Wonderful food

I did order 8 skewers of kabab and 1 onion ,all the kabab was burnt and the taste not good at all it s not even close to Iraqi kabab / no fat no salt no spices, I was telling my friend s how good this restaurant but unfortunately it s not anymore Food

Walked in at 8:20. Told me the store is closed. Even though it says 9PM online. He said they close early because of cleaning. So why does it say 9 online ?

Just ordered two beef kebab sandwiches and a shish tawook. The chicken in the shish tawook is undercooked (almost raw and chewy) and the beef in the sandwiches has a smell.

The food is fantastic I have ordered many times. However how can you possibly charge a tip for takeout? The only way to get out of the tip is to do a custom tip for zero dollars. That is very underhanded. Takeout deserves no tip as there is no service being offered. Beware.

I picked up hummus and brought it to a party where 20 people agreed it was the best they had ever eaten. Bought it again and it was JUNK, bland like plain chickpea. Bought it again thinking maybe it was a fluke and JUNK again (over the span of months). I was pissed spending money on the large sizes and it just sucks when businesses cant keep the consistency. For that reason (and another that i wont mention), I wont be back and neither will my friends who find it the same as i do. You lost it, and if you get it back, Ill never know.

This place is amazing. Meat over the charcoals is delicious. Cooked fresh right in front of you so either order ahead or be prepared to wait. It was wow will be back again soon. Atmosphere is a 5 but its just a little takeaway. So doesnt really apply.

I freaking loved it! We are out of towners and stumbled across this gem. The atmosphere was so home feeling the charcoal grill really was the best part of my experience watching the kabobs cooking! Its a very small joint but its humble and the food authentic its certainly healthier than the alternative fast food joints although the menu may feel different from other shawarma joints they were helpful in helping me choose what I wanted. Cause if your not used to the middle east food you may be unfamiliar some dont seem to maybe understand or speak English but the girl inside did she was amazing! Thank you I did enjoy my food! Chickennshawarna was good but that kabob really satisfied that longing for something simple real home cooking! So delicious

Had to change review it use to be best in city... new owners change recipes...the old workers were way way better....it aint the same at all..i used to eat here 3 times a week now i cant even eat it.... very sad was such a good place

The worker in the restaurant is being treated very badly. I hope that the owner of the restaurant or the markets will pay attention to this because they are all respectful, but my experience in the restaurant is very bad because of the girl s bad behavior.

This place doesnt deserve any stars or ratings at all. We go back n forth to Windsor now and then and this time we decided to have the kebab. Our two year old son as well as both of us got food poisoning and had to go to the doctor. We were in bed for 3 days with really bad vomiting and upset stomach. Child lost days from dc and was so miserable as he couldnt keep anything in his stomach and had on n off fever. Needless to say we arent returning to this place. We only ate from this place early in the day as we just got to the area and had a long drive and had a light dinner. We got sick the very same night beginning with our son vomiting. We definitely dont recommend this place to anyone. We should have got A&W instead, but we thought this was a better idea, which we deeply regret.

Used to be good when owner was behind the counter. Came here 4-5 times and was only able to get falafel once. I do not believe they run out of falafels at 2pm they are liars and I will not stuff cancerous meat down my throat. Please take falafels off the menu if your too lazy to prepare it.

This place is bizarre. The girl who works there has zero interest in the customers or her work. There was an old man who kept appearing from the back room yelling in Arabic, in the 20 min I was there saw him come and go several times, each time more irritated then the previous, she ignored him as equally as she did the customers. When I finally did get my food it tasted good, that at least was a bonus. Will not return, just weird place. Parking: Lots of spots

Amazing kabab, tikka, and shish tawook. I also love the chicken kabab. I ordered the 3 person tray and they were very quick to get it prepared. Will definitely come back more often.

The food is good and tasty. However, the place is not clean. The sanitizer machine is dusty and looks dirty. There is BBQ smoke everywhere as if the hood was not turned on, and no one was wearing masks at all.

i normally come to Mosul Grill to have their falafel. i have been coming here for fresh falafel for a long while. last time I visited, Fadi made the best falafel sandwich that I have tasted in the past decade. it was scrumptious! i tasted every single fresh ingredient in the sandwich which was beautifully drizzled with tahina (sesame paste based sauce) sitting on a throne of the fluffy garlic paste. it was amazing. well worth it. try their falafel i doubt youll regret it. and if you get Fadi to make it. well then enjoy!

This kebap like a Turkish kebap very delicious and Sicil is so kind person, he fulfilled what you need. I highly recemend this store.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, called to make an order for my lunch break and NO answer, had to make the trip to order there and sacrifice my lunch break time, I ordered one skewer beef tenderloin and waited for my order to be cooked and after 8 minutes Waiting I was surprised that he came to me and told me I do t have beef tenderloin which he could have said that to me before I order and wait I asked if I can have a shish Tawook then and his answer was it s going to be a lot of waiting time and he does not have time for my order I will never go back there again and I don t think this business know anything about customer service and I was so disappointed that my lunch break is over without even an apology from them with this horrible customer service

Best Hummus in town, hands down! Every time we have friends visit from out of town we get them to try the hummus they are hooked and ask us to bring them some every time we visit.

Previously I d have given this place full 5 stars without question, but since removing the coal stove it s lost it s flavour. I m heart broken cause I used to love it so much.

I waited 10 mins before someone took my order, and than the guy gave me attitude when I asked for chicken shawarma. When he told me they didn t have chicken shawarma, I settled for the chicken khabab, I waited another 12-15 mins for it. The chicken khabab was good (9/10) bad bad customer service though and there was like 6 people when I was there 0 social distancing!

No Star for this restaurant...very rude service and food is awful. No recommendations..If you want to waste your money go ahead...there are so many other good middle east restaurants in windsor with better service

The beef kabob was amazing!

Unbelievably good BBQ for an unbelievably great price. Literally cheaper than getting fast food and youre getting fresh, authentic, charcoal grilled BBQ. Their food smells better than most fast food tastes. I would sooner pay to smell their food than pay to eat some McFranchise Burger. Expect about 10 minutes or so to get your food ready - its not going to be as quick as some franchise down the road - but goodness is it so much better than anything else in the area.

If you dont speak Arabic, or look Arabic dont bother going! They will look through you like youre invisible, I was next in line to order when another person came in. The employee finished helping the current customers, made eye contact with me and then helped the person behind me instead of me. While waiting for him to finish serving him, thinking maybe he had been in previously 4 to 5 men who spoke Arabic came in. All from different vehicles, he took three of their orders before I finally left furious that I was treated like that, what is my money not good enough? Do I have to learn Arabic to order? Cause if people do, you should put that in your flyer.

Good food. Lots of meat. Sadly, they told us to pick it up at 4pm and didn t have it ready until 4:26 on a hot summer day. They also put toppings on that we requested them not to. Lastly, not that it bothers me particularly, but a few employees weren t masked.

Took a long time to order, then when I ordered I asked how long it would be and was told 10 minutes, then it took over 30min for food to be ready. Once it was ready Id asked to confirm everything was there and specifically asked about the Falafel Id ordered and was told it was there. Didnt realize until I got home it actually was not. The food was pretty good, no complaints there but I certainly wont be going back.

At the beginning service was good and now they have the worst service and never your order done on time and always missing something. And if you ask for pickles or dipping sauce they charge you for it even if your order over a hundred dollars.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. All the food is made to order. Their Tenderloin Kabob is good. Combo deals are good value. Could get more rice in the serving.

Was told to wait on the phone while they serviced the customer on the counter; after waiting for 15 minutes they just shut the phone on my face. Will never be going here again, they overprice you for a small mini kebab anyways.

I ve smelt it for a while passing by but only tried it for the first time today. I was impressed. Its a friendly family ran business, They seemed really focused on customer satisfaction with very tasty food and huge portions. They have my recommendation.

Best Kebab Sandwiches/Wraps in Windsor.

Owner is very rude and has a temper. He will throw a tantrum and yell and curse at vendors in front of customers. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend going there.

Delicious! We ordered the large 5ppl platter with a medium Hummus. The platter fed 8 of us comfortable (we had our own naan). The kebabs and chicken were very flavorful. Cooked on a charcol grill the meat was tender and juicy. Initially we werent going to get Hummus, but the man behind us ordered a large platter of it because it was delicious so we had to try it and we were not upset. Would definitely order from here next time Im in Windsor.
