The best food and beautiful place. It s very clean customer service it s number one. I recommend it to everyone to try Arabic breakfasts it s unbelievable.

The worst service Waited for 20 minutes and then The waiter skip our turn to Give a table to her friends/family member And her excuse was they had a reservation. It s about who you know not your turn. Service : 1/5

I couldn t find a zero for service because we waited for over twenty minutes just to get skipped by one of the waitresses friends . She was holding a empty table and wouldn t serve anybody on it until her friends came and her excuse was they had a reservation even though there wasn t supposed to be a reservation on holidays or busy days. Never again coming here.

We came to have breakfast here on a weekend. The resturant was busy (understandably) but we were seated within 10 minutes of walking in. We then were able to order quickly and were told the food would take 30-40 minutes (which understandably makes sense). However, after waiting for an hour and 40 minutes the food still hadn t come out. Most of the people that had come after us had already ate and left and were replaced by new people. Everytime we asked our server about the food update they kept saying they don t know when it would be out. We ended up leaving after waiting for 10 more minutes as the food still hadn t shown up. As customers we understand that the resturant is busy and the food can take time, but for the food to take over an hour and a half to be served is absolutely insane.

If a zero was possible I would give them that. Took my mother for breakfast today. Was seated quickly even tho very busy as it is mothers day. Waitress took our drink and food orders, brought our drinks and never came back. Table around us were being seved meals and they came in long after us. I asked for my waitress to come to my table so I could enquire about the 1 hour 15 minutes we had been waiting while others were coming and going around us. She said the printer was not working so the kitchen didnt get the order....weird since they had everyone elses. Our meals came 10 minutes later only to have a long black piece of hair in my mothers meal. I asked for the boss and my waitress came to ask me if I had a problem. I asked if she was the boss she said yes. She was not apologetic at all just said do you want new or removed. We opted for removed. She was very rude. I then waited 20 minutes to pay my bill. I explained to her I had been there several times before and never had an experience like this she really did not seem to care at all. Worse service ever.

Food is pretty good there, but a bit expensive. Staff is always nice.

Excellent food, clean bright atmosphere, very little wait time. Will go back and highly recommend to anyone.

I used to visit the lux diner regularly for breakfast & the chicken pita, but I cant bring my self to go back since they changed the chairs a couple years ago, they are ridiculously uncomfortable! If you dont want to have a sore tush after you eat, its worth finding another spot or just doing take-out.

Nice diner. Chicken delight is delicious. They offer gluten free bread to substitute. :)

Phone ladies are so rude

Dropped in this past Friday for lunch and had a crumby experience. We sat down maybe a minute before the table next to us and they got drinks and had their orders in before us. After 10 minutes of no one coming to our table we just left. Disappointing service.

I have the pemeal eggs Benedict. I love their menu. I love it when reataurants have many options to choose from. You can get regular traditional breakfast to gourmet pancakes and French toast and lunch also available. Good mimosas. Our waitress was very nice , great up selling skills which are good for a restaursnr she made great suggestions that improvoved our meal . Food was nice and fresh and the price is very affordable.

What an experience. Opted to visit for lunch and wont likely return. Food - actually tastey and decent portion, kudos to the kitchen for good work Service - basically not existent, delayed in getting drinks and refills for soda had to be requested several times. Not a busy establishment so just poor attention to detail from the server. Asked if there were any specials, bluntly told no, nothing special today Ordered from the menu, variety of food around the table and all seemed to enjoy it. Again, food was good and service was not. Another delay to get the checks, asked to combine mine with another and ignored. No worries, Ill pay separately and you incur the credit charge. Could have paid cash. Walking out, saw and snapped the following picture for specials. Would have enjoyed that had it been mentioned by the server. Oh well, grabbed something elsewhere. Atmosphere - clean establishment, decent atmosphere, chairs are small and uncomfortable. Customer service is key, wont return despite food being good.

Absolutely Pathetic! Typical stingy Arab owner, I tried ordering 3 extra packs of strawberry jam (yes the tiny ones that everyone in the world gives you for free) well they tried charging me for that, how can someone be so stingy? Well doesn t surprise me from them. Never coming back again.

Its the first time a restaurant mentioned will charge me more for asking for 3 extra packs of jam..... prices are not low at all, maybe jam cost should be included in it.

Fries were good...burger seemed like a frozen out of box kind. Server seemed a bit nasty,no smiles. Bus people kept reaching across the table trying to clear plates...are they low on plates? Nothing special,diner food. Food could be hotter and booths could be bigger.

Well, the potato sides are very unique, the seasoning and the ketchup together. a little bit costly than other breakfast restaurant but very nice atmosphere.

Dining room was like it was in the previous years. There was only one staff member in the dining area and Im sure theres kitchen staff in the kitchen area. It wasnt busy. The menu has changed a bit, similar items from the past, and they also offer kids menu options. Has both breakfast and lunch items. The staff member was ok, she told me to order a whole meal for my picky kid and take the rest home when I was trying to order a side of fries. This was ok with us, but I dont think other customers would be ok with ordering an entire meal instead of just a side of fries. The pancakes was nicely made and it has strawberry sauce/strawberries on it as described on the menu. The coffee was ok. The oatmeal was good. Eggs fried nicely as an omelette with just cheese and home fries were fried nicely. Overall, the food was good, service was ok and the place was good. Parking is good, since it is located around other businesses. I think Im going to use the stroller next time for my little guy, he doesnt sit in a high chair, because he doesnt stay it in and itll be a much better experience for everyone too. Theres enough room for a stroller. We took the leftovers home. We had takeout from them recently in the past few months, and the food was still good even after it was brought home. I do think well be back, but it might end up just being takeout.

I usually love going here. Todays service was awful. It wasnt busy, but I had to get up to ask for refill on my first coffee. They messed up my order.waitees tried to blame me. And basically just dropped off bill and walked away. Wont be going back

I went in with my family for our second visit. Two of us ordered the skillets. They were fantastic and plenty of food. Their new grilled potatoes are wonderful. Will definitely visit again.

I went for coffee on a Saturday morning and found the place extremely pleasant. The food is delicious, very well made and tasty. The coffee was perfect. The service was special. I can only thank you. I highly recommend it. I suggest trying the Lazy cake, its delicious and served beautifully. Thanks!

Very expensive compared to most breakfast places and the food is not better whatsoever. Bacon tastes like It s from food basics. Place was empty and still took 26 minutes for breakfast.

This place has fast service...my order wasnt any more than 15 minutes. I feel this place has the best breakfast in the city the homefries and eggs were perfect not greasy or slimy and the toast was not over buttered were its soggy and Ive tried alot of places. Very clean and friendly employees.

Great food, service was amazing ,fast.

Came here for breakfast the food was good (5stats) but the service was horrible (-1 star). Our server, Evy, was distracting and a bit rude. She was constantly looking at her watch, and came back three time to see if we were finished and ready for the bill as my husband was clearly still eating. When she came to clear the table she brought the credit card terminal and left us with machine. That was the last we saw of her.

Great service and great food

My sister and I went in for lunch and we each had a bowl of soup ( delicious ) and I had a chicken sandwich and she had an enormous hamburger. Everything was so tasty and as usual we had a pleasant meal.

Friendly staff and always a satisfying breakfast. I enjoy their griddle meals.

My Friend and I went here for breakfast on Saturday 2.15.20 around 10 a.m. and we had a lovely breakfast. Our Server, Yvonne, was very nice and attentive without being intrusive. My egg whites omelet was delicious in spite of the fact that I eat them plain and Lesley enjoyed her eggs and meat breakfast. Yvonne checked to make sure we were enjoying our meal and offered coffee refills to Lesley (I drink herbal tea). The price was reasonable in my opinion. The diner was clean and the staff was friendly. We would definitely go again and I will be telling others to check it out.

First timers my friend and I. I knew my friend really enjoys her breakfast so we thought we would give this diner a try at lunchtime. We both were very surprised. The service and staff were fast and extremely friendly. A small diner and hometown experience. Our breakfast was awesome. Very clean establishment. Easy to find. Wheelchair parking, accessible entrance and table. The also have a large variety of breakfast options and lunch/dinner options. Prices are reasonable. Our breakfast 2 eggs,2toast,3 bacon and hashbrowns $9.99

Good food but a little expensive. Will seat you quickly. Good atmosphere, clean, quiet. Some menu items are good value but others are more expensive than local competitors for a smaller portion. Some interesting menu items, I like the club with cranberry mayo.

We walked in to the restaurant at 3:35 PM and were told they close at 4 so they would be be able to serve us! To me if your business hours are till 4 then you take care of customers right up to that time...otherwise close your doors at 3:30!
