Jasjeet and aarti they are great!

I recently visited Brar Restaurant and was disappointed with the overall experience. Unfortunately, the restaurant does not allow customers to order individual items, which limits flexibility and choice. Additionally, their furnace was not functioning during our visit, which made the environment less comfortable. I recommend speaking with the server before placing an order, as you may find that your options are limited to thalis or combos. In my opinion, these options do not provide the best value for the price. I hope the management considers improving these aspects to enhance the customer experience

I feel like its unfair for me to judge this place because I am not a big fan of Indian food, I only go because my coworkers want to go for their birthdays. That being said, this is probably the best Indian meal that Ive had at the various places that Ive been forced to go. Lots of variety meaning you can try everything, and you feels very little pressure to actually finish anything. My only criticism is the fact that they give far too little bread for the dish and the music is just a little too loud. Vegetarian options: Almost everything on the menu is vegetarian, or even vegan compatible. Three of my co-workers are vegetarian only, which makes this place very desirable.

Does not live up to the brand name it projects in Canada. WORST SERVICE THAN FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS We entered the restaurant around 9.05pm even though there is enough time to serve properly, told us to order everything at same ONCE. Funny part is,20 minutes later they allowed more people for dine in.

Aman was nothing but a delight, came here for the first time and leaving with happy smiles.

Today , me and my friend went to Brar,s restaurant for dinner. While we were in the middle of completing our meal / tea and they asked us to leave because other customers were in the line waiting. It dosent mean if other customers are waiting and you have to ask the people to leave who are already eating. Please maintain some professionalism and treat customers well because we pay for food. I dont think we should pay for tip to any restaurant and always bill should be paid before you leave not while eating food.

Brar s Vaughan Mills is fantastic! The food is fresh, flavorful, and authentic. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. Highly recommend the chana bhatura and Amritsari kulcha. Great dining experience can t wait to visit again!

I visited recently, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They recommended a few dishes that turned out to be the best Indian food Ive had in Canada. A big shoutout to the entire team for creating such a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Ive been at this location twice so far and pleasing experience both times. Food is just so WoW. Amazing, authentic, delicious taste. Just love it. Plus you get all brars products there like paneer, ghee, etc.

Worst food service I ordered value meals for takeout was waiting around 45 minutes to get order and all they give is just 2 pieces of sandwich cold sandwich , 4-5 firs 3-4 fruit or whatever which other restaurants give in drive through for 2-3$ Bucks . Waste of time , + I came here for pickup lunch for me and my crew totally waste of time & money never going back

Ordered Veg Thali. The quantity of the curries is too much, 1 Naan or roti doesn t suffice. Gulab jamun was amazing, however, rasmali was not all that great. Overall average prices for a good meal. Aarti our server was great and very sweet. She helped us choose the menu quickly.

Sweets and other merchandise over priced (same stuff, such as Brar Paneer or Brar Ras Malai) at local grocery chain like No Frills/Freshco/Walmart can be had 30% cheaper. Washrooms bins overflowing and could do with more frequent checks. Vegetarian options: 100% vegetarian.

When I told her (Samridhi) that can you pack Kajukatli then and change my mind before she pack because I was discussing with my husband then she told me to let your husband decide. She was ignoring my talk and just listening what my husband is saying I think so you guys should give proper training for customer service and how to talk and how to behave . After this I will never come to Brar s.

I had a disappointing experience at here . The food was bland, poorly presented, and lacked freshness. My dish was lukewarm. They made a mistake with my order and brought something that i didnt order , which made it worse. Definitely not worth it won t be returning.

Shubhangi was a great host! Food was top-notch, loved the chole bhature.

It s shameful that they give stale, smelly food in take outs. I hv ordered 2 masala dosa and 2 tea for take out. To my surprise, the tea was not more than just tasteless hot water and the side items of the dosa i.e. the chatneys are completely stale not in a eatable condition and one will definitely fall sick with food poisoning by eating it I don t understand why they do this. We are not giving you counter fit money then why the hell they serve this stale food to customers. Greatly disappointed.

Upsetting to say the least. Two people looking for a light snack. Ordered the kachori it was not fresh and chewy AF. Ordered the tiki chaat. Chaat was simply kachoris with dahi and chutneys on top. No onion no potato no channa. Chaat implies more than just dahi on top. Ordered two chais. Those were good. Called the server told her the kachori was stale. She said she s going to speak to the manager. Never returned. Another server was asked for the bill and they billed us fully for everything. We went looking for the server who mumbled something about the manager making excuses for the stale kachori saying it dried out under the lights. Basically too bad for you. We asked to speak to the manager. She disappears and never returns. Sad to see that they cannot take responsibility for their serings. Will never return!

Had a recent dining friends, no doubt food was good and upto expectations but the customer service was zero. Seems like they don t wanna serve the guests and working out of some helplessness, no greetings, weired face, no smile, no quick responses. Overall didn t enjoy the food cause of this attitude of servers and atmosphere. Not recommended at all.

Excellent vegetarian Indian food with lots of options to choose from. A big variety of Indian sweets too. Our server Aarti was very pleasant and helpful in picking menu options. She was very friendly, patient and thoughtful. Love coming here and will definitely be visiting again soon. Vegetarian options: Tons of vegetarian options. One of our favourite places for takeout, but this evening we decided to dine in. Their Chole Bhature is always my favourite, but eating right there when it s piping hot and straight out of the fryer brings it to a whole new level . it is truly heavenly. I love this place. Their atmosphere is so casual and relaxed, I feel like I m in Delhi. Aarti was our server this evening, and she was so wonderful. Thank you Brar for coming to Vaughan. For us GTA East Enders, it s a blessing.

Can t give 0 star worst food worst service my order for just 20 naan took 1 hr and 30 min to cook. If they don t have trained chef why the hell is the restaurant open close the shutter and go for training.

The food was good. But when we were almost finish, a lady server approaches us and says that outside drinks are not allowed if you could keep that away well you came when we were almost done! Also, there were no signs on the wall or anywhere else which justifies what she said. And if I just paid for that drink somewhere else and wanting to have it with my food, why would buy the same drink again only because I am in the restaurant. If it was a bottle of coke from outside then you guys will be giving the same in a can and charging it again. Does not make any sense nor changes its taste. Just if you still have those restaurant policy, put a board which people can read and not be in my situation.

Too pricy $14.99/lb for veggie pakora and $14.99/lb for jalebi. Not worth the taste or the money. There is absolutely no justification anywhere in the world to charge those kind of prices. They arent gold plated nor silver lined or diamond studded! Mediocre at best

They are not holding themselves to the brar brand s quality and taste. Not the same or even close to other locations, attention to detail is lacking.
