The staff made us feel at home. Food is amazing and the atmosphere is amazing. Must try!!!

Server was extremely absent and rude for no reason. Staff were totally absent it seemed. Manager laughing it up behind bar on his phone while our table waited 30 minutes for the bill. Bevin made our table feel very unwelcome. Will stick to the Wyandotte location.

Very intimate feeling, great staff, usually same employees for a long time. Simple menu with delicious items and a great assortment of wines and spirits.

Hosted an event here for my daughter. It was an overall great experience. The owners are friendly, accommodating and punctual. The food was amazing, the service was amazing and the atmosphere is beautiful. I definitely will come back again. Highly recommend. Parking: To the left of the front entrance has parking and around back there is a private enclosed parking lot with plenty more spaces. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair/Stroller accessibility at the rear entrance where all the parking is.

Approved a reservation for 7 . Then the owner was rude and frustrated claiming they couldn t accommodate midway through the dinner, what a joke.

Usually my go to dinner spot. Love the vibes. One of the best places to get pizza!!!

Haven t been to Wineology in years. So glad we tried it again. Menu has changed, location has changed as well as the atmosphere. Food was amazing! This was like a whole new experience and we will be back. Strongly recommend the Cajun Beef Tips with Gorgonzola sauce.

Service was the worst Ive ever experienced in the city. Paid for my meal and stayed 45 minutes to chat with a friend- didnt see the waitress that entire time. I just wanted water. She didnt clear our table before our main course arrived and we had to put plates on top of plates as there was no room. Absolutely embarrassing for a restaraunt. First and definitely last.

Ordered from this place last night and was shocked at the high quality of the food in our very own little town. PERFECTLY cooked med-rare filet mignon with a gorgeous reduction accompanied by lovely carrots and potatos. Very happy that I will no longer have to leave tecumseh to get a gorgeous meal ! Compliments and thanks!

Perfect place for a date. I am getting to be too old for this kind of dark places. Lol Not a typical menu, with some fancy ingredients, which I would recommend if you want to try something different in a familiar form (pizza with truffle oil, etc.) A huge list of wines for the wine lovers out there.

Went early on Friday for dinner with family. Food tasted really good and service no complain. Only issue was the price to portion on salad and entree. Really if u charge $20+ for salad and indicate shareable..pls keep the portion a little sizeable for sharing. Unless it meant shareable amongst 2 ppl. Overall except price to portion no other complain.

Reserved a table for 11 people yesterday which our table they gave us was not meant for and could not fit everyone comfortably. Food was great but we were disappointed in the service we received. The waiters seemed very uninterested and never came back to give refills on water or ask if anyone wanted more drinks so most of us sat with empty drinks the entire time. Also, when they came to take our orders, they would just ask what do you want instead of trying to be a bit more professional at such a nice restaurant.

Went to their new location next to bourbon and it was absolutely incredible. They renovated and updated their interior felt so classy and it was such a vibe on a Thursday night.. felt like I wasn t in windsor for a split second. Their music matched the vibes and it was pretty busy for a Thursday! The service was fantastic the ladies there were so lively and relatable and passionate about serving. We got the feta app and Sabrina s pizza. The waitress brought them out at the same time because she wanted us to dip the pizza in it afterwards and she was so right. The wine she recommended was grace bridge which was a California Pinot noir and just wow. Such an easy wine. Overall, it was a great experience!!

My absolute favorite place! The vibes, the drinks, the pizza are all amazing. The spicy oil that you can get with the pizza is 10/10. I feel like I m in a different big city when I m here. They play amazing music as well so the vibes turn into a bar club which is always great. I m always coming back because of how great experience it always is! Highly recommend!

Way way WAY too loud!

Tecumseh location was shut down an hour before close time, disappointing to drive out.

Love the new location. The new larger menu was a welcome surprise. I had the fillet and it blew away any expectations I had. Was super tender and absolutely delicious. Ill be back!

First time here. Lighting was maybe too dim. And the music was quite loud. Service was fantastic and the food was delicious. Good selection of wine as well as other spirits as well as beers.

Last week I had class wine which was good and lobster Avocado salad . It was good while having it but I got food poisoning after reaching home . I won t recommend any kind seafood from wineology. I heard their pizza are nice .

Great place to bring that special someone. The atmosphere was very romantic. We really enjoyed ourselves. We had made reservations, but it wasnt necessary as we went later in the evening.

Terrible Valentine s Day experience. If you asked me before I would tell you wineology was my favourite restaurant. If you ask me now we likely will never be returning. As soon as we sat down we were told it was a set menu which we were never told upon putting in our reservation. Once we proceeded to order the menu had zero prices nor did the waiter tell us the cost. (The price was not the issue of the service was the quality and experience we were used to). Everything we ordered was extremely small portions and the waiter gave my fiancé and I the wrong meals for each course. Along with the small portions the couple sitting behind us brought there cat in a carrier and the restaurant allowed them to leave there cat under the table. I also ordered steak and did not receive a steak knife along with I was never asked How I ate my steak/ it was cold. Not once did we get asked how our meal was/ get a refill on our water. We were told the heart shaped Nutella pizza was shareable. It was the size of a cookie along with soggy and not completely cooked. We were very disappointed with our service. Likely will never be going back which is unfortunate as I said prior this was my favourite restaurant. Supervisor is aware as a complaint was put in.

Very nice place! My husband and I came in last Friday for a date night. We had a great time. Really declious food and beautiful atmosphere. We had the wineology salad, tropical jumbo shrimp, and fire brie cheese plater. Each plate was perfection. Manager was super nice and waitress was amazing. Def our new date night spot! :) Best place in the Lakeshore area for a night out.

This was my first time at wineology and it was a very enjoyable experience. The host and server were both very friendly, and informative about the menu. The food and wine were both delicious. It was a great night out.

First time at wineology and I had one of the best experiences at a restaurant I ve ever had! The drinks were top notch! Definitely try a dirty martini. I m a vegan and the pizza options for me were phenomenal. A great place for girls night ..date night, or celebration.

The evening started out great; but it s amazing how in a short amount of time it can go bad! Three of us, two parents out with our daughter celebrating her university beginnings. Not outstanding service and when we ordered dessert we waited 23 mins when we had to ask how much longer. Glasses empty and no apologies for the time. Would have been back multiple times but now have no desire to go back! Having owned two restaurants this is very sad! Great location but the only positives are the atmosphere and food!

A beautiful place with very attentive and friendly service. A real pleasure to spend our evening chatting with fellow visitors and the staff. Wine list was extensive and the menu left me wishing that we did not eat elsewhere before arriving. We will return and make this a weekly stop. Also, a huge THANKS for turning a small mention of my spouses birthday into the most memorable part of the evening with the complimentary and delicious dessert.

Great food, great atmosphere, and great staff. So sad to hear about the fire. Wish the owner treated his staff a little better... kinda embarrassing watching him degrade them in front of customers.

Always a favorite spot for 2. Sadly they have had a couple of fires lately and may not be open in Windsor for some time. Be sure to call in advance to avoid closures.

Really enjoyed our date night. Dined inside and there was plenty of space between tables. We both got a flight of wine and enjoyed all of them. The salmon was the best salmon I can remember (really enjoyed how crispy it was) and Mats pizza was good as well. The menu seemed pretty small though, but that might be due to the lack of customers during COVID. Will likely go back again!

First time dining experience and staff was wonderful. Wine selection top notch. Food was mixed... amazing salad and tiramisu but subpar pizza. Issue with pizza was rectified immediately by staff. Bathrooms need a lot of work, cleanliness and function, to fit with the higher end aspirations of the restaurant.

After eating a delicious meal at the Walkerville location we decided to try the location in Tecumseh. Service was mediocre and the food was not consistent with the other locations. We ordered the a pizza and the same dessert (nutella pizza) that we had before. The center of our pizza was watery and soggy. Our nutella dessert had only 2 strawberries and no toasted marshmallows with just a hint of powdered sugar. When I showed the waiter the picture of the same dessert from another location he brought us the marshmallows and more strawberries. Would not go back to this location.

Wonderful decor, food, and wine. A couple of new items on the menu. Only downside is that the take-away containers were styrofoam. Most establishments are moving to recycled cardboard containers.

Gorgeous ambiance with a KILLER wine repertoire. Service staff is down-to-earth and offers insightful recommendations. Food is simple but sensational.

Atmosphere and food were both great. Fabios pizza is a must try. Service was only ok, but they were busy so it is understandable. One thing I would recommend is dont get the tiramisu. It was not tiramisu at all--mine had a lot of chocolate and caramel sauce on it as well as chocolate chips. You couldnt taste the coffee at all.
