Came here yesterday and was told that there s a 25 min wait time for a table. Gave my phone number to be put on the waitlist and was told that I would receive a text when the table s available. Waited 40 minutes and received no text at all. Ended up leaving and an hour goes by and still nothing from the restaurant.

Last night I had the pleasure of dining at Earls at Colossus with three lovely ladies to celebrate a friends birthday. Our server, Addi, was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we were seated, she made us feel completely at home. We sat in the bar area, which was a bit noisy and made it hard to hear each other, but that didn t take away from our experience. The drinks, truffle fries, and three-cheese spinach dip were all absolutely delicious. I can t wait to go back! Parking: Parking lot is shared with Colossus movie theatre and Moxies. Although there is lots of parking, it does get full quickly. There are plenty of other lots nearby to park though.

We just had our second annual holiday party at Earls in Vaughan. We booked the solarium for a party of 30 people, and it is perfect for our group. Rosie was so helpful supportive organizing the event, and was very responsive to all my emails. During the dinner, our server, Marina, was FANTASTIC - so organized, friendly, and patient and the serving assistant (Chris, I think) was also amazing. They kept the food and drinks flowing, and everything tasted delicious. Thank you, Rosie and the team at Earls, for giving us such a memorable experience for the second year in a row.

This is a highly rated place by many however I find it very expensive for the size of the portions was not impressed and probably will not return had reservations still waited for almost 40 min

From the time I walked in , I was greeted with a friendly smile and welcome. They were very busy, and I was waiting for my party to arrive, and during that wait, multiple staff approached me to make sure I was taken care of !! The service was above expectations, and of course the food, delicious!! Food

We went in for an impromptu dinner over the weekend and had the best time. Our server Jonathan was amazing, the service was reasonably times so we were not kept waiting for long, his food suggestions were great and we strongly recommend asking for their seasonal desert, it was a pecan pie with chantilly cream this time around and it was hitting the right spots. Vegetarian options: They have great vegetarian and vegan options, my all time favorite was Vegan Bangkok Bowl but they refreshed their menu and its not available anymore, however their new vegan Hunan kung pao bowl both with noodles and rice are amazing.

Take yourself off Uber eats if you can t accommodate orders. I ordered 1 hr and 40 mins ago and 3 dif drivers later - the food is STILL not ready for pickup!! It s 1 sushi roll & tacos. How long does this possibly take? If you re too busy, don t accept Uber eats orders! Terrible service

Was there for dinner on a Tuesday night and I had a great time. Alyson was our server and she took good care of us making sure we had enough time to look at the menu. I ordered the Cajun chicken and it was a good sized portion that I had to take half of it home.

So I spent 150 dollars a big tip but after two yours With my wife I was told I had to leave because it s a 2 hour limit very distasteful. The 60 dollar steak was the worse steak I even tasted but I don t complain . I agreed to go but realized after it was only two hours and 15 minutes like I felt so embarrassed in front of our room for no reason after all the money I spent never ever going back there and I m gonna make sure no one. I know goes back there.

What a difference when it comes to locations, compared to the Yorkdale location this place is more of a training facility. From the moment we showed up to the minute we left it was an experience of what NOT to do as a restaurant. We showed up 5 minutes before our reservation to be told our table is not ready and to have a seat and wait (at least offer us something for the wait, water etc..) Thats fine and all but we shouldnt have had to wait 30 minutes for our table when we had a reservation. Next our waitress never introduced herself, vanished for over 20 minutes our simple food took over 30 minutes for us to get it, the chowder had random fresh tomatoes in it ( I have been getting the chowder for years and come here just for this and the Caesar salad and I dont know what happened but it seemed as if they ran out of the chowder and decided to add random stuff to fill it up.) Needless to say we couldnt make our other plans after because we were delayed by over an hr here. Its hard enough getting away as a parent but its even more frustrating when you finally get sometime and your night Is ruined by someone elses lack of training or care. Watching staff stand around and talk to one another when the place is packed is super disheartening as a patron, I usually give tips of 30% being from this industry myself but this service wasnt even worth a 5% tip. Sad to see whats becoming of the service industry truly, what a contrast from a location that cares vs a location thats all over the place. Do better Earls Woodbridge maybe ask Yorkdale.

I ve been here multiple times and I can say the service is not good ! Very slow and kept forgetting to bring our drinks and punch in our food. We had to remind the server multiple times. Definitely not the first time this has happened. I love earls but don t recommend this location

From the moment I walked in, Selena made me feel like a king! She is not only beautiful but also super attentive, making sure my birthday was nothing short of perfect. I mean, who doesn t love fresh cutlery after every meal? It s the little things, right? I can t stand using the same utensils for different courses, and Selena totally got that! Honestly, her friendly and genuine attitude was the cherry on top of my special day! I ve been here before, and it was great, but now its officially more AMAZING thanks to Selena s wonderful presence. If you re looking for a place to celebrate or just enjoy a meal, I cannot recommend this location enough. Selena is the absolute best! Thank you, Selena, for making my birthday so special! The reviews here are all over; I recently ate at the restaurant for lunch and we had a great experience. The food and service are great Ive only ever order take our from skip the dishes and the food has been real good. I wish the calamari mix was more meaty- especially with the cauliflower and jalapeños. Tastes great but would be better. The vegan burger is amazing. My husband and I both love the bread. The fries- any kind you do get is amazing. I dont like the impossible burger. Ive tried many more items. Its been good to us. The sushi is also tasty

Quality of the food it s high slow cook beef was OK. Caesar salad was perfect. It just the amount of the food. If you are hungry it s not going to be enough professional service.

I choose Earls for a night out with my family. I m glad to say we all had a great time and ate some very tasty food. The service was very good as well, especially by one of the hostess named Shazerie. She was very kind, welcoming, and also recommended the spinach dip which we ended up getting and loving. We went for dinner and the food was great. We hadn t been in a few years and wanted to see what it s like now. We didn t have a reservation, but it was pretty calm. I made reservations at earls last Friday, as my friends and I were celebrating 2 birthdays. We often dine at earls, however the service was exemplary this time - thanks to our waitress, Emily D. She was so personable, friendly and professional. I do hope that she is recognized as she is the reason that I would recommend this restaurant to my family and friends!

Went here for a friends birthday dinner. The place was packed and we still had to wait a bit to be seated even with our reservation. The waitress was very kind and friendly. We started with the seafood tower which was quite good but a little pricey for what you get. Had the truffle+steak tortellini as a main. The steak was well cooked but not seasoned! It was an expensive night for some average food..

Considering this was my best friends first time at earls, Ashley gave a few recommendations that suited her taste perfectly! Not to mention our server was great as well. My friends and I were looking for a place to eat and stopped at Earls. The restaurant closed at 12 am and we arrived by 11 pm. The hostesses informed us that the wait could take up to 30 min. Ten minutes later we were sitted. The waitress looked at us from the kitchen and complained to one of her friends that we had just arrived. She was the least welcome person I had seen and took our orders in a rush as the kitchen would close at 11.45 pm. We ordered fries to start and our dishes. The one I chose wasnt available so I had to pick something else. Right after that the fries and my dish arrived at the same time. My friends food took over 10 minutes to arrive and one of the dishes was a salad. The salad came with croutons, wich were not mentioned in the menu, and my friend, who is gluten intolerant, could not even eat her food, and at that point was too late to order something else. They took our drinks and they didnt ask if we wanted refills. The food was very average and my dish, that was a tortellini, had fettucinni pieces in it. Overall this was one of the worst experiences we had in the recent times in a restaurant. We wont be coming back and I dont recommend. There are better places in the premisses.

I had a girls evening at earls. I was extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered 8 oz glass of wine and the waiter brought me one which was barely 6oz. I highlighted that to him when compared with a 5oz that my gf ordered and he still tried to fool me. He also didn t bring it in a measured glass. The manager came over to apologize saying they will grant my request of being charged for a 5oz instead of an 8. Very very disappointed. Food also took over 2 hours to come. I have been going to earls in Vaughn for several years now with my husband and with my girlfriends. The place is not run properly. I should also mention that apparently unless you order a bottle of wine they were sold out of most wines. If you want to go to earls choose a Toronto location and don t bother with Vaughan.

I booked reservations for my aunts birthday. When we arrived the table wasnt ready on time. We got our appetizers and waited 45 minutes. Then walks out the waitress with the cake. We are all confused as 1. The main shouldve came out before the dessert. And 2. The waitress forgot that we didnt get our food because when I asked her why she brought out the cake before the food her response was you didnt get your food? The next issue was when the food finally arrived 10 minutes after that the food was cold. Maybe another location could meet the standards but honestly go yo Ruth Chris or go to the keg youll have a better dining experience

She was not only incredibly nice and diligent but also created a warm and friendly atmosphere that made the experience even better. I visited Earls for lunch on Friday, August 30th, 2024, hoping that things had improved since my last visit. Unfortunately, that wasn t the case. The experience started poorly when it took 10 minutes to prep a table, despite several tables being immediately available. This unnecessary wait set the tone for the rest of the visit. I ordered a slush margarita, only to be informed 15 minutes later that the machine hadn t been turned on, and it would take even longer to get my drink. I had to order something else instead, which was frustrating. The service was extremely slow, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold. This isn t the first time I ve had a disappointing experience here, but it will certainly be the last. The quality at this location has been steadily declining, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Went for an early dinner with the family. We were served by Ryan who was attentive and made some great recommendations. Table touches were on point, and he checked in at all the right times without being over present at our table. The food was great, as usual, and we ll be back.

What an amazing dining experience. We received EXCELLENT service from our server Ryan. From drink recommendations to touch points and attention to our table throughout dinner- very personable and professional. The steak and sushi entree was delicious. Filet cooked perfectly! My husband had the Santa Fe chicken salad which was ample and fresh. My son had a cheeseburger and fries. Would highly recommend this restaurant

Had lunch here today and ordered Cajun Caesar salad, queen bee pizza and yam fries. The food was great. Service was horrible. We sat at the bar area (Madison was our server) and service was slow for drinks. Seems like she had the whole area and wasn t able to serve us properly. Employees don t seem happy working there or cared. I won t return back to this location. Went to Moxies next door after and service there was 1000x better!

Ryan, our server, always makes for a good experience when visiting here - whether just getting drinks or food. Funny and knowledgeable with his recommendations. His service is what brings us back

We dined on a Saturday evening at the Vaughan location. We had a slight issue with one of our dishes and management quickly rectified the problem and went over and above to ensure we were happy. Our server Aymon was outstanding and would definitely go back.

Our server Marina, was such a pleasure!! So helpful with my dietary restrictions. Food was excellent. Chef John stopped by our table to introduce himself because we sent our compliments to the kitchen. Very kind, professional staff at Earl s Vaughan. We will be back : ) Dietary restrictions: There are very good gluten free options and the staff was very knowledgeable. The calamari appetizer is GF!! and delicious

Bacon cheddar burger and truffle fries were way too oily. Service and atmosphere was perfect. I also enjoyed the calamari and spinach dip was alright. Would come again for other items but not the burger.

Recently dined at Earls and I had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Our server Marina was so attentive and friendly making sure we had everything without being intrusive. A HUGE shout out to Chef John and his team!!! I ordered the blackened chicken and it was cooked to perfection. Goes without saying I highly recommend Earls Restaurant in Vaughan!

Love this place! We were greeted by Olivia who found our mixed up reservation and set everything right for the evening. She was so nice and helpful and didn t let the mix up ruin our evening. Our server Jake? Jacob? Jack? (It was loud when he introduced himself) was also great and made a suggestion for our meal that was fantastic. I had an amazing experience at Earls! Went out for a date with my partner and had an incredible experience. The food was amazing and the service was even better. We were fortunate enough to have Amar as our server. He was extremely friendly, personable and funny. Did I say patient? Being our first time here we had so many questions and he answered them thoroughly - and we tried out most of what he recommended!! Thank you again and I look forward to coming back for another meal!!!

Earl s is certainly mine and my girlfriend s favourite restaurant to be at for happy hour. We always somehow resort to Earl s when we can t decide on what to eat and we re always pleased by the options and consistency of the food. Plenty of vegetarian options for my girl friend as well. Also quick thank you to Amar for the fantastic and quick service!! He made sure we were looked after the entire time.

I have been to many places but Earls proved to be class apart. Very well curated menu and just as good food. My experience was elevated with the service I received. Shubham who works there was very kind to cater us in-fact he even helped us to understand and choose our food. A very well informed and knowledgeable employee like him definitely set certain standards. All in all had a great experience, will definitely visit again!
