Staff is horrible. No sense of talking. Ordered for extra meat in bowls instead of that given us the same meat and charged more. Staff clothes touching the food. Hair was out from the hair net making it more unhygienic.

Honestly this place is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get a great taco and other times you get a burrito bowl literally drowning in beans. Dont order take out, go in bc at least you can see them make the food. Probably not going to order again just not worth it

Went there for dinner. Ordered Sweet Carnitas (by reading all the toppings on the board), there was no meat on the toppings, so i assumed it to be a Veggie. My wife dont eat meat, so I ordered it for her. To my surprise it was a meat taco. It was not a good experience Suggestion - All the other Tacos had meat specified on the bulletin. This was the only one with no meat listed. Please make sure for customers like me who dont know what Carnitas mean, to just add meat in brackets next to it to know.

Horrible staff.

Would not bother getting large burrito. Get as much as the regular size. They scraped last drop of meat in my burrito and shorted it and when questioned it they just disregarded. Service is always hot or miss I don t know why I bother ever going back.

Bland, cold, will not order again. Portion sizes were decent, and cost was not bad. Veggie ground had no flavour, most of the bowl was cold (except a tiny warm bit in the centre), got a fingernail of guacmole. Really not sure why people eat here.

Mostly I ordered online from this store via skip the dishes and uber. Such an amazing food experience from barburrito. Sometimes they add complimentary items on special occasions like birthdays. They are also offering customisation of the food items via additional comments. Got decent quantity of meat every time I ordered here.

The worst Mexican food in windsor next to Taco Bell. Tried all three types of tacos. The beef is dog food Taco Bell grade, fish was soggy, pork was very salty. The only thing that was good were the chips and salsa so that s saying a lot. Overall horrible food, much better options in windsor. Would not recommend.

Older staff was better. Good food but when you order a large burrito you expect more than one scoop of meat. Staff now is quite rude and incompitent of listening to instruction and are very chinsy on what toppings go on your burrito. You should not have to repeat something 4 times to just have them put on what you didnt want on your food. To come home and see there was 0 cheese sauce on my extreme frys....

Good selection of fillings and sides and sauces, but to me it doesnt measure up to Quesada in terms of fast food burrito joints. Facility was clean and staff were friendly (if not a little clueless at times).Tried the California burrito and it was pretty good

Barburrito is my all time favorite restaurant in windsor for the Mexican food. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! The staff is also great and always efficient, happy and polite. The cost is little bit expensive but the quality is so maintained that it always worth to eat! Also, The store is always neat and clean, just loved to hangout there. Highly recommend to visit once.

I have been here many times. The food is okay most of the time but the customer service is absolutely atrocious. The staff completely disregard what you re saying. They are rude, slow and they do not know how to prioritize. Every time I m here my mood is immediately changed. Please work on your customer service.

I really love this place and eat here at least once every 2 weeks. Went to go put in my usual order through the app and found out theyre no longer doing combos. So my regular order went from around $13 (reg white crunchy chicken, fries + drink) to about $18. I hope the restaurant reinstates combos.

Special thanks to Sam, and the whole team, for always taking care to make sure I leave satisfied. Vegetarian options: They have options for a variety of diets, including vegetarian. Parking: I just parked like 6ft from the door. Theres plenty of convenient parking. Just note that to access the lot, youll need to be driving Eastward on Tecumseh Rd.

poor customer service, and communication.

There has been significant improvement in their service in the past few months since the time they opened and till now. Earlier the staff did seem a bit stingy while making burritos. I dont have those complaints anymore. now, they are very sweet and welcoming as well as they put everything as per the customer asks for. Customer service is good. Burrito bowls are delicious, especially their burrito sauce and signature hot sauce. Also, must try their extreme fries, totally worth it..!!

Food was authentic Mexican food and very very delicious. Prices were fair.

They are very cheap with their toppings, I recommend going to Quesada or Qdoba if you wanna be filled up, they charge more here and give you significantly less food, every time I ask for a little more rice, veggies or sauce they want to charge 50 cents for a little more. At over $15 for a meal the value sucks here

They are very cheap with their toppings for the price they charge. Ive been 3 times now and every time they shake out the serving spoons so you only get like 1/2 or 3/4 what you should get. Like other reviews have mentioned, its like theyre counting individual beans, corn, cheese shreds, meat and whatever else you ask to get on it. Then you end up with a sad looking burrito thats more flat than round and smaller than the sign they have that supposedly shows actual sizes. I wont be back.

I have had BarBurrito at other locations in Canada and have enjoyed the burrito bowls without any issues. At this Windsor location, as other reviewers have stated they are very chintzy with the main ingredients. My fish bowl contained half the amount of fish that I was served at other locations. Will not order from this location and will discourage others also.

I have gone here a couple of times now. The young manager guy does not know how to train employees and seems to treat them rudely. Foods the same as a Quesada or Qdoba, better to support a place that doesnt treat their employees like trash

It is OBVIOUS team at this location have read and taken into consideration the reviews and comments seen on this page! They go OVER and above to make sure the burrito has enough on it. The knowledge the manager had on which sauces were vegan was impressive. I was amazed as how LARGE, the LARGE burrito was!!!! I am normally a Mucho Gal, but I thought Id give BarBURRITO a shot!!! And im happy I did! They had everything I wanted AVAILABLE- and did NOT cheap out on any of the toppings... EVEN THE VEGGIE GROUND!!! They only had a small amount in the bucket left- and instead of splitting that and cheaping out on the two burritos we ordered... The staff put the remainder on my burrito (which was SO MUCH mmm) and made fresh stuff, for the second burrito (and STUFFED that one too!) For two large burritos with guac (+1$) and both made a combo.. which they offer THE BEST FRIES EVER!!.... came to 40$$ (wed spend that much at any other take out restaurant) We were absolutely satisfied, and stuffed... were actually considering going back tonight... Overall- Im very impressed! Im very thankful to see the manager and/or owner reading these reviews, and making necessary changes in the restaurant! Awesome flavours, fresh food, great variety! And with that mind set, I hope this restaurant will continue to do and be GREAT!!

Always a delightful experience at Bar Buritto. Food is always fresh. Tastes amazing and plenty to choose from. The food portions are extremely generous. If you ask for more of a topping, they will happily give you more ! They are very accommodating with how specific you want your order. Restaurant itself is very clean. You can tell there toppings are fresh and cut daily. The food itself is always flavourful and never dry. So many vegetarian options to pick from too- which is great! Service is very quick and staff is extremely friendly. I ve been there a handful of times and the staff remembers my order still! The staff never look frantic when they get busy. Always get the chicken burrito bowls , great portion size, great flavour, the only downfall is the chicken is always overcooked and dry. Staff is friendly and polite. If they could fix the way the cook the chicken so it isnt so dry i would eat here more often and change to a 5 star rating

Yesterday I went to barBurrito store at Windsor, It was one of the cleanest and maintained with a very good ambience among the stores located Kitchner, Brampton, Toronto. The service was excellent and staff was very cooperative. I highly recommend this store to have the best burrito in town.
