I would do Regalz a disservice if I do not drop a review. I attended my school event last night at Regalz and this is my honest review. The waiter that attended to us had this confused, nonchalant, I am too busy attitude and this place wasn’t filled to capacity so I was wondering what was overwhelming her. We were a group of less than 25 persons that didn’t show up at the same time and I was the first person that ordered. I enquired about my food after an hour and I was asked if I ordered isiewu, which got me upset. When the isiewu finally came, it was served to a different person. On the ambiance, it’s basic, the Dj was good but the service is -0. I ordered goat and beef suya to take away, the goat suya tasted good but the beef tasted like it was mixed with stew. When I asked for my bill, the isiewu that wasn’t served to me was in the bill. Overall experience is 1 star. Do better please !!!!
Visited this spot on a weekend with a friend. We got there a bit early, around 5 PM, and even though it wasn’t too busy yet, the vibe was already great. By 7 PM, the place was buzzing. We tried the catfish and plantain and extra fries as sides. The catfish was spicy, will go for regular next time, and while the fries were overfried, the sauce made up for it. The cocktail I had was solid, and my friend enjoyed her beer. We also ordered suya but honestly, I wouldn’t recommend it. It was too dry and crunchy, with way too much onion and cabbage on the plate. It was not worth the $25. The service was mostly good. Shoutout to the first lady who served us, she was super friendly. But the last server? Not so much. She was snobbish and even gave my friend a few rude stares. Overall, I’d still say I had a great time. The atmosphere and music were on point, giving Lagos vibes.
Been there twice. The ambience is good and the food is okay. The issue is some of the ladies who serve there have very poor customer service skills. The last time I was there, the lady assigned to our table was very impatient and snobbish. It’s like we were bothering her by asking questions about the food. There was an issue with a drink order which we brought to our attention and she kept us waiting forever for a solution . She passed by our table several times to serve other customers and we tried calling her over but she completely ignored us. At one point after waiting for so long, one of us went over to the bar where she was just standing there chatting and laughing with other customers and staff, to try to speak to her and she wasn’t even looking at him while he spoke to her and just pointed to another server who thankfully was able to attend to us for the rest of the evening and was much more pleasant. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m not sure I would want to keep spending my hard earned money at a place with such poor service. Regalz, good service is mostly what brings clients back to your business! Train your staff accordingly!
I visited with my friend and we had the Grilled Catfish with sides of plantain and coleslaw that came with the fish and extra sides of sweet fries which my friend thought was over fried. However, please stick with the regular catfish if you can’t handle spicy. The spicy is really spicy. I had beer and my friend had a cocktail but I can’t remember which one it was. It was good. We had the beef suya however it’s just there, a bit too dry. Service was good but as soon as they got busy the orders didn’t come in as quickly, quite understandable. Ambiance and music took me right back to Lagos. Staff look good with beautiful smiles. Generally not a bad experience, you should totally visit!

This place was recommended to us by a friend and the experience was ok. The server did his best with the orders but at times a little forgetful. I ordered a margarita, which had a bunch of ice at the top and tasted like water at the bottom. The server was kind enough to have it removed for our bill. The food was pretty good, and I ordered a Suya Wrap, which was nothing to write home about but tasty. All in all, it's not a bad place to dine.
Let me start by saying, I really wanted to love this place! The food looked so delicious and moist from the pictures I saw from other reviewers online, but sadly, that wasn't our experience. 😢 We were a party of 11, celebrating a birthday and trying Nigerian food for the first time. 🥳🎉 We started with appetizers, the beef rib bites, wings, Asun (flamed goat meat), and the coconut shrimp. I think my favourite was the goat. However, it was so spicy. I like heat but I could barely enjoy the flavour it was so hot!!🥵 For our mains, we had a small platter of Jollof rice tray (which we were charged $85 for), Spaghetti Jambalaya that was to have chicken, sausage and shrimp in it. All I got were pieces of hot dog.😩 We also wanted to try the Suya meat because they looked so good in pictures seen in reviews. We ordered one small chicken tower and one small beef tower, and unfortunately, not only were they overcooked, dry, and tough, but they were overpriced at $85 per tower!!🤯 The catfish with a few pieces of dried plantains and a cup of coleslaw was also quite spicy. As far as drinks go, the best bang for your buck would be the beers, at $10 a bottle. The ladies tried the cocktails, which were ridiculously overpriced at $15 and $18 per, with only 1 oz of alcohol??!! So we requested a little more alcohol and was charged $30 for another oz in three drinks. As we were a large group, it was difficult to carry on conversations without shouting at each other because the music was so loud!! I understand that the DJ starts at 11, but when you can barely hear what the person next to you is saying, and it's only 7:30 p.m., it is ridiculous. Our host Henry was lovely, very polite and respectful, and our server as well, (I'll call him B because I don't know the correct spelling of his name and don't want to mess it up 🫣). However, the service was extremely slow!! We ordered appetizers around 6:40 p.m. and got them about 30 minutes later, so we ordered our mains after 7, seeing how long appetizers were taking; dinner came out at 8:45 p.m.! To cap off the night we brought our own birthday cake which they graciously brought out for us however, we had to ask three times if our table could be cleaned and cleared of our dirty dishes, empty glasses and bottles three times before the cake came out. 😕 Overall, I think we were way overcharged for what was ordered. If Nigerian food is traditionally spicy, then guests need to be made aware so that they can decide if they should order that item because not everyone can tolerate spice.
I went with friends fir birthday celebration. The ambiance was beautiful. The staffs were friendly and professional. We ordered Isiewu, nkobi, tilapia, catfish, jollof rice, suya and pepper soup and they were all delicious. I would love to visit again and I recommend the restaurant.

I bought catfish September 24 at 11pm I ask this guy hope this fish is good and he said yes you took 56 dollars plus and sold a spoilt fish,I called and he was so rude, this business has to be checked, I am in the food industry too,this is absolute rubbish, you tried this with the wrong person, I am sure sending a mail to the right authorities that you sell spoilt food do you want to kill people and my friend warned me not to buy food at the place but I did not listen
In summary. Food tasted nice. Takes forever to be ready. Had seafood okro, but it should just be called okro. It had just 3 shrimps, fish and a small piece of crab. It tasted good tho. But food took forever to be ready. And it s their norm, you could wait an hour to have your main meal. Food
Regalz is always a good time! Atmosphere, shisha and music are top tier!!! Lola and Henry always provide excellent customer service and make you feel at home. Nigerian food is so so good. Everyone should try!

The serenity of Regalz is like a precursor to the delicacy that awaits you. Same taste over the years. I travel 4 hours to buy the jollof rice and peppered turkey, and when my stock is finished, I travel again to restock. Thanks Diana.
Terrible service. This establishment has so much potential, however, the service is frequently poor. While the men always offer a smile the women do not. If they do smile, it is always for a person of the opposite sex. Staff are not attentive and very forgetful.They forget to place your order or get the will have you waiting thee longest. I will note that I ve seen some new staff faces and they are using the ipad to track order which is good. Otherwise, food repeatedly takes way too long, and they do not offer napkins unless you ask (in my experience) or offer only one for a table of 2+ people. The staff NEVER checks in on your table. Always have to wave your hands to flag their attention or walk up to the bar. When they finally provide you with your ask, they scurry away so quickly not giving you the opportunity to ask another question if you had. The food is good, in theory but it is ALWAYS cold (speaking specifically about the Suya). The plus side is the dj on Friday nights lightens up the energy. The house bartender is really pleasant as well and is not apart of the poor experience. I keep returning hoping for improvement but it never gives. Unfortunately, I will be tapping out on giving this establishment any more of my money.

The atmosphere is great but the service is really bad like why put food far away from the customers, the goat meat doesn t taste good ,like why all the meat taste bad like isn t worth eating. We even order Shisha the moment we arrived and we have to keep calling the serves when are they going to bring the Shisha and totally forget about us all they keep saying we should wait for 5min more we just pay and left. Please you guys need to do better.

First time visiting and it was a fun chill experience. Chioma our server was very attentive and communicated great to address our concerns. The music was a vibe and we will be sure to return. One suggestion though will be to purchase more shisha pots as it seemed there were only a handful available and you had to wait till other customers were done.

I ordered nkowbi, and it was too too spicy . I told the server about it, and she went into the kitchen to tender my report but she came back saying they cant do anything to it that I have ordered it. And she can see that I have not touched the food. My friends and I spent $534. We couldnt eat it we had to take home maybe one our family could eat it. This is not a good experience .

The food is very delicious, specially coconut shrimp. But the service is - 0 ! We were just sitting for hour and nobody come to us take order, it s even was not crowded. 6 table only . Our server was women , I don t know her name but the attitude with which she works was not hospitable.Shisha is bad too !!!

The is bar and kitchen was five star. The help and neighborliness of the staff and the chief made the food and drink much more agreeable. We ate and drank here two or multiple times and partook in a decent bourbon from the chiefs proposal.It has fantastic feast.

I regret dining here. We ordered various dishes. I would never wish to eat any one of them again. It was difficult to cut through the beef, chicken and fried plantain with a knife. The main course took over an hour to be served. The servers were very inexperienced and out of their depth, one delivering a stacked serving platter directly over my head. The music was deafeningly loud. When toilet paper ran out in the bathroom, I was given a bag of rolls and asked to restock the bathroom. I could go on but I will leave it there.
Restaurant is nice inside. The food didn t take long to come out, I guess because it was a weekday. The drinks were great as well as the food! Would come again.

Whats there not to like about this place, their service is top notch, the food was nice no long wait time, the atmosphere , the aesthetic and ambience was fantastic. The location can be quite far depending on where you live, but besides that, I recommend people should definitely come here for the beautiful interior, sweet service, and great meal.
It has a really nice environment and is very reasonably priced. The food was very tasty and flavourful. It was also so good if you like spicy food and if so the Suya is a must try if looking to experience something new. Parking: Parking was not that bad to find even when where it is located seemed busy

The food is overpriced for the service given. This restaurant is into deceit. The prices on their menu online do not match what they give in house. I came to regalz bar by 1047pm on January 11 2024 to eat and the salesman tried to make me exit with my order as a takeaway on the grounds that he was closing early due to extenuating circumstances. The closure time was meant to be 1200am. I had to leave regalz in disgust following the incident.
Waited for 25 minutes to pick up the SKIP order.

The Regalz Kitchen And Bar is awesome business good reviews. Cool place nice awesome music. The girl who was serving us was nice but didnt seem to have a table serving experience. She didnt provide water when we were seated, didnt check up on us during our meal, and after she gave us containers she left and had us waiting forever to get the bill. But thats not a deal breaker. Overall, its great to have a chill place to go in that neck of the woods. Well definitely return.

Worst experience, I do not recommend this place! We waited for an hour and a half for our food and it didnt come. When we ask our server where is our food an hour in, our server told us that it is first come first serve but everyone else at our table got their food. When we asked another server the server didnt give us a wait time. The customer service is terrible. It came to a point that we just got up and walked out because the timing to wait for our food is absolutely ridiculous. On top of that the music is playing so loud we could not even talk to each other, the floor was wet and we almost slipped and fell, and our table was not clean. Would not recommend and never going back.

The food was quite good, and there were many different options on the menu! I tried their trademark burger, which was well cooked and tasty. The fries were perfectly crisp and seasoned. Along with my dinner, I also requested a glass of lemonade, which was the ideal complement. Vegetarian options: they have some good desi dishes.
before going on this place i thought that it was just boring. but when i visit it. i just wondored. because it was ridiculous. fabulous. i just love this place

Big and spacious lounge. Nice presentation on how they serve their suya (spicy goat meat). I wish they would play nice soft music. The music was so loud, you could barely hear anything close yo your ears. I was sure I was in a club.
