So a friend of mine referred me this place and even though it’s unassuming from the outside, I’m so happy we came. The food is absolutely phenomenal. we had chicken and shrimp and beef tacos and they could possibly be the best tacos I’ve had EVER. Full of flavour and the spices were perfect and the tacos were super fresh. This is a must visit for anyone looking for authentic, fresh and delicious Mexican food. Yeah.

Wow!! What a great find!!! Mexican food, drink, and entertainment!!! Great quality and large portions...go hungry!!! What else could you ask for...food tastes as good as it looks!!!! Don't forget the drinks... Margaritas and Mojito were delicious!!! If you're in the neighborhood, give them a try!! We went to the Vaughan location. Don't forget dessert... churros and deep fried ice cream...Mmmm!! Was our 1st visit, we'll be back soon!!!
The restaurant is very well decorated. Excellent ambience. Very authentic Mexican set up. Food was truly Mexican with all the flavors. Service was great. Our waiter went to great lengths to explain the menu and to cater for our needs. The drinks were excellent and truly authentic Mexican style , would visit this restaurant again.
We tried Mexican cuisine after very long time and 3 Mariachis restaurant was our perfect choice. Nice menu with good portion size of meals. Drinks menu is also very good. Food was tasty and good for two person. We ordered veggie platter and it was enough for two people. Their burrito is huge as the same says. Resturant have plenty of sitting so it easy to go any time. I saw the band set up so must be live band on weekend. Service and servers are nice and helped us to select the perfect meal.
Apps were great. The supreme fries were delicious, the elote was well seasoned but not as juicy as you'd think, could have just been the corn's fault. The seafood appetizer was great but the calamari was the majority of it instead of it being an equal amount. The rice that is included with the tacos was the best! Probably my favourite to be honest. Tacos were decent, they were dry but the chorizo one was the best one out of the three from the Mariachi 1 order. The service was friendly and accommodating & the atmosphere was so comfortable. I really like it. If the food and the pricing matched, it would get a higher overall rating. Definitely worth checking out though!
Great place for party or enjoying time with a group of friends. The prices are a little higher but the portions are good and they normally give you 2 side dishes And I am taking one star because we make a reservation and at 6pm and then they call us at 1pm that nobody was there .(The have the reservation at 1pm) My husband even called to confirm at 6 previous days. He was kind of mad for the situation over the phone. But they fixed it and we can have our party without an issue. Abby it is a fantastic girls that was very attentive to us.
We had a girls' night out here on a weeknight. It was quite busy considering a Wednesday night. Luckily, we had a reservation already. The ambiance is pretty cool with quite a bit of Mexican art and decorations. The music was awesome, especially in the washroom. It was like a dance club without the disco lights in the ladies' room. The food was very delicious, I ordered a seafood on Mexican Rice, the seafood was very fresh and I loved every bite of it. Our server was very patient, she came over to take our orders 3 to 4 times before we actually ordered as we were so busy chatting and catching up. She had a great attitude and provided us great service. All my girlfriends enjoyed the food. The Vaughan location of the restaurant was 45 mins from where I live, so I'd like to try the other location at Richmond Hill and hopefully the food and service are equally good. I'd give this a 4.6 / 5 rating!! And definitely recommend this restaurant for Mexican food. Update: Sep-28-2024 This is my second time at this restaurant. The food was very tasty and I ordered the same dish - Mariscada. There was lots of seafood and pretty fresh. We ordered some appetizers to share, and the seafood platter was good, but the quantity was a little less. The nachos were a little dry. The main course had good quantity. The first time, I was there for a girls' night out on a week night, so it was quieter. On Saturday night, they had live music, but the music was very loud, and then the guests were also loud. So, we could hardly hear each other talking. This is a good restaurant overall, and we will definitely come back if we are around the area.
The food does not taste as good as real Mexican food, it s bad and the service is the worse, the waitresses are rude and slow, the only thing that makes it somewhat attractive is the live music, the mariachi is very nice, but I do not recommend the restaurant.

The FOOD AND THE SERVICE was amazing! The best Mexican restaurant I ve ever been to! Parmis was soooo attentive to us and so pleasant to talk to.
My family and I come here all the time! I suggest booking on open table if you want a seat, especially on the weekends. Its a very popular spot! Otherwise you could wait over an hour. The drink menu is pretty big, with tons of options. My kids love the daiquiris here! They make a virgin version for them and they absolutely go crazy for them. Makes them feel grown up! We always start with the nachos, they are pretty good. My go to is the octopus tacos and honestly they never disappoint. Last time we had the tres leches cake, omg. Its so delicious! So if you have space left over... Order it! Or order the dessert trio. Service is always great, we have never had any issues with the quality of our service. On the weekends they have live entertainment in the evenings, its SO much fun!!! Makes you feel like youre in Mexico! If you havent been, you should go! Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and even have virgin drinks for the kids!
Food TOP NOTCH, haven t had one thing in the menu I didn t like. Our waiter Samual C. provided the best service, he was incredibly polite and super helpful. I recommend this place!!!
3 mariachis is a go-to restaurant for my family and I. We always look forward to enjoying a taco night, especially when we have Samuel as our waiter. He always provides impeccable service and has a great sense of humour. Highly recommend!
The restaurants is not bad overall, first time there, ill have to admit that 3 stars (i changed from 2) for food is quite remarkable considering i dont like Mexican food so im not a good reference for that, the place had a decent service, considering the very laid back attitude and environment, it seems to be in a bar in Mexico. Worth it maybe if youre in the neighbourhood and you want something like that, not for me do, i just enjoyed the 4 dark beers i drink.

First time here and I didn t know what to expect BUT this place is incredible. Food was delicious. Service was prompt. Avi our server was so attentive and knew what we needed before we needed it. Everyone was so good. I will definitely be back!

The menu items are too expensive and not great! The portions are small, and the quality feels subpar. Compared to other Mexican restaurants, the prices are much higher, and it s simply not worth it!
Food was very good although we were not impressed with the time limit that was imposed on us at time of our arrival. We barely finished our meals and had the waitress pouncing on us to clear the table, I get you want to turn the tables around but that was ridiculous, we were going to stay for dessert but didnt want to feel rushed. Not sure if I would recommend this restaurant. Not pleased at all!!

Absolutely fantastic experience at 3 Mariachis! Avi, our server, was exceptional. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. His recommendations were spot-on, and he truly went above and beyond to make our meal special.
Really great good we got the Elote (cheese corn) and the mariachi taco it was great with chicken fish and steak. One of the best tacos we have had. Also Cindy provided great service: Food

It was my first time visiting it was nice atmosphere but not as ambient and private as we wanted to be. Felt a bit like a diner or a regular restaurant but with high class food and prices. The hostess didnt know where to seat us because all seats were reserved? The night got better because we were greeted by a wonderful server Cindy. She was very attentive and pleasant! We will definitely ask her next time. Made our night! The food was really good. Hats off to the chefs! The shredded beef was melting in my mouth and the presentation was beautiful.

Way over priced I don t know why Mexican restaurants have to be so overpriced. A plate of 3 tacos should not be more than 15$. El Sazón de la Tía and there tacos are really good.

We come here at least once every two weeks. Kids love the nachos and hard shell tacos with Mexican rice. Veggie Fajitas and Avocado tacos are always well done and very flavourful. Food quality is consistent each visit and atmosphere is great with live entertainment on weekends. the food was a solid 3.5, not that it was bad and i know it sounds weird but it didnt taste like authentic Mexican food (steak fajita) but the guacamole was amazing + they prepare food super fast. the cocktails were mediocre at best, the piña colada tasted like cheap oily processed coconut fat and it was too foamy, not enough pineapple. the mango margarita was way too sweet. also, something weird, their lime was extremely bitter (chaser). the atmosphere was good, the music was good, the service was great.
Everything was ok, but I think charge 18 % tip was over to much .They charge the tip and they never ask we agree with this .We never go back again.
We waited for over 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us, even though several staff members walked by. We understand it was busy, but a simple update on how long wed have to wait would have been appreciated. It only takes a second to communicate.

This is my go-to restaurant for the vibes and delicious food. The staff is always so friendly and courteous. Drinks are amazing (spicy lime margarita is my favourite). Best spot in woodbridge by far.

Pinepal juice was sick. My son had vomiting last night. Server keep forgeting our order and getting short times what we actually ordered. They cheat on gauc charged us $17 for extra guac. This is the 2nd time we had expreince this.

The best places in Toronto for Mexican food, live music, and awesome drinks. Loved it, loved it, loved it. We started with calamari platters and nacho platters and drinks. I had a Mexican Buldog picture that says it all. And for mains, I had the Miriachi Platter. Amazing flavors. Everyone enjoyed their entrées. The live music was good (Fri-Sat). Our hostess was very kind and curtious and fast. One of the owners was just very likable and very friendly and had shots with us as it was our daughters 18th birthday. We had some great fun. Beautiful ambiance. Felt like I was in Mexico and eating real Mexican high-class food. Will definitely go there for another party soon. Place be everyone if you love Mexican food or you want to try Mexican food. It was just amazing. Cheers We were there again tonight, and guess what? we got the same table, 14 of us. Their portions are really very big, prices are good too. 14 of us had a cocktail each (mine was the Bulldog), and we all ate good. Surprisingly, the bill with taxes and 18% gratuities was just under $700. I mean, u cant go wrong with food this delicious. I had the mix Platter again this time, and it was just amazingly flavourful. All the servers were very accommodating and service with a smile. Thank you to the staff for being so nice every time. Food is always a hit! Tried the mango bulldog margarita, great for sharing with a person! Regular lime margarita was a hit! Chicken chimichanga, Birria tacos, fajita platter and seafood medley were all amazing! Staff were amazing and food was relatively quick to come out for our group of 10. Great vibe, decor and music! The food was a bit overpriced for what it was. $61 for chicken and shrimp fajitas is a bit steep. The Choriqueso was great for cheese lovers like me! Our waiter also lingered behind me when we were paying, putting in bank information etc, which was uncomfortable. The highlight were the strong drinks. The ambience is lively and coming here with friends would be a fun experience!

The food was good but a little bit pricey for a mexican resturant. Overall its a good restaurant.

Heard a lot about this place so went with my friend. We ordered fish tacos and veggie esplanades with Mango margaritas. Firstly our order was very late as they gave our order to the wrong table, when we got the order it was cold and not up to the mark. When we got the bill it was all wrong plus mistakenly charged 18% gratuity for 2 people. I know you guys were busy but that does not mean that everything will be messed up for us. Please be careful guys you are loosing customer with this kind of service!

The service and food were amazing. I felt it was a bit hard to hear because of the live music but it was enjoyable regardless. The 3 cheese dips were great. I personally love cheese and thought this dip was a cheese-lover s dream.
The food isn t that good compared to other Mexican restaurants I ve been to. Also way overpriced for the food quality. Service was slow and inattentive. I won t be back.
Chorizo tacos are very yummy! The beans lack flavour, and their rice is bland, everything needs more seasoning.
This place is just hype but no good food. My food had no salt and margaritas tasted so sweet and you can t taste the tequila. Service was very slow even though the place was empty. Disappointed waste of money!

The server took a long time to bring me the order tacos, and keep forgetting everything and was not busy, and I assumed she was a new employee. Maybe next time I get better attention and service

Had a delicious Saturday night birthday dinner for my teenage son. Nachos, Tacos, Burritos - we sampled it all. The food was incredible! Very flavorful and authentic tasting. There was a live singer adding to the atmosphere. It was a little loud in there with the music but if youre into Latin vibes, you wont have an issue. Best of all, the service was top notch. Our server Avi was phenomenal, and provided us with helpful suggestions on what to order, and was extra attentive to all of our needs. I highly recommend 3 Mariachis to anyone looking for outstanding Mexican cuisine in an authentic Latin environment.

Such a lovely place! It was my first time having birria tacos and the beef and chicken dishes are halal. They also make delicious mocktails! Alicia was a fantastic server and I cant wait to visit again!!
The restaurant itself was nice but very crammed. The food for me (as a Mexican/Texan) was nothing to brag about, definitely not authentic at all or even TexMex, the food came out room temperature/cool drinks were okay. 100% not worth the high prices. Table of four, 2 people had 2 drinks each and the other two one each. Two appetizers to start with and 3 entrées total was over $300!!! This place was a one time thing for me.
First time I went, the food was delicious! Great flavours and had no complaints at all. Went back a second time almost a year later and the food was absolutely bland. Not sure if something has changed but their food now lacks all seasoning and I would not come back.

Great service the staff always friendly and welcoming. Today I went in for a beer and chatted with the bartenders and was told that one of the co owners of the establishment texted them saying that I am no longer allowed back and i am banned from the restaurant. I was taken back since Ive been comming there since they opened and have always tried to be respectful. Not being told in person is a cheap shot from the owners. Regardless the food is over priced the drinks as well have been raised and for food its good but lacking the love. Anways cheers guys thanks for having me much love, bessos primi.

I always base these ratings on if I will come back. I will probably not come back to El mariachi. If I do, I will update this rating. This place literally nickle and dimes on EVERYTHING. Like at least give me the illusion that I am getting good value for money. When I purchase full meals and drinks, I expect some salsa and chips or some basic sauces. Nope. They charge an extra $16 for chips and salsa. $2-3 for tiny containers of sauce. This place touts itself as being high end, but I have never been to high end restaurants that cant at least give the table complimentary bread (or salsa and chips). I have been up and down the u.s eastern seabord as well as mid west and the one thing they do well is Mexican food at affordable prices. The greediness of this place is unreal. Food wasnt superbly great for the price. Service was meh. And this is not the fault of the young girl serving us. Service sucks because without complimentary chips and salsa, it just casts a dark cloud over the dining experience. The whole vibe of charging for everything at the table just left a bad taste. Like so bad I went to mickey ds across the plaza and got my dessert fix.
Honestly... This place is a hot spot, but way, way, overpriced for the quality and quantity of food they serve. I have been twice now. The restaurant is colourful and charming, but it is way too expensive for cocktails and Mexican style chips and dip. I get that chique Mexican restaurants are popular, but the food quantity for what they charge is outrageous. Example, steak tacos... You get three small tacos with a few strips of steak and some lettuce dips/sauce, etc. They charge around 30 bucks as if you were getting a substantial amount of meat, but youre not. Really this price gouging has to stop with these restaurants. Tonight, My wife, one child, her friend and child, (two adults, two children) paid over 300 bucks, and they only had some tacos and one margerita each! This is not fair.

This was my first time coming to 3 Mariachis, I came here for a girls night with 3 of my other friends and having Avi serve our table - she hands down made our night. She s is THE BEST server I ve ever had, she was so quick to recommend their best food and drinks, our orders came out quickly and Avi kept our table clean while being extremely personable. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very lively and they even have live performances & music. I ll definitely be coming back again !
