Friendly, family run business who offers delicious pizza and sandwiches. Do yourself a favour and try it out! The pizza crust is crispy but soft and pillowy and the crust is delicious. The toppings are fresh and delicious; no frozen toppings here. We ll be back when we are in town.

The pizza had very good quality and the service was fast.

A favorite for over ten years. IMHO, best chicken parm sandwich in the GTA and the slices are mighty fine too. When Im in a glutton mood, I eat a slice on the way home and then kill a sangwich in the comfort of my home. Then I let the food coma take over. Food : 5/5

update: after initially giving two stars on my first visit and revisiting riccis today in a pinch, im downgrading it to just one star, and its not even worth that. for the almost $70 it cost for our three dishes, i came away thinking it was barely above high school cafetria quality- in some ways actually worse-, and both of us also got sick within an hour of leaving. the pastas were pretty much soups today- it was busy, so i get everyones in a rush in the kitchen, but let the pasta and sauce emulsify a bit longer... its not at all appetizing the way we were served both our vodka and carbonara sauces today- and the carbonara is a far cry from the dish its named after. how this place has such a high rating and remains so busy in the middle of woodbridge no less is completely beyond me- maybe for young families with little kids its good enough, but it really, truly, is bottom-tier food. never again. original review: ive driven by probably hundreds of times, but somehow only recently gave actually eating here a thought. when a close friend raved about it, i had to go. the photos here in the reviews looked great i thought, so i was really looking forward to my first time, but came away pretty disappointed. of the five dishes we ordered, only one was decent (at best). i dont know, it all just tasted like the most low-effort version of the dish it was supposed to represent- much like banquet hall food. it seems to be a high volume spot, so i can appreciate maybe some corners are cut, or maybe not the best ingredients. i will say its decent value for the portion size, and i totally appreciate its a local staple- fits the express family restaurant vibe well. ill probably even end up eating there again, tbh, but really nothing to write home about. much prefer the pizza and past (and everything else we had) elsewhere.

*Disappointing Experience at Riccis Pizzeria* I gave Riccis Pizzeria a second chance after a subpar first visit, but unfortunately, my experience didnt improve. Last weeks fish pasta was overwhelming, with a strong fishy smell and a sauce dominated by oregano and black pepper. This time, my husband and I ordered: - Penne ala vodka - Chicken fettuccine Alfredo - Small margarita pizza Unfortunately, both sauces were watery, and the pizza was a greasy, undercooked disappointment that resembled a Costco pizza. Not what I expect from a pizzeria. Save yourself the trouble and head to Costco instead. Youll eat better and spend less.

Amazing Italian food! Weirdly fast food-ish style ordering, but called out by name delivery to your table. Staff is great, very willing to help in any way to make your meal enjoyable. Absolutely LOVED the Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo...

Walked in 20 minutes before closing with my family. But they wouldnt allow me to sit down for dinner. They offered me take out. Owners must be swimming in money!!! Or employees are running the place now. I took my business where its appreciated. Unfortunately Riccis wont be my first choice.

The food is terrific, great taste, truly delicious , the service is great when ordering, but the wait can be a killer, waited 30mins for a veal sandwich after our pizza was ready.

Fried panzerotti, veal sandwich and party size pizza are my 3 best choices. The place for dining in is not the greatest, I usually take out. As a suggestion, working hours during the week can be extended on evenings.

I always call ahead to order my 2 lbs wings and a baked panzo. Been coming here for years and their flavour still is one of the best in my opinion.

I can only comment on Riccis pizza, panzarotti and salad, which my husband and I had. There was a bit of a wait, but it was well worth it. The food was well-made and delicious. The only issue with our dine-in experience was the blaring music. The music was so loud it was impossible to hold a conversation or allow time to savour the excellent food since we couldnt wait to leave.

First time there for lunch today. Had a hot veal sandwich and shared a Calabrese slice of pizza. The sandwich was enormous and authentic. I took half home with me. Pizza was top notch. Fresh ingredients, delicious sauce, nice crust. The atmosphere was very casual. Its set up to move people in and out. My friend and I stayed over an hour and did not feel rushed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Prices were reasonable. Recommend.

I only had a slice of pepperoni. There was little to no sauce. Crust was comparable to a frozen pizza. Not impressed

Me and my uncle stopped here stop here twice a week for lunch during work, it gets a bit packed around lunch time, but even then the service is very quick and the staff are very polite, I always get the veal sandwich and Greek solid and its the best Ive ever had.

I ordered a steak sandwich and a slice. Havent been here since when Covid restrictions were in effect and now I remember why! I came back to see if my last experience was a one off. Half of my steak sandwich had one bacon thin piece of steak and the other half had three thin slices. Onion sandwich would be a more appropriate name as there was 3x more onion than steak. I thought it was just my steak but looking at pictures in other reviews I see that aint the case. I dont know if thats the new norn but for a buck or two more you can get 4 to 5 times the meat at California sandwiches down the street and the meat tastes so much better. As for the slice, it was nice and thick, the sauce was good but the cheese tasted like something that came from a jar and is spread with a knife. The pepperoni was very thin and hard to taste. Wont be going back. The dining room was full, maybe its just me but Ill stick to California Sandwiches at Plaza del Sol and Pizzaville just up the road on Rutherford.

Finally tried Ricci s for lunch and was impressed. This place gets busy so if you have limited time, call ahead and place your order. I enjoyed a custom calzone.

The pizza dough was as tasteless as cardboard, and the tomato sauce lacked any flavor. This pizza is simply not good. Even pizza from Pizza Pizza or Pizza Nova is far superior to this abomination of a pizza!

Anything I get here is 10/10. Best wraps, pizza, chicken wings ever had in life! I m willing to drive 40 minutes to come here. Service and atmosphere depends on how busy they are, it s loud and crowded but they are usually really busy for a reason.

Excellent made to order fresh pasta. You have the choice of multiple sauces, different pasta, protein, or vegetable ingredients.

Its a comforting and casual spot. The prices are fair, and the food is good! I really enjoy their panzerotti and rice balls with meat sauce. The veggie sandwich was surprisingly good. I would skip the chicken parm sandwich , it was a little disappointing IMO!

This will be my second attempt at a review. The first one was a 5 star, this one isn t any different. The only thing that bothers me is not the restaurant or the staff. It s the customers who dine in. First thing is that Ricci s doesn t force anyone to tip. Never once was I passed the machine asking for a tip. Dine in or takeout. The least you uneducated people can do is clean your table when you finish. They have a cart there to leave your dishes and a garbage to throw your garbage out. It s pretty simple, clearly your parents failed at raising you animals. Ricci s, keep up with the great food and service.

I ordered a pizza at Riccis, and now I know why its always busy. The sauce on the Pizza, the crust, and the toppings are all top notch. Their Sangawiches are amazing, as well as the pasta!! Very highly recommended.

Add more salt on the veal sandwiches but love the portion size. Label bathroom area not an exit.

Came at 7:30pm , I understand you close at 8pm but perhaps wait until all of your guest leave before you start stacking chairs.

I haven t been to Ricci s in years! I used to frequent this place before they renovated. The renovation looks nice and the pasta still tastes amazing! The rigatoni alla vodka and angolotti rose are my go to. The prices have gone up quite a bit since I ve been here, but it s obvious that prices went up everywhere.

If youre ever in the area and looking for Nonnas comfort food you absolutely must visit Riccis. This staple is home to all of your favourites and can be enjoyed on demand. Service is always quick and efficient however Ive noticed on busy days the girls up front can get a little frazzled. This is understandable as people can tie up the phone lines with numlperious questions

Pretty cool restaurant atmosphere. I was surprised there seemed to be no way to order online . not a big deal though. The pizza was below average in my opinion, but my son loved it, so I split the difference on my review. The crust was quite crispy, and the pepperonis tasted odd and had a weird texture - that may be where ruined it for me.

Today was my first time having Ricci s and I got the spaghetti with meat sauce and I instantly fell in love. Best meal ever. You will definitely be seeing me again !!!!!

Celebrating at Riccis Pizza was a joy from start to finish. The panzerotti, crispy and flavorful, paired perfectly with sauce on the side. BBQ wings were a hit, and the penne pasta with rose sauce was creamy perfection. Hot, fresh, and delicious, Riccis Pizza is a must-visit for any occasion.

When I went I ordered over the phone and went in to pay as normal. I waited for over 30 min for my food and I got restless so I began to snoop around the orders that were sitting on the ledge to see if any were mine .. and there it was. Not one person told me it was there, the girls at the cash did not Mention it and i wasted time watching employees walk past me countless times and not acknowledge me either. It was sad and disappointing to see.

For some reason, the purchased individual pizza Slice is much better than the ordered full pizza. Large Pizza wasnt anything extraordinary more than a dry Dominos pizza. My apologies, I wish the best for this establishment, just my opinions. Everyone always try and gauge your your opinion, as I always do. This review is mine, please try out and see, this place might suit you taste.

Good pizza as always

To the owner, speak to your staff who answer the phones and teach them how to speak to customers . If they hate their job so much they should get another one but they probably can t get another one because they are useless ! Also food has gone downhill what a disappointment .

I have been twice and the food has been incredible both times. We manage to get a seat after a short wait, and the staff are quick to wipe down the table and remove the plates from the previous guests. I cant wait to visit again! Food

Great pizza and ponzos every time.

Ordered the grilled vegetable sandwich and was disappointed. They were chopped and fried, other than bits of red pepper, seemed like they used the toppings you put on the sandwiches. A big soggy mess and not flavorful.

Memories of my childhood

Long line out the door at peak hours. Line moves pretty quick. They will bring the food to your table if you chose to dine in. Had a friend panzerotti. Just cheese is one price and every added topping is $1 extra. I had pepperoni onions and olives. It was excellent. Would go again to try more. Very reasonably priced for the portion size.

Very disappointed with the meatball sandwich I received. Honestly, worst Ive ever had in my life. Quality of meat was beyond poor. Large hard bits that could not be chewed. Waste of money. Will not return.
