Was visiting from Cambridge, food is really delicious here. Prices are very reasonable and portions are perfect size. They made mistake with order due to miscommunication, but promptly changed the order no questions asked. Really impressed with service. Will visit again Chicken lollipop is a must

Manchurian Noodles were yummy.

The food was very good .it was my first time with them and I tried there paneer Tikka masala and it was out of the world must try restaurant dont jugde them by their honestly telling wonderful experience. Moreover I got a chance to talk with Pawan and she was very familiar and generous with me at the same time .

Today we bought egg fried rice from the restaurant, it was too salty. And when we informed them about the matter, they were really not responding politely. Customer satisfaction and positive response are the key elements of a successful business, try to understand it. Actually we are unsatisfied with their response.

Please don t choose this place!! We had the worst experience. Bought a small tray fried rice, we had 6 guests and no one could eat. It was bitter because of the salt. We called them and they re saying they can take it back if we haven t touched it.. at least could have told a sorry but the employee was so rude so that she hung up on us!!! Sooooo disappointed and never going back ever!!!!!

Went in at 10 PM on a friday just to get a General Thai Chicken, just to wait over 50 minutes for a small plate of food and small cup of rice, The general thai chicken was below Ok and there was wayyy to much curry than rice, it was a platter of soup at that point,

Since my buddy and I discovered this place it has become the go to place for great food. Their house special fried rice is the best Ive ever had. Same with the butter chicken. Sometimes it may be a little wait, but the food is worth it. The menu never stops surprising and I like to try a different dish each time. So far all have been great. Take out and dine in are the ways Ive experienced this restraunt and both are great. Everyone Ive brought here enjoyed the food.

Excellent service and delicious food Today we got paneer curry, garlic naan, and fried rice, all of which were quite tasty.We would like to give the girl Jassi a 10/10 for her outstanding customer service and her humble personality, which won her over. Went to this place with my friends and firstly we ordered the veg manchow soup and once it came we all were surprised by seeing the colour of the soup because it was of green color and then we tasted but it was not soo good, secondly we ordered panner chilli dry and panner manchurian dry but in that also it was very surprising that there were no manchurian in panner manchurian dry and tgey charged extra for making it dry, then we ordered our main course that also came out very bad and it was not good at all and we were very disappointed by the food and the service is also worst because the server over there dont know anything because she wasnt ready to take the empty plates also. Never visit this place either go to some good place and spend money instead of wasting it over here.

Vegetarian options: We are pure vegetarians & ordered for vegetarian food, the dumb lady packed us somebody else s gravy without checking from the kitchen saying the gravy comes with your order as complimentary and later we reached home and saw that it was chicken , which we have never brought into our house!!. We called to complain as to how can you do something so stupid, she dint bother and asked us to drive all the way to come and return it back so she could give it to the correct customer. The Mirchi Hakka staff always makes some mistake or other and are very rude and arrogant to their customers, you can see it from the way they have replied to the low star reviews from their other customers as well. They never own up to their mistakes or at least apologise to their customers and take feedback in positive way or take the effort trying to improve instead of arguing with their customers because of whom they are making money. I like your food but your poor customer service will not retain your potential customers.

This is a good place for quality Hakka Chinese and Indian food around East Windsor side. The food tastes perfect, with correct spice levels, non greasy unlike other Indian places, and good portions. Their Chicken corn soup, hot and sour soup are great tasting. Indian gravies and Hakka rice and noodle dishes are enjoyable.

I ordered Manchurian hakka noodle and they put only 2 Manchurian balls in whole order . I mean if you don t want to give it, don t sell it or don t put it in menu. They charged $16 around after tax. Not worth it. Best of luck for snatching money from people.

Customer service is really bad at this restaurant! They lack the fundamentals of customer service... charging customers for items that were never ordered and then not accepting their mistakes.

Horrible customer service specially lady manager,who mistakenly gives us one dish and makes us pay for it. The. She said i will take care of this next time..I have a kid for whom i had homemade food with me. They even charge us 4.99$ for that. How ridiculous!! We will be never ever going this place again nor recommend this.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. We received an unordered item, unknowingly consumed it, and were billed for it. When I brought it to the managers attention, they insisted we pay for the item, despite it not being part of our original order. This lack of professionalism left a negative impression on our overall dining experience.

Food was ok ok. But how unprofessional the staff is here, we got a wrong dish and not of the staff came to clear that out to us. After we had our dinner coming to the payment counter they never acknowledged us that they have already added the amount of the wrong dish into the bill. The server behind the billing counter was rude to everyone when tried to communicate our concerns that we were ready to pay but common law to mention the charges before they add into to bill. Also it does not end here we just realized after we came home that they added come charges called open food for the food we got from home for a kid - p.s there is no board or instructions mentioned anywhere there that not outside food is allowed in here nor they even mentioned during the visit or billing. Worst staff professionalism- please take some classes.

Edit review: We got takeout recently - ordered our usual sesame chicken, butter chicken and house fried rice. The portions for the rice was still huge but we literally only got 5-6 pieces of chicken for rhe rest. We used to be able to have leftovers when we ordered this place but now it s less portions for more money. We called the store and they just said oh, that s how it usually is which is not true considering the original photo I have posted in my first review. Won t be ordering here again sadly We started going to this restaurant just a month ago and have been going back so much. Food is amazing and tasty ! We keep ordering the mirchi special fried rice with sesame chicken and butter chicken. Price is well worth it too as we have leftovers for a day or two. Tried their spring rolls, crispy beef and Singapore noodles as well and we ve been satisfied so far. Definitely will keep coming back here

Bad quality food, unhygienic

Decided to try Mirchi out and am unfamiliar with this style of cooking. Got two noodle dishes and, while similar in appearance, their flavors were distinct and very delicious. I am excited to come back and try more dishes! Thanks Mirchi!! Vegetarian options: As a vegetarian I would say it is definitely worth a look at the menu to see which of the many options catches your eye.

Manchurian was oily

We ordered Hakka noodles and Dahi Bhalla. Hakka noodles were really good but Dahi Bhalla was not worth the price. It looked like it was cooked 2 days ago, was so hard and not good at all.

Best Veg Manchurian in Windsor

We are regular cx of this restaurant living 2 blocks away but the food today they serve us is totally disgusting. We just hardly took 2 bites and then have to return all items back to kitchen. Will never come back to this resturant.

Weve had food for dine in , take-out and delivered from here multiple times. We always used to have their Veg Manchow soup but now it tastes like its just green chutney mixed with broth which is a disappointment. Also got Paneer Lababdar last time and there were only two pieces of paneer in the entire dish size which was mean to serve at least 4 people family style! It was quite shocking and we will not be eating here again. We a did mention this to the store manager as well and didnt even get a simple apology or acknowledgement for it.

DO NOT TIP- the tips do not go to the servers, we asked one of them and confirmed. Food was awful, chicken had a smell. The only good dish was the lollipop chicken.

DO NOT TIP using credit card. After leaving a nice tip for the wait staff, I asked if they get the tips at the end of the night? Confirmed from the staff that owners keep the tips. That is pathetic.

Food & service was great , loved there veg noodles

Ordered food for take-out and when I got home and opened the bag the food was all cold. Also they hadn t even taken my order correctly and forgot to punch my rice that I had ordered. When I called to see how they will fix the issue the owner hung up the phone. I had to drive back and record how ridiculous their argument was in order to get a full refund. In short they have terrible customer service especially the owners.

Ordered via Uber Eats, in early June 2023. Spicy Garlic Fish (3 orders). The Taste was extremely poor (1/5), quantity was extremely less than the price paid $17.99/per plate. The restaurant seems to be total rip off and a total waste of money.

We ordered Chilli Paneer DRY for a takeout. We specifically asked for less oil and dry. They charged $1.50 extra for dry. Came home and opened up the box to eat and we witnessed only 10 cubes of paneer with river of oil. It was not dry at all. Paneer was rubbery and not properly cooked. The first picture is untouched. The second picture is to show the amount of oil they added after specifically asked for dry and less oil Chilli paneer. I will not recommend this place for anyone who is looking for good authentic Indian food and taste.

We did not have a pleasant experience yesterday, after a long day at work, my partner wanted to have Chinese / Indian food, but the quality was not there, fish was dry, noodles too soggy and Chana natural was off. You spend $80 and get poor quality. We won t be back.

I went to Mirchi Hakka last night for a delightful meal and a relaxing evening, and I was not disappointed. The food was nothing short of amazing, and the service was top-notch. I had ordered chicken lollipops, chicken corn soup, chicken Manchurian, chili chicken, vegetable fried rice, Singapore noodles, and Szechuan noodles. All of these dishes were excellent. I would definitely go back and recommend this restaurant to all of my friends. Love from Detroit, Michigan.

Great food and great service. Went to this place last weekend, the guy at counter was very helpful and welcoming. We tried fried ride, manchurian, hakka noodles and ginger cauliflower dish. Every things was very good. Szechuan chicken fried rice was really good. Ginger cauliflower dish was also very tasty, it doesn t show on menu but the guy recommended us and it was really flavourful and tasty. For dine in, you need to arrive an hour early before closing time, otherwise you can have take out option.

I tried the chicken tandoori, its alright but it would be better if it was small chunks and not a full piece.

Ordered crispy beef with side of naan bread. I found the service to be very slow and the communication was not that great. The dish was decent, the bread fresh. I doubt I would order again simply because of the lengthy wait times and the lack of customer service as well as the poor communication skills from location.

Please put less colouring in manchurian or in your other food items. Never coming back to order now from this place.

Because we are paying for it . Please mind it . Customer service was excellent. We are expecting according to what we paying.

Had the shrip Shezwan noodles. I usually enjoy some spice. However i couldt even eat a quarter of my order. There were no indications on the menue that this was a spicy dish. I had orderd it to share with my children. I couldnt even eat it.

This place is newly opened this year in March and seriously Best Desi Style Chinese food. It was the perfect combination of spices and staff was very friendly. The prices were also cheap as compared to other Chinese restaurants I have been to. We had the Chicken Manchow soup, Chicken Lollipop, Fish Manchurian, Chicken Schezwan Fried Rice and Chicken Hakka Noodles. The Manchow soup is a must try and if you are craving for light noodles then definitely try them here. Definitely will be visiting them again when I visit Windsor.

Highly recommend the chilli potato and the dragon paneer dry for starters. The main course could have been better as the paneer lababdar was just a tad sweet whereas dal makhni was just not upto the mark. The starters were the best part.!!!!

This was one of the worst experience I ever had. We went for a dine-in at 5:30 during the weekend where the manager told me that it would take 30 mins for us to come and take the order since they are busy with takeout orders and we said we are fine with that. At 6:05 the server takes the order where we just order 2 items. Considering it a normal restaurant we expected the food to be served by 6:30. Even after 6:45 when we ask the server how long would it take she does not bother to reply. They kept on focusing on skip and uber couriers and take out orders and gave 0 priority to dine in customers. At 7:00 we had to unfortunately walk out of the restaurant since they kept on saying it will take time . Extremely ridiculous, 0 customer service , poor management skills and please be truthful to your customers that if you cant serve them please dont take the orders. After that day i got a call from manager stating that we ll give you complimentary dine in next time you visit which i really appreciate. P.S customers do not visit your restaurant just because they want free food after travelling 20 kms and wait for 1:30 hrs just to get 2 items

We are amazed to have such a good quality Hakka Chinese food at Mirchi. It looks like a new place. Décor is a family themed and the location is perfect for us. We loved their Manchurian and Noodles. This will be a place we all are waiting for in Windsor for Hakka Chinese.

After reading the glowing reviews on here, we were excited to try ordering from this restaurant. Unfortunately, based on our experience it seems that those reviews must have been from friends/family of the owner. The photos on the website indicated that the main course menu items come with rice/bread (as in most places). This is not so. If you want rice with your $16 butter chicken you need to pay for an additional dish. $3 for 1.5 tiny pieces of naan is also an extra charge. The shrimp basil fried rice had maybe 5 tiny baby shrimps that were beyond over cooked and hard. When we called to figure out if there was a mistake in our entree being only chicken without anything else, we were met with an incredibly rude attitude. It s a shame, because the flavor of the butter chicken sauce was tasty. But they are purposely misleading customers with the way they word and photograph dishes and on top of that were very rude and impolite. Neither we nor our friends or family will be returning here.
