of course he was handing out food to people 4. The wait time for food was way too long, also when I wanted to pay and leave, it took so long I had to get up and go to the bar to pay, this also took too long to get the bill 5. There is no bike racks anywhere on the property to put your bike, for a business like this, a bike rack is a must 6. The employees should have a name tag on them Avoid this place

Just had my husband s 30th birthday party here. This is the 3rd event I ve been a part of at the Factory House, and by far the best customer service I ve ever experienced here! Lex and the team were incredibly helpful and attentive to us through the whole process. From booking, to emailing menus ahead of time, to top-notch service day of, we couldn t have asked for a better time! Thank-you Factory House for making our event one to remember!

Sons birthday meal and it was delicious. And the carrot cheese cake was incredible.

Food is decent. Atmosphere is welcoming. Service has been better when Ive been before, but they were clearly short-staffed the night we came in last. It would have been nice to be told it would be a very long wait for drinks/food... it took 90 min from the time we sat down for our food to come! I get that you cant plan for being short-staffed, but give people a heads up, so they can make a decision.

This place has always been solid, food good, drinks reasonable etc. although I ordered sweet potatoe fries as a side today (no entree) and it was $12 for just a side order of sweet potatoe fries, which is a little absurd. That would be my only complaint, everything else is great.

Food was decent, service was good, Lax our server was amazingly friendly and tended to us regularly, but service was so slow she said they were training some new staff!

First we ordered bruschetta. The menu said nothing about onions being in it, it had lots of small, diced purple onions. She brought the bruschetta didnt bring us plates to put it on and eat it. My sister ordered the dill salmon supposed to be on rice. They brought it. They had potatoes on it. If you come to order something question, everything dont assume this place used to be really good now. Im not so sure

It s rare for a place with such a high rating to fall so short. I don t know if people that have eaten here don t have tastebuds or if we got unlucky with the day we went. We came here to enjoy dinner as a family and it took almost 40 minutes for us to receive our appetizers and then another 30-40 for us to get our main course (we ordered everything at the same time) Right from the start you could tell that the food sat for way to long under a heat lamp or was just left out and not fresh The burger I ordered was dry and pretty much room temperature My moms order came out wrong and the rice for her dish wasn t even properly cooked As for the rest of the family they were less than satisfied I hope this was a one off experience for us

This was my mothers day dinner with the family, how disappointing! Our appetizers werent brought to the table together but with a good 5 minute gap. When our waitress came to take the empty serving dish she didnt clear the table, but she came back after 20 minutes. By this time we were the only table in the restaurant. Our glasses were empty and it took about half an hour before we got the water refilled but the staff behind the counter were behaving in an unprofessional manner. I ordered the mothers day special: dill cream salmon, and I asked to have the sauce on the side. My meal came with the sauce on top of the salmon and the rice was clumped, dry and definitely not cooked recently. I think I wont be back.

Food and Service was good

I get to review them as both a customer and as a contractor. Ive done work for Factory House and dealt with their staff a few times and theyre always great to deal with. Ive also ordered the food multiple times and its great stuff. I just ordered takeout from them tonight and the burger and poutine were both fantastic. I cant recommend them enough.

Good food but service needs to improve big time. We were ready to order but were ignored for the people at the table who came in after us. Appetizers were served but there were no plates for them. At one point our knives and forks were taken away before our main courses were served. The reason given to us was that they were running out of silverware because of the number of customers who came in. When our food arrived, we asked for cutlery. My guest was given a really dirty fork.... there was still food stuck on it. Horrible experience! It was really embarrassing to the company we brought in. Not coming back ever.

Tried their Breakfast Poutine. Think Hash Browns with ham and cheese curds, no gravy, topped with Hollandaise sauce and 2 eggs done however you like. Loved it!

Went to lunch with my daughter, service was fantastic. We started off with the Factory Trio, delicious, hot and not at all oily. Then entrees were Shrimp Stir fry with jasmine rice, and the half roast chicken. Both were hot, delicious and good size portions. Had left overs to bring home. Our waitress was friendly and very attentive. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and will be going back.

Everything was fine except the front of house girl. Ranked in the top 10 of the most disinterested greeters ever. Walked us to a booth and pointed. Came back and threw two menus on the table and left. No smile no words nothing. The waitress was very nice.

Waitress was absolutely amazing; however, the food was very basic and overall not enjoyable. We sent back 3 dishes. We will not be returning.

Waited a long time for drinks. Order taken by one person, delivered by another, still not our server. Server took order, left us. Had to get attention to order more cocktails. No ketchup given with fries until asked for. Both dinners were unsatisfactory, even though they were on the cheap side. The manager offered an $8.50 discount on a meal I didnt eat, and fries my wife couldnt enjoy(burnt ends, last of the bag). This was a $70 bill. Absolute disgrace and will never visit this establishment run by children again.

This is a must stop. We were a group of 20 unannounced at 130 pm. Zero issues accommodating. Had a Cesar and a mushroom burger with thanksgiving soup. The quality of the drink and food was thru the roof. And the value was excellent. Everybody raved about their meals. Great service. Great food. Well done. This is the way it should be.

Food is *really* good, but service is hit or miss. The first time my husband and I went, everything was fantastic, it was fairly busy, waitress was super friendly, we probably waited less than 15 minutes for food. The second time, the waitress(a different one from the first) barely gave us time to talk, it was fairly empty, and we waited over 45 minutes for food for a table for two. Third time was fantastic. It really just depends on your server.

Factory House has a couple of vegan option on their menus, including a really delicious vegan burger! It wouldnt hurt to have one or two more vegan options. They fries are vegan as well! Their beer sele Rion is really great! They have Detroit beers like the Atwarlter Vanilla Java Porter, which is really nice to see! Detroit makes a lot of good beers, and its nice to see them in Wondsor!

Do not order the chicken sandwich there... it was more like an Ethiopian paper thin chicken sandwich. I had more bread than chicken. It certainly wasnt worth the amount of money that I paid for. Emailed the manager of the restaurant and did not hear back. That tells you a lot when they dont respond to complaints due to their food. I would not recommend this restaurant to eat at if you want your value for your money

This place was happening. We asked for a booth and were told that they werent sitting anyone in that section, crammed us on a table, wedged in between some other groups, just to watch the host bring other couples to the booth section. Food was ok. Nothing special.

Absolutely horrible they forgot the veggies , only 4 diced potatoes with the chicken dinner, the stew was less then you would get in a can of chunky soup. The wrap had so many onions that it ruined the taste. Only I will give them is they didnt mess up the salad.

First time coming here for my birthday lunch with my buddy perry, and we loved it! The apps were amazing, the chicken was juicy and tender, the ciabatta bun was soft and crunchy, chicken Parm was good, and the spinach dip was KILLER. I highly recommend the apps. Pickle spears were also absolutely to die for. The Sangria was delicious as well. I asked for a blackberry sangria, and was given blueberry. Not an issue to me, but will state that.

I almost choked on a sliver of wood in my burger lol, took the wooden pick out of my burger and began eating but felt a sharp jab in the back of my throat and pulled a sliver of wood out, thankfully caught it before swallowing.

We ordered the carrot cheese cake for our iftar dinner party. Not only was the service in taking (our last minute ) order amazing, the cake was absolutely delicious. It was a big hit at our dinner party. Thank you so much for making it for us at the last minute! You were so accommodating and kind. 10/10. Highly recommend!

is only offering this review in hopes of saving someone else their hard earned money and health. Earlier my husband and I were here with family and friends for dinner. The service was slow and not what we ordered. The orange slice in one of the drinks was dried out and crusted. The chairs were horribly uncomfortable. We were told that even though mozzarella sticks were on the menu, they had to be ordered in their trio appetizer or not at all. They dont have mashed potatoes but have dinners that mashed potatoes would be available at any other restaurant where chicken, fish or beef diners are served. The mushroom gnocchi was not edible and had to be sent back. We were told there was no ketchup bottles but they brought a mustard bottle out for someone in our group. The green beans were hard and cold. No lemon for the fish and we waited over an hour for our food but they kept coming back to ask if we wanted more beverages. We spent $80.00 and I have been up all night in the washroom. I hope others read this review, save their money, time and stomachs. I will not be returning here, absolutely awful!

Last night we had a retirement party here. We had a party of 16 and Grace was our server. We could not ask for better service. She was very quick very efficient. She was so pleasant to everyone. Our food came out hot and all together. Everyone was saying how good their dinner was. Prices were excellent.. if you go here ask to be seated in Graces section and you will not be disappointed. Thank you Grace for taking such good care of us and making a special night even better.

I have repeatedly come back here for the occasional night out and also for a birthday party. Food is usually good. Ceasers are always my go to drink when I get there as it is always garnished nicely, spicy and strong. Service can be hit or miss but overall Im happy enough to keep coming back Kid-friendliness: Lots of people bring their kids.

Very disappointed yesterday ,the menu has changed a bit and a grilled wrap taken off menu but that being said I did order another wrap ask for it to be grilled but when I asked for sour cream an salsa I was charged 1.00 fries where just warm not the same quality it use to be. When you own more than one business they all suffer

The food was okay, I asked for their most popular item which was the factory burger, and it was good but not mind blowing. It was very slightly above average. What I think needs the most improvement and would significantly enhance the overall experience would be, if they got better fries. Their fries are all burnt and 60% skin somehow. It works for new york fries but these just taste burnt or overcooked. There were no redeeming qualities for the fries, they were even seasoned poorly. Hopefully I have a better experience next time. Also consider changing the name, Factory House doesnt sound very appetizing, almost like all the food was made in a factory. Factory just isnt a good name for an eatery, but I feel like the food perfectly reflects that actually. Basically there is nothing that stands out about the food, generic, standard quality like youd get at a factory. Maybe that was the whole gimmick but who would build a restaurant based on being industrialized and standard. I feel like they need to aim higher.

Great food, Great Service!

Burger and Bud light, $17.95, my two favorite foods. Burger was delicious, Bud Light was cold so I had 2 more. Great meal.

My hubby and I went for breakfast here on June 10, 2023 it was their first day back offering breakfast. They got my attention with MIMOSAS. Food and service was AMAZING I cant wait to go back and try the smores iced coffee.

Not too sure what has changed here in the last few months, our food was cold and bland. We had the chicken pita and mushroom gnocchi, one of them was supposed to have no onions and tomatoes due to an allergy however it still had them when we recieved our order, chicken in the pita was rock hard and the fries were terribly overcooked and were so greasy they were inedible. Prices have gone up yet quality seems to have gone down. Weve been eating here for a while now and this was by far the worst experience yet.

The food is extremely expensive! It was not delicious. Mediocre quesadilla. Teriyaki bowl was fine. For the price of the meal we could have gone to a higher end restaurant. We will not return.

Vegetarian options: I purchased a veggie Burgers for my daughter she wanted vegan cheese on it and that s all I wanted but they said I had to get a side because it was in the price I ordered sweet potato fries the bill came to over $27 stop nickel and diming people for every little thing Burger did not have lettuce or tomatoes on it just just cheese on it that I paid extra for . Dietary restrictions: It should be one price sides included. No up charge. That s how you keep customers coming back.

Another fantastic meal at the Factory House. Meat Lovers Pizza was delicious and big enough for two. Carrot Cheesecake is a show stopper, highly recommended!

I must say my daughter told us to go there it was our sons grad day. It was very busy and they were short staffed but our waitress Chloe was super friendly and kept her spirits up. They were even out of cutlery when we got our food but she busted in seconds and got it to us. Hats off to Chloe! The food was huge and really good too

This place USED to be great!! I don t know what s happened but wow. We ordered pick up tonight and ordered from the link menu online like we always have. I get there and the bill was much more expensive than usual. I had no idea they raised their prices. I ordered a side of seasoned fries expecting to get the delicious ones they used to have instead I got soggy not seasoned fries. I was really disappointed. The rest of our order was fine but when you consider the dessert as the best part .there s something wrong. They raised the prices but the food remained the same. Do better Factory House!

It was our first time there. The food was great. The atmosphere was perfect until, halfway through our meal, the music was turned up so loud I could barely hear my wife sitting across from me.

I dont give 5 stars often however there was nothing wrong with anything. Food was scrupulous, service was amazing, Emma was attentive but not hovering, drinks were made well and the prices were great. overall, one of our best dining out experiences in a long time. If youre looking for a place to host a large party, THIS IS IT! The menu is extensive enough to accommodate a range of taste preferences, has GF options, and is reasonably priced (dishes within $20/person). But really, its the staff that is so incredible. We hosted my sons first bday here (60 adults, 25 children) and bc we were spotting the total bill, decided to place the order in advance. Not only did they follow our timeline exactly, there was not a single error on any order AND they were smart enough to bring out the kids dishes first!! With only 3 servers, they were impressively on it -- bringing orders, coordinating dishes to the guest names, providing refills and clearing dishes; they did not miss a single beat. We also hosted a family surprise party and this time, everyone paid for their own meals (about 20 adults), so there was no pre-ordering. Still, the dishes came out in a timely manner and they played along with the surprise diverting the bday girl so she wouldnt us waiting around the corner. I really cannot recommend this place enough for large-group gatherings. They are engaged enough that you never feel like youre waiting, but have enough consideration to not feel intruding. They have a reasonable cake-cutting fee and will store the cake & provide all necessary plating/silverware for you. Everyone who has attended our parties walks away impressed. Factory House staff has set such an extremely high standard that our guests always compare their customer service experiences to this one. Kudos, Factory House. Your staff all needs a raise Dietary restrictions: They have GF bread and GF fry options. However the fries are not celiac-friendly.

Sitting out on the gorgeous patio, back and forth from playing in their cornhole games area. Eat, play, enjoy your company while they bring you food and drink that includes in house made bread. Dietary restrictions: The serving staff and kitchen staff will assure that they find a solution to keep your dietary needs as you need them. Parking: Freshly asphalted and smooth. Kid-friendliness: Perfect place to bring your kids to play cornhole while they wait for dinner. Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot is freshly asphalted and smooth, so no worries for wheels. Front door and patios are easily wheelchair accessible and washroom facilities as well.

Ordered takeout. We don t live far at all .maybe a 2min drive. Food was cold when we got it home, I don t expect for it to be piping hot but it should at least be warm. Unseasoned cold fries. Asked for no onions on chicken lettuce wraps ..onions galore and not fresh at all. Thai crunch salad looked really good but no dressing. Really disappointing considering this place used to be pretty ok but the last few times Ive been there it s been subpar and just really underwhelming. Only thing consistent at this place is the disappointment.

Overpriced and underwhelming. Food was overcooked. Pasta bland, salmon dry, and almost inedible. Five of us there for my birthday and not one person at our table liked their food. Our first and last visit.

Nine of us went to Factory House and once again food was awesome, huge portions brought half meal home. Our server Grace was pleasant and efficient and the manager Corrine was attentive and pleasant . This will be a constant stop on our rotation of places to eat. Great job Factory House Staff.

Visited about a month ago. Started with the Garlic Shrimp Fresca, it was good, but would probably choose a different starter next time. My wife chose the Factory Burger (double cheeseburger with onions, red relish on a brioche bun), and I had the Steak Sandwich (NY strip on toasted garlic butter baguette, with mozzarella, sautéed mushrooms and onions). Sandwich and burger were great. Size was good. Home fries were also nice and crisp. Some of the other sandwiches and burgers look good. Will probably visit again.

Chicken wings and ribs were excellent

This past weekend we ordered 5 meals for delivery. The food arrived relatively quickly and it was OK. Thats about where the good review ends. Two of the orders were very similar wraps, but they switched the type of tortillas requested, put pickles in the wrong wrap and gave us both sweet potato fries as opposed to one with regular and one with sweet potato as requested. The wraps were so terribly wrapped that just trying to pick them up lost half the inside (not filled enough, loose wrap?). One meal they missed completely so only 4 of 5 meals arrived. We had to reorder the last meal and when it arrived it was still wrong! It came as a sandwhich instead of a wrap. How do you mess up one order so bad??? Factory house used to be a pretty regular spot, but recently Ive noticed the quality and care getting less and less. Im disappointed I suggested them for dinner and wont be recommending them again anytime soon. Please take care and actually read the orders. This was just terrible and such an easily avoidable situation.

Awful dine in experience. We were a party of 13, so I can forgive a certain level of service, but this far surpassed anything acceptable. The server Aleksia wasn t very attentive to our table at all, wasn t well versed ingredients for what dietary restrictions but what s worse is the way they went about getting our food to us. Two plates came out for dinner, then one by one by one in 2 minute intervals. Several people were finished eating before some even started. The gnocci with garlic bread (that never came even after asking about it multiple times) also doesn t list onions as an ingredient. Would ve been nice to know on a dish that was asked for heavy mods. Then the real kicker which I didn t see labelled anywhere on the menu, 18% gratuity included for a party our size. No wonder Aleksia didn t care about our table, she earned her tip by a policy instead of how she does her job. The food was terrific I will admit, but everything else about my dine in experience today was horrible. I ll consider a different restaurant when I m looking to dine in at in the future when I m in fountain blue.

Being American I swear Im not use to the customer service and treatment I received here.

Service was great the kitchen however was slacking . Either it was stone cold or over cooked . That was outta 4 dishes .. 2 were slacking and the other 2 was great !

Worst dining experience ever. Took 15 minutes before someone took our drink order and another 20 minutes to get a tea and coffee. Food arrived another 45minutes later burnt

Was an over all great experience! Loved the food, service, and everything about this place. The nachos were on point! Burgers were amazing too! The only complaint I truly have would be the salad. Just not enough dressing for my liking, but all in all, I do recommend this place and 100% go again!

had a decent size party right after they opened today. Tyler was a great server, service was fast and he was very kind. the place is super responsibly priced and definitely a place to visit!

Ordered Buddha bowl via Uber eats. It came without main ingredient quinoa cranberries and sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Basically recieved just vegetables plain. I called the restaurant they suggested that the delivery driver might ate it. Even didnt apologized for their mistake.

Was my to go place but not anymore. Food has really gone downhill. Ordered a salad that tasted like it was just washed and came out wet. My wrap tasted like the mayonnaise was watered down. My fries were cold and the wine was horrible. I give the place an overall 5 Yuks! Food

On their website its written open till 1 am..called to place an order for takeout..no one answered, goes to voicemail..I tried again..same thing! Dont advertise that you want business while clearly you dont deserve it! I will never be back!!

Went here on Thanksgiving day since all the restaurants in the states were closed. The service was great and the food came out quick and warm. The poutine was delicious as was the burger..the mac and cheese really disappointed me...idk what it was but it definitely did not hit like I was expecting it to...actually didnt even finish it...overall a great place. Would come back.
