Came in with a party of 6 people. After we got our bill it seems like they added extra drinks to the bill. Wasnt happy with this wont be going back again....

I recently went to the belle river bourbon with my fiancé and it was a bad experience . the food was horrible . i got the feta chicken bruschetta and it was super salty. the rice that came with it tasted horrible along with the broccoli. my fiancé did not enjoy his food much either. he got a meatlover pizza, and to top it all off the drinks we paid for were warm. (beer, mixed drinks) When I went talked to the server about it. she brought out the manager and he said he would refund the chicken because I was complaining about that the most. and when i looked at the reciept to pay the bill, he only took off $2.50 from the $70+ order. I was not a happy customer but i paid anyways with tip . I do not recommend and will not be going back.

Pretty pricey .. Best they can do is 7 bucks for a domestic pint. Didnt like the vibe there at all.

After a funeral viewing I wanted to try a new restaurant, I ordered a beef dip and on arrival ( no dip), how does it get served still? 1 bartender busy chatting it up with female clientele so lack of return for an order for refill 10 minutes! Bill given at end of disappointing evening had my half entries and also 1 other patron! Will not return!

Went on a Monday night date. Got seated in a quiet corner and had the most amazing dessert with a glass of wine. Service was exceptional.

The owners are a bunch of classless losers who discriminate against people they dont know.

Ill be sure never again to step foot in any Bourbon establishment whos management takes it upon themselves to kick people out for having different political opinions (ONLINE no less). This is beyond unprofessional. Tecumseh and Belle River are the 2 worst locations and Jenny is a terrible manager who is losing A LOT of business for you due to her own political opinions. Absolutely gross.

We just received excellent service from Janet! Immediately after we chose our table, we were given menus by the host and Janet came shortly after and noticed that our table needed to be wiped and took care of it. We knew what we wanted to drink and eat and she took our order immediately. We didnt have to play the game where we had to order after we got our drinks. We hate that game. She brought out all the things we needed, and we got our food served quickly with a few jokes and smiles at every interaction. We were treated like old friends and never felt rushed or a nuisance. Our child asked her for a chocolate milk and she checked with us to make sure that was OK. I could go on and on about everything, but I believe the most important thing to say is that Janet should be training all servers because her service is perfect Thank you

Was there for a 40th birthday party, we had 25 girls total and one main server (that I remember) She was a rockstar! The mozzarella sticks were amazing, like make a trip back there for them amazing and thats a 2 hr drive for me. Sad that I shared 2 of them with other people and didnt just keep them for myself :) Also had some pizza and chicken fingers, all amazing but man those mozza sticks set a new bar for rest of my life. We all had a great time and enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!

I have been to the bourbon multiple times and had an amazing experience! Threw surprise birthday parties and been to work parties, even casual dinners. But today I walked out before even ordering. Our servers name was Alex. She asked us what we wanted to drink and when we asked for a glass of riesling, instead of simply saying we don t have any we have these instead, she looked at us like we had two heads and said you want what?. Once we finally got our drinks after the complicated ordering process we never saw our server again and proceeded to go up to the bar to ask for the bill for our two drinks as we had no desire to be there any longer. Our service was then brought to a different restaurant. Thank you Alex for paying attention to multiple tables that came in after us and completely ignoring us.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to try the place out. It s a nice place to eat, it was quiet at that time of the day. The food was great, I especially enjoyed their French fries, crispy with a unique taste. Waitress was great and attentive. I would recommend this place and will be going back to sample some more of the menu.

We met for an early dinner. The pizza is excellent and the beers are cold. We sat on the Beer Store patio side which wasnt very appealing. Otherwise everything was good.

Love going to the Bourbon. It s our go to place for a good local meal, always with great service. Just one concern. Management really has to get someone up on a ladder to clean the ceiling fans and chandeliers. I just can t look away any more! Vegetarian options: Portabello burger is a great veggie option

The value for money is just not there. If you like a super loud restaurant with big tvs then it s fine. But if you want good service and good food, this is not the place.

I had my 30th Birthday party here in the Private Party room, we went with the bartender package as I had 20-30 guests. Janet was fantastic! It was the best experience. I was able to come in the morning and set up all my decorations for the party. Food was amazing, had nothing but compliments from my guests! Would 110% recommend this place for events, parties, social gatherings!

First time visiting, and I wish my stomach held more food because everything we sampled was marvelous...and there were still items I need to go back for to try! Second time was as amazing as the first and the server Kait was fantastic, patient with my indecisive nature and attentive in just the right way.

We dont have a jackastors in Windsor, but Id say this has the same feel to it. Good food, huge TVs to watch the game on, and the staff are great.

The service was not great, prices on the menu were incorrect and when asked the response from 3 individuals was sub par. The Bourbon burger was just okay. The only thing that was good were the Parmesan bites. Would not recommend based on overall experience.

Our golf league meets here for lunch during the winter months. Everyone likes it here. The GIANT tv over the bar is something to see! The wait staff is very friendly offering suggestions for food drinks. Love the atmosphere. Wheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair accessible with lots of free parking in front & back.

I loved the bourbon burger, paid extra for a good size portion of sweet potatoes fries and the sauce that comes with. Service was good too. Parking: Theres a lot of parking behind the building and an entrance you can use at the back of the building.

What a great place! Bourbon Tecumseh Rd east is such a great location. We hosted a private party on NYE in one of the private rooms off the main bar. The space was perfect for our party of about 30 people but could have accommodated more. We had a DJ and private bartender. Lynnda who is also the manager was our lovely bartender and Moe the barback was absolutely amazing. So happy friendly and accommodating. What a great time we had. Shout out to George the owner for letting us do our thing with no hassle. Great price for the space and the food was excellent.

The new bourbon is incredible. Great bar and plenty of room for groups to go out and grab and drink. the private room is also fantastic if you want a bit more privacy for a family or business event.

This place is great! We had my brother inlaws surprise, 40th, and my sisters 36th birthday here. The food was really good. We had chicken wings, steak bites, calamari, fried mushrooms, cheese sticks, pizza, veggie tray, and fruit tray. We also had a sweet table. The staff is very friendly. Fast service. Chill atmosphere. We all had a wonderful time. Highly recommended!

We had a team meeting there this week, (45 team members) and the staff were able to accommodate 2 full sittings. Thank you all for hosting us. I need to give a HUGE shoutout to Tony (our host) and Chris (chef). Both men went over and above to ensure we had everything that we needed, even when we needed to ask for extra pizza to be made on the spot, or tables needed to be moved, they were more than willing to help at all turns. Not only were they extremely professional, but Tony was also quite entertaining, keeping all my staff laughing and smiling. And the food was amazing! Thank you, Chris. We had an engagement party for our friends in the event room. Everything was absolutely amazing! The staff was so helpful throughout the planning process on selecting food and making sure there would be enough for everyone. They helped us put up our decorations and they were able to give us a ton of time to prepare the room. The food was honestly incredible and we had way more than we needed. The bartender was so sweet and the drinks were awesome. Dustin is the best and really helped make this party planning process so easy. Highly recommend for your events! This post has nothing to do with the menu, staff or overall quality of their food/business. I m sure others have complained about the outdoor wooden patio, though after a near death experience I really feel I should speak up. While driving, and waiting for a safe opportunity to turn, it is near impossible to see through the structure. If the wood was thinner or spaced apart wider, it would make a difference for the safety of all drivers. I kindly ask you consider these alterations, and the people of Windsor Im sure would appreciate it. Thank you.

Great pizza!

Came for an afternoon drink and pizza. Lovely place with outdoor seating. The only thing is music inside incredibly loud to the point where you can t here yourself or waiter. If you want to relax and chat with friends I would most definitely recommend grabbing seats outside

Food is amazing

Held my fathers Celebration of life on July 15th, the staff kept the whole crowd happily served! The food was second to none. I Definitely would like thank the staff for a great afternoon in Celebration of my Dad.

The absolute best place I ve been too, the staff was amazing and extremely kind from the second I walked in to the time I left. I would highly recommend to any and everyone! Big shoutout to Rhiannon, dexter, John and Anthony for absolutely killing the game!

I came here with friends for some drinks after work. We re all servers and ordered a a bottle of wine to share. Normally the bottle of wine should be opened at the table however our bottle of wine arrived to the table not only opened but looking as if it was missing a glass of wine. When I mentioned this to our server she said the bottle comes like that, I know it doesn t because we serve the same wine at my restaurant as well. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.

Great addition to the Tecumseh area, the staff are amazing and the menu has great selection. We enjoyed the patio that over looks the heart of Tecumseh. Love bands every weekend !

Great vibe, bigger than I expected.

Excellent location in Tecumseh. This town needs a new fresh local establishment to go to. With that said place is really fun, spacious clean and service was right on. Menu is nice and food cooked to order. Bar is incredible and selection is great.Have recommended this place to several people and no complaints.

Such a bad experience here!!! Whole table was served besides 2 people who sat there for 10 minutes with nothing while everyone else ate. The wait staff was awful! The food? Meh. The atmosphere was not any better..wont be returning....

Having the windowed ceilings is an excellent touch. The wall behind the bar is probably the largest screen I ve ever seen. Lighting was nice. Was very busy on the Friday night. Lots of people there to celebrate birthdays. Service was a tad slow, but it was busy! Had 2 pieces of fish, and fries. The fish was excellent. Tartar sauce was thick and tasty. Fries didn t have much seasoning so might get salad next time. Definitely worth another visit, especially when there is football on, on a Sunday or big Thursday night game

Ordered 2 pounds of wings got 12 small wings. Ive worked in restaurants for years Ive never seen somebody shorting people that badly. Asked why we were so short, and the server then brings 2 wings on separate plates out from the kitchen. As if that makes up for the shortage and 2 separate plates as an insult. I wont be back.

Food was okay. Didnt leave a review when we went two weeks ago but just remembered again how bad service was and had to come back. Waited an hour and a half for food and the waitress did not come by once. Finally brought out the food and said that our appetizer would be out in another 5-10 minutes. I understand being busy or having a slow kitchen but man can you at least tell us when the food is going to be another hour

Great atmosphere Food was hot and fresh. The waiter will not be taken care of as he didnt take care of me. I think hes more interested in girls and doing the lemons at the bar...there is a beginning, middle, and end for everything in life, maybe a career change should be considered. Some things we just get too old for in life. Bad service is one of them.
