Friendlier service at the border

Pita is amazing each time! 5 stars! BUT Frozen yogurt topping keep getting completely blended like cheesecake bites are not bites when theyre fully blended, and the cookies and cream I had to throw out b/c it tasted nasty as one homogenous thick goop. Ive been to 3 locations and the other 2 places have toppings as toppings, or semi-blended, not completely mixed in.

It s been 3 weeks their toaster doesn t work every Tuesday. We were there last Tuesday and toaster wasn t working. Wasn t informed while placing order and when requested to toast it they said it s not working. Today also toaster wasn t working. Been 3 weeks is it not repaired?? Guy on the counter was rude also. Service at this location is getting worse now. It s just the pita is discounted on Tuesday they refuse to provide the service.

Ordered their sweet heat pita and within hours became violently ill with vomiting and diarrhea. Not sure if the chicken was undercooked or there was some other contamination going on, but I definitely got food poisoning from this location. My husband had a similar experience there a couple years ago but we weren t sure at the time if it was Pita Pit or something else. Won t be going back to that location.

Was not informed that the press to grill the pita was not working. When asking if they could grill it on the grill, they refused because they said it was too busy. The pita had a cut right down the center of it and contents were falling out. Had to empty all the contents to a bowl because the whole pita ripped apart. Will not be returning to this location, have never had another location refuse to grill it because they were busy .

Again the white skinny lady with make up and ref lipstick is unprofessional and unpolite

This is my least favourite pita pit in the city. The lettuce always, always, looks sketchy at best. The other two locations don t have this problem.

They used to be amazing until they switched owners. They used to use Renees salad dressing but theyve gone cheaper with everything with an ironic price increase in everything :( one of the greats bites the dust.

Spectacular food and service, even on busy Tuesdays!! Go there for a super healthy alternative to burgers and fries!! The smoothies are also great!! I would love to invest in a franchise.

I went to this pita pit location and was served by a very kind and welcoming young man. I did not get his name but he was so friendly and we had a great chat he was working the front. I did not catch his name but it was dec 29th at 630 pm. I Hope this review gets back to him to let him know how amazing his service was and welcome to Canada friend :)

Weird how this is an edit but I had another experience today with a worker behind the counter. Shes very dismissive and rude, rushing me through my order. Especially when the person in front was still picking his toppings, I felt it was too conjested ( I would have waited patiently.) Which is sad because being in customer service for as long as I have and regardless of how polite I was, she still continued off. Unsure why the management here seems to have a tendency of hiring staff that treats their customers this way, but I did feel bad for the coworker who seemed to be trying to do his job.

Just under $17 buck for a chicken pita (did get double meat). Food is ok, clerks were friendly. But in that double meat Pita, the way the pita was made, all the meat was in the middle. Despite double meat the first 3 bites i took had no meat, than the entire middle was just meat, followed by no meat at the end. $17 for a Pita.

Good fast food and relatively healthy. Significantly Better than subway in terms of type and style if food. Would go back!

Wraps are small for the price. I also found lettuce that was brown.

Amazing!!! Ordered through Skip. It was amazing, and I recommend! The Pita Sandwich was fantastic. I ordered Miss Vickie s Jalapeño, but received Miss Vickie s Salt and Vinegar, but that doesn t bother me. I figured they were either out of Jalapeño or it was just a mistake. If you haven t tried Pita Pit yet, you need to!!!

Very bad service. Spent 15 min waiting for 2 smoothies. One of the guys was lost trying to decide what he wanted to do first. When he finally decided start making the smoothies, stopped again to helped the other guy. The back and forth lasted 10 min. The smoothies tasted bad. Like he forgot to put an ingredient, which is possible because he moved so lost the entire time.

Food and customer service was awesome

The guy working was touching all the fresh foods with bare hands to refill the peppers, pickles, etc. Very unsanitary and tons of cross contamination going on. Had to ask them to wipe the counter before putting my wrap on top of a bunch of spilled sauce. Other customers brought this to the managers attention and she agreed he should have gloves on. Probably wont eat at this location again.

Hey so umm I ordered a steak pita today and the service was extremely quick. The young man taking my order I think his name was Caiden, he was very respectful and it changed the way I viewed life. His positivity impacted me in ways that I can t begin to explain. I will be coming back more often.

I got the buffalo chicken wrap, and it was good up until i took a bite and came across a strange consistency as i tried chewing it then realized there had been a piece of medal of some sort in my sandwich. I m almost sure it was inside the chicken. When i addressed this matter to the lady she was nice enough to offer me another one but my appetite was already gone. Overall terrible experience.

I spent 20 dollara in the smallest snack ive scene. Portion to cost ratio is a scam.

DO NOT GO IF YOU SEEK Gluten free.... i actually argued with the manager. This location does NOT follow any of pita pits regulations and actually yelled at me because i refunded my order. He insisted i was wrong because my order didnt included bread. They dont change gloves or have a seprate side of the grill as the website indicates. Ill be following up with head office.

Great pitas. I got the Chicken Cesar Pita and it was delicious and the girl that made my order made it accurately and followed all COVID measures meticulously.

I love this place! Always fresh and even gave me chips I didn t order and left me a note saying thank you for choosing us and being awesome all at once :) . Such a nice gesture!! Never disappoints.

Fast service, good food, we love their petas. The choice of ingredients to add to the pita is excellent. The only downside I find is the noise level. A lot of restaurants like this have very noisy machinery, fans mostly and it makes it difficult to hear when they ask how you want your pita. Its even more difficult now that everyone is wearing masks. The good side of that is the staff are all being very careful covid-19 wise. Definitely recommend.

This is the most supreme restaurant in the world Edit: after ordering from here even more I can confirm this is the best place in the city to order from they are so nice and every time I order from a courier service or go into store to get my food they always provide amazing and out of this world service. I will come here for year and years to come.

Went in and ordered my food. The cashier told me the price which was under 15 dollars. I proceeded to give her 15 dollars cash. Another worker came over and started trying to help her and somehow the price increased over a dollar. Please tell me how that happens when you put the same info into the system.

I eat at the Tecumseh Rd East store once a week. This is by far the best franchise in Windsor. My lunch is always ready on time, hot and fresh! I rave about this location to anyone that will listen. These employees are amazing and extremely appreciated Karen

Cracked a piece off my tooth on a piece of chicken cartilage/bone in my Souvlaki. Then when I got to the end of the wrap and on my last bite I bit down on something else hard, really hard. I think its a olive pit, but there shouldnt be any olive pits. And I didnt even order any olives. EDIT: Thankfully it was a piece of the tooth filling, not the tooth itself, dentist fixed it under warranty.

I love the food

I placed a lunch catering order for a five day employee training course located at a different location from my office. I was unable to monitor and had to trust it would arrive as ordered. Sonya took my order and made sure everything was perfect! The lunch was very well received and the delivery was exactly as instructed so I decided to order two more times for the same group! The variety on your catering menu ensured the group would have a different lunch each time. Thank you so much for the amazing service and delicious lunches for our group. Ive had the steak and cheese, and the chicken ceaser. Both of them were really good but they dont add enough sauce, so make sure to get double sauce. They also arent skimpy with the meat on the chicken ceaser.

I have been using this location for over one year now for catering. They are all very helpful, friendly and service is excellent. They are always so accommodating any tome I call in an order. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service, very clean location and a pleasure to work with.

I ordered from this location for a catering event through work. They did a wonderful job!!! The delivery was on time, everything requested ahead of time was in the order such as certain things on the side, forks, plates and napkins, every pita was labeled. I would 100% recommend to cater through the Pita Pit on Tecumseh Road, especially for a work luncheon. Very pleased customer!!! :)

Always a great healthy meal, and the ladies working that night made my sons experience very positive too. :)

The first time I ever went it was amazing. The girl was very friendly and did a great job. The second time I went which was 40 mins ago a different person served me. She wasn t nice, she talked very quiet, and my steak had bones in it which turned me off from the whole pita itself. I was not very impressed and I hope next time I go again it s a better environment.
