One word GHETTO. Cobwebs on the walls, fruit flies everywhere, heater was broken. Let s get into the nasty food now. Take a look at their burger and see how long it takes you to stop laughing. Everything is just low quality here but their prices would make you think you re at some high end place which clearly this place isn t. These guys are better off becoming an actual Vietnamese restaurant instead of trying to be a grill house because it s NOT working!

Nice burger, but very very expensive

Visited a few times, the steak pho is delicious, the closest thing you can get to authentic halal pho here in Toronto. Tried the 6 oz steak with mash potatoes and there burger as well. Both excellent items. We weren t a big fan of the Vietnamese ice coffee, the fried rice and the chicken wings. But overall, the service is amazing the staff is very kind and friendly and you can t go wrong with halal pho!

The decor was nice, gives the place an elevated diner kind of feel with the lighting and booths. Booths were clean and comfy to sit on. Service was quick and friendly too. Had the pho steak which tasted surprisingly authentic. They swap out the traditional rare eye of round beef for steak which was different, but a welcome modification. They also mostly have halal meat options so thats also very nice. Overall a great experience, tasty food, great atmosphere and service.

Absolutely a huge disappointment. Ordered a chicken Caesar salad, and wow this is not it. $17.00 for some romaine and 5 pieces of chicken. The dressing does not look like Caesar dressing, the portions are way too small. The inside was ok, but not busy at all. In my honest opinion, I would not return nor would I have anyone go here, absolutely a waste of money and time.

Good customer service

Got a grilled chicken sandwich before my appointment nearby and grabbed one order of chicken satay and a small desert to go. Staff was attentive and checked on the guest frequently. Food came fast and the takeout food was packed nicely. The sandwich was full of meat and the baguette was so crispy. I ate the satay when I got home. The meat was still juicy. Each skewer was heavy with a lot of meat. The chipotle mayo and chilli oil on top made the dish even better. Desert was good and so cute for Easter event (as when I got the food). Had an amazing time with my family at West End Grill. We ordered Garlic Shrimps, wagyu beef burger, ribeye steak, Pesto Pasta, pashion fruit peach Ice Tea and purple lemonade. We went here with the whole family (8 of us) for Mothers Day. Genuinely, all the food we got was delicious (steak, chicken and rice, apps, pasta, and dessert) - special shout out to the passion fruit sauce you get with the spring rolls and the tiramisu! 97% of the food is also HALAL so those that observe can order freely without worry. Service was fast, the food was hot, and the staff was VERY friendly and accommodated my 3 year olds rice and butter food order . Highly recommend and we definitely plan to come back. I don t even know where to start, we went as a group of 11 people and they have decent seating experience but the food quality was just below average. They messed up our orders with no one getting the right steak temperature. I ordered medium rare and they gave me well-done. I complained and they got me a well done again. I was so tired of waiting that I didn t bother complaining and just had my chewy steak but what really disappointed me was that there was no flavour in the meat. The peppercorn sauce tasted like water and just the overall dining experience was bad. For me this was just a below average steakhouse. Would highly recommend spending a little more and go to a decent high quality steak place

Found this place randomly one weekday night. Service was great, fast and attentive, very friendly, too! The fish was the highlight of our trip! Fries were double fried and fish was real tasty! Drinks were decent. Would love to come back and try other things in their menu. The vibe and decor was a bit offputting at first, it is clean and nice but somehow felt off. Its like a mash up of sooo many things, just like their menu which is not a bad thing at all!

I took my boyfriend for a birthday dinner here. Lovely atmosphere, staff is very very polite. Food is delicious. Tried the grilled calamari, the waygu burger and a custom order of Alfredo linguine with seafood. Waygu burger is truly a masterpiece and the grilled seafood is so fresh. Everything was so tasty and very nicely priced.

I come at a Saturday morning. The restaurant is nice and cozy. All the dishes are perfectly cooked. Highly impressed with the Pho pasta, really creative. Pina colada is also a must try. We started the meal with the fried calamari and chicken satay. With the soft interior of the squid pairing well with the crunchy exterior, the calamari was served with a cucumber mint sauce that made for a mouthwatering experience! The chicken satay was the perfect blend of sweet, spicy, and savoury, with the peanut sauce being the star of the show! Just Run, absolutely disgusting food. Had the rigatoni with grilled chicken. The pasta was so hard. Not el dente, (uncooked) and hard. The chicken was cooked from frozen filets. No sauce to speck of. And smothered in kraft parmasean cheese. It was horrible. Ate two bites and pushed it aside. Had stomach upset half an hour later.

Friendly waitress, but the soup wasn t anything like chicken noodle. The base was tomato and not chicken stalk and the peas and carrots from a frozen food bag were under-cooked. The base is what makes chicken soup, chicken soup!

First time and I have already told everyone I know about this place - try the raspberry chocolate martini- TO DIE FOR!!! We started with the garlic shrimp and each additional course just got better - the presentation - it s like a 5 star hotel - I eat out a lot.. I barely make the effort to do a Google review but this place is worth being shared !!! The staff was really nice too !! The service was fast and friendly - I felt catered too - again I eat out a lot so I am NOT easily impressed - but this small little independent establishment exceeded all my expectation. Not worth it at all. We got the pho steak and wagyu burger, and tiramisu. None of them were good. Fries was overcooked. Burger was definitely not worth the price. Pho was no good either. It s not authentic pho.

First off... The Place smelled like a international fish market. They Had no music playing and lights were fully bright. Our Server didnt seem to understand us and us her. She was kind and tried to help however. . No proper service ware set on table. The AAA beef was terrible for the price charged. We had both the ribeye and the striploin and they were both improperly cooked tough and chewy and rather boring of flavor. No bread is served and sides were small and underwhelming. After eating, a tray of Werthers candies was dropped off no dessert or coffee offered. Waited forever for the bill only to be charged 2% surcharge to use Visa in a Restaurant . I cannot believe that this place has a 4.7 rating. This is not a steakhouse quality restaurant... Super disappointed On a positive note the shrimp appetizer and pasta dishes were well prepared and enjoyed by those who had them.

Not sure what all the hype is about. This place is below mediocre, definitely not worth the money. I ordered the 6 oz New York steak with mashed potatoes and veggies . The mash potatoes came cold, steak warm and veggies piping hot. The steak had a lot of fat, the veggies consisted of half a zucchini. There was a bug on our table to top off the bad experience. Wouldn t waste my money here again

According to my husband, the steak was great and cooked as requested. I was disappointed with the pho as the broth wasn t flavourful and usually pho comes with sprout beans, lime and thai basil and this one didn t come with nothing. The date came wasn t amazing.

Location is a little hard to find where you don t really see a restaurant in your industrial place like this, but the spaghetti are exceptional. I tried Pho spaghetti, which is amazing. Of course they did a very good job on the regular spaghetti as well.
