Authentic, flavorful food at a fair price. I would recomend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys Indian food/flavors. That said, they make their food to order and it takes a couple hours from order (they are upfront about this information) so if youre short on time you need to look elsewhere or plan ahead. Biryani and the tikka masala in specific are phenomenal and a must try! Vegetarian options: Wide variety, see their online menu.

Best food I have had anywhere. Small family owned take out only. Only bummer is that it is so good that it can be long waits for food. Vegetarian options: Many options. Dietary restrictions: Everything is made to order so dietary restrictions are no problem.

Got a dozen samosas, they were fresh out of the kitchen and were some of the best samosas Ive had in recent memory. The samosas come with two different chutneys on the side, both were fresh and savory!

Food is great but could never figure out when the business is open as their phone/answering service is horrible.

Good food. Their menu is pretty large. I got paneer tikka masala and malai kofta. Curries were good but not a lot of protein. Portions are decent. Staff is friendly. No dine in which sucks. I ordered by phone and food was ready in time. Packaging was great.

We ordered two lamb madras curries, tandoori chicken and somosa. The entire order was awesome food. I have eaten Indian food for many years and this is right up there. Do order a couple hours early and you will get a pick up time. Its worth the wait for some of the nicest authentic Indian food I have tasted

Absolutely one of the best- if not, the best place for Indian food in Windsor. You do need a lot of notice to place your order. Yes, sometimes it can be hours but your patience will pay off. The food is very delicious.

Probably the best Indian cuisine in Windsor. Regular fluctuates from Chicken Tikka Masala and Palak Paneer, both dishes done incredibly well. Portions are quite generous (enough food for 2 large meals). Their spicy is indeed, spicy. Long wait times and you have to call a few times to get a hold of them, but well worth the wait.

Long wait all the time

The most amazing Indian food you will find in a 100 mile radius. About a 2 hour wait so order ahead but I promise it is more than worth it. The portions, price and flavour and so amazing. Definitely a must try!

Simply the best! We basically quit ordering greasy chinese food once we found this place. Amazing people serving amazingly flavourful food at fair prices. I don t mind driving there to pick up my orders at all because it is that good. Highly recommended.

Terrible service, unreliable hours

First of let me start by saying I have had almost every dish on the menu. And they are all incredibly good. The Fish Pakora is a must try. I have had the opportunity to try some great Indian restaurants in India and in Toronto and across US. IMO this place is better than all of them. I constantly have family from Toronto over and they love the food from here more than what they get there. Yes the wait time is not like your dominos run but it s 100% worth the wait.

The wait for food is long because everything is prepared fresh and made from scratch. Its essentially an indian family that decided to cook for a living so its made like they would in their own kitchen. I asked. Its why the food is so good! This is home cooked food I think Chief Ramsay would be proud of. Today, I had one gentleman who worked there give me my food and he was super polite. I couldnt rip because I had no cash. I felt bad. Make sure you have cash to tip because the debit doesnt let you. If youre not from India, its difficult to know what each of the foods are by the descriptions, but the descriptions give a great outline for whats in it so you can have an educated guess. Or Google it.

Amazing. Best authentic Indian food in Windsor!

Cheap place. Cheap people. They deliver hot food in styrofoam containers. I tried to talk the lady to serve it in safer silicon containers which they have but she bluntly refused. I tried explaining to her that it is carcinogenic and they cannot do that. I even tried challenged her saying that it is a matter that can be raised to Canadian Food Inspection Agency. She didn t care and asked me to complain to the Agency as soon as possible.

This restaurant has by far the best authentic Punjabi food I have had in Windsor. I have tried all the Indian restaurants in the city but always come back here. Can definitely tell its all freshly made, well worth the wait!

Food is good, if you can actually get ahold of someone. Service is not the greatest here. Very very slow. Dont expect to eat for an hour and a half. They also dont answer the phone sometimes. You need to call 3-4 times to get anyone.

Tried several times on different occasions and same story, they never answer the phone and voice mail is full! Live out in Lasalle and try to order ahead for pick up but cant get through to even place an order. When I go there in person its over an hour wait for even a small order. Very bad service

I dont know how this restaurant is in business. They open at noon. It is take out. You would expect that you would come in and order and get your food 15 mins maybe 30 minutes later. Wrong. If u come exactly at noon which I did and they were still closed, Your order wont be ready until 2 pm. So what is the use. Usually take out restaurants they prepare early and have things ready ao people can get their food and go I kindly suggest to the owners that they put in their website that it is better to put your order 24 hours prior so it will be ready at 2 pm the next day. I am not sure if you order the day prior will your order be ready at noon for lunch time? As for me i will never go there or order no matter how good it is. I can not comment on the food as i tried to order and was told that they just opened and food won t be ready until 2pm. They were nice don t take me wrong but i am here for the food. The place is plain and clean.

Had food catered from here for a baby shower and everyone like it. Also very good value for how much you get. The only reason would rate 4 stars is have to wait up to 2 hours sometimes to pickup a single food item and there is no seating inside. Go for the butter chicken.

What a disappointment that too twice, once they said we are not taking any more orders as it s close to closing time, secondly they say we are busy doing catering orders. I drove 8-10 miles each side wasting my time for nothing. They should clearly mention catering & take out only& not a restaurant. Never ever going to this place again. I live outside Windsor, how should I know its only a take out place, as this pops up when you are hungry & looking for a place to eat.

My favourite. Discovered them when i moved to the east from the south. Yes you do have to wait a bit and yes the service isnt all dressed up but theyre real. And they make your food from scratch... Ill never put anyone else over them lol. If they end up creating an area to dine-in and bring in some servers theyll become millionaires

This place has the most delicious Indian (Punjabi) food in Windsor! It tastes so fresh and the quality of their ingredients is amazing. I ordered the Malai Kofta, Paneer Tikka Masala and Veg. Biryani with a medium spice level. Everything was well made according to our taste. I ve tried several indian restaurants in Windsor which haven t been up to par. But this restaurant is unbelievably good! This is going to be my go to place for authentic North Indian food in Windsor from now on.

This is the only Indian restaurant in Windsor which comes close to authentic Indian food. I usually go to states if I need the best Indian food but locally this is the go to place. But waiting time is usually 1-2 hours for takeout.

Excellent north Indian take out place

I will NEVER order food from this place again. My wife and I spoke with them about a catering order and were told that we were penciled in for that date. When we went in to confirm the order (after calling on the phone for hours with no answer), we were told that they couldnt do it anymore, and they had booked another event instead. Extremely disappointed in their unprofessional and unreliable service. I felt like they didnt even care about my business. I will never recommend this place to anyone again.

Worst restaurant experience ever. The place is open until 930 pm and they can stop taking orders at 7pm. You cant run a business like this in Canada no matter how good the food is.

Great place for the taste of Indian food. Mainly known for paneer food dishes. Service is really good. Whenever we make any plan for one day picnic, we take out food from this place.

Service is very poor. Went in today to order some samosa and was told it would take 2.5 hours to complete my order and to come back later.

Very good experience ! Food was delicious. I walked in when they stopped taking orders due to closure and they still took my order and served me a nice, fresh late dinner ! Would recommend .

Best taste

Recently discovered about the place through word of mouth. Should say awesome food and seems they do it from scratch. Pretty hard to get hold of this guys, had to place order at 2 for the dinner as they dont answer calls after 3 as they are very busy and have all the orders seems for the day. Food portion is good for the price ,worth trying .

Food is delicious BUT it doesn t matter what time you call the food is never ready before at least 7pm. Once I was told there was a 3 hour wait. I ve since stopped ordering from here due to the service. I could go to the grocery store, get everything I need, cook it, eat and wash everything in 3 hours

Used to be one of the favourite places but their repeated poor customer service is a big let down!! The food still tastes good but their treatment of customer is really bad. And if someone is planning on giving a catering order please ask their availability and then decide your event date! They seem to be so busy all the time even if someone looks to order a month ahead, they are already fully booked- ( please read with a sarcastic tone)---- terribly disappointed loyal customer!

Worst experience of my life... really you serve tandoori chicken with naan and no dip or sauce on the side. Chicken was literally dry and tasteless. Am also in food business where you treat your customers nicely but here it s complete different. Server doesn t even smile and was really rude. You have to go to the counter to get the stuff if in case required in between your meal. Nobody comes and ask you even for water. Really disgusting, awful experience. No more words to describe am speechless .
