Second time we have been in, last 2 weeks, it is ridiculously cold in there. I mean freezing, why is the heat not on!!

Tracey is the best.

Every single employee is extremely pleasant and friendly. The drive thru speaker sucks and has for 10 years. Takes 5 minutes to place a simple order. Besides that, awesome place

Went to the drive through around 10:30-11pm. Got 2 burnt veggie burgers. Not sure how other burgers are but the veggie burger was pretty bad. 2 veggie burgers and 1 small fries were for almost $20 so weren t cheap either. Would strictly avoid for late night drive throughs.

I ordered the regular crispy chicken combo through uber eats and got them in junior size I was disappointed about that. Also, the food was cold.

I went through the drive thru on Saturday, September 7th around 6pm and I had a young man take care of me named Oliver. What a PLEASURE!!! He was so polite, friendly and just a joy to interact with. I have worked many years in customer service so I definitely notice when ever I get good service. You are very lucky to have such an outstanding young man working for your franchise. Went to this facility on Monday for my lunch and ordered a burger, onion rings and a frozen red bull. The onion rings were cooked perfect, and the frozen red bull was amazing. The staff were very friendly. I will definitely be returning back to this location.

Went in there o Friday night about 1145 and purchased 1 double burger and 2 routines. The burger was like it always delicious. And now for the 2 large poutines....the worst food I e ever had. Called the restaurant 6 times to complain and no answer. The fries were old and barely any gravy. In my opinion its the worst food Ive ever had a can of spam would have tasted better. Cant believe this is what you get for $30

Walking in, I was in a rush to get back to the lacrosse arena and they were amazing!! Drive through person was not friendly at all. We ordered an original combo with frings and another original burger .everything was lukewarm and not enjoyable in the least. We won t be back.

I just went through the drive thru and got 2 orders of fried pickles and a pop. The pickles were so fresh and delicious, came with ranch dipping Sauce. The service was 10/10 super friendly staff. They even had a dog treat for my puppy. I would 100% recommend this location. I will be back!

The food was absolutely great, however the customer service that I received from one particular older lady was just terrible. I could understand if it was busy but it wasn t busy at all and she was just being rude and bashful for no reason.

Ask for your onion rings extra crispy and you get them extra crispy!! They are my go-to place for onion rings anytime I get a craving! HANDS DOWN I cant tell you about the burgers I havent had one in years although their chicken nuggets are to die for, I find them better than McDs because theyre real chicken and crispy and who doesnt like their apple pies? I mean seriously the baked apple pies that other franchises put out are just not the same, it Has To be crispy, if youre going to have a naughty meal why the hell would it matter if your apple pie is baked come on ...Plus Harveys has cherry pies!! They also mix it up because theyve always got something different besides the apple pies, Ive had their smores pies oh my God so good!! Parking: There is a drive through also

I frequent this Harveys location pretty much on a daily basis, as I work in the same plaza. The staff is amazing, always going above and beyond for their guests, and are so friendly and courteous. We ve been going to Harvey s weekly for years. We saw employees come and go. I have to tell you one person stands out like no other and that would be .DARREN. His personality, compassion and humour has lit up the place. He welcomes everyone as they enter, assists the elderly and works hard and you can see how much his team love working along side of him. He s an outstanding mentor for the younger people who work under him. Truly I look at him as family, he is such an amazing person, My son had a stroke and his first outing he wanted to go to Harvey s to see Darren. It s like our second home. You have a true gem working for you, he is an asset to Harvey s. I truly had to share our experience with Harvey s since Darren became an employee, we just love him. Vegetarian options: Great veggie burger the best . Dietary restrictions: I am presently on a Low Fod Map diet and have grilled chicken no bun. They are very accommodating. Parking: Lots of room when family gets together. Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating. Wheelchair accessibility: I am disabled and have had no problem entering or exiting. If staff is by the door the open tge door fir me and others. Darren s team is the best!!!!!

Roast beef is delicious. I had a wonderful meal with my friend. It was the first time I ve been here and I like it.

I placed an order for the Angus Burger with bacon and cheese combo with a chocolate shake. I asked for lettuce, mayo and jalapeños as my toppings on my burger. I received a burnt burger with no cheese or bacon and a Pepsi rather than the shake. I attempted to contact the restaurant. The call was picked up then hung up.

SERIOUSLY!!!! Update: more issues Im tired of having to repeat myself over and over in the drive thru because the owner is such a cheap person they wont upgrade the system. Ive called corporate, emailed corporate and still the same horrible system. How ignorant can you be to put your customers and your employees through this. Its not fair to anyone. I promise you from this day until you get it fixed I will not be back there, and Im stubborn! To the owner, you should really be ashamed of yourself because you dont respect your employees or customers enough to upgrade and to the head office of harveys you all need to be replaced because you dont know how to run a business to exceed your profit line and instead lose on your profit line all because of your lack of customer service and your employees inability to work in a stress free work environment because they cant understand what customers are asking for and this makes the customers impatient and irritated which goes back to the employees. Like I said earlier, its NOT FAIR to anyone!!!!

I hate it when you are choosing your toppings and they use the same tongs for everything. I work in a fast food industry and if we did that we would get in trouble and loose marks. The health board gets after places like fairs for things like that. I m

I came here labour day Monday, and the service was exceptional! The workers were so unbelievably kind. From someone who worked in fast food before, I can tell this is a great environment to work in. Shoutout to the management for creating such a positive environment, reflected in its employees! There was a young blonde lady on window, she was exceptionally kind as well! I am just blown away, being a holiday I figured the service wouldn t be great/slow. But this restaurant exceeded any expectations I had, I will be eating lunch here much more often!

Went through drive through today to order a veggie burger. The sweet girl at window Maddisyn was a breath of fresh air. Smiles ear to ear as she told me roll up your window & stay warm & dry it will be a min. Just the sweetest employee. So nice to go to a business & be greeted this way.

I get the chicken strips often and have yet to have a bad experience. The workers are always nice and the food comes in a timely fasion. Its why i keep going actually. Parking: Wide open lot. In a plaza so there is more then enough room.

I went for my daily lunches last week, and I didn t see the usual woman on the grill. I hope she didn t quit. She ran the show back there doing everything she could to do her best by giving quality service and going above her expectations.

I enjoy coming to this Harveys once a week. Staff on the day shift are always helpful of expressing new items. They know my order when I come in, which makes it so easy during a busy lunch.

I recently order Harveys Via there app after a long day at work, hoping to enjoy a satisfying meal. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. It pains me to say this, but I feel compelled to share my disappointment, as this is not the first time Ive encountered issues at this particular location. Upon placing my order, I opted for a burger, which was decent enough in terms of taste and presentation. However, my frustration began when I received the two hot dogs I had ordered. One of them was missing several toppings, while the other lacked both cheese and bacon. It was disheartening to see such a blatant oversight in the preparation of my meal. To make matters worse, as I was enjoying my fries, I made a rather unpleasant discovery. I found human hairs in my fries and my food, which is not only unsightly but also unsanitary. This was a deeply unsettling experience, and it only compounded my dissatisfaction with the overall service. I must emphasize that this is not the first time Ive had a subpar experience at this Harveys location. I had hoped that my previous encounters were isolated incidents, but it appears that the issues persist. It is regrettable that I am left with no choice but to express my concerns publicly. To address these issues, I reached out to customer service, hoping for a prompt resolution. Unfortunately, I was informed that it would take 3-5 business days for someone to get back to me. This extended wait time only adds to my frustration and disappointment. In conclusion, my recent transaction with Harveys was marred by a series of disappointments, including incomplete orders, unsanitary food, and an unsatisfactory response from customer service. I sincerely hope that the management of this location takes these concerns seriously and takes steps to improve their quality of service. As a loyal customer who has given this establishment multiple chances, I am saddened to say that I will not be returning to Harveys in the future. I sincerely hope that this feedback leads to positive changes and improvements in the future.

Wait times are absolutely ridiculous, 15 min in the drive through and employees playing in their phones and laughing this is not fast food
