Hello, I recently visited your restaurant and, unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the service! The waitress was quite slow in taking our order and did not check up on us to see how we were doing. We had to call her several times to get her attention, and she was very slow to bring us the tea and the bill. Then, when the food arrived, it was too cold. The beef Doner was very dry and had no sauce inside, and the Iskender kabob was also very cold. Now I know that the staff is working hard to improve their service, and I hope that they can use this feedback and address these issues to improve the experience for future customers. Thank you!

We were there with friends and experienced an amazing experience service by Elef (not sure if I have spelled her name correctly)! In any case, she was amazing!

Reviewing the menu in advance we felt it had enough variety given we don t eat beef there is lamb and chicken on the menu with various dishes to choose from. Arrived on a Saturday evening. It was not busy but dissatisfied with not having any donor kebab on the menu and no chicken donor either. They also out of the two lamb dishes didn t have the lamb rib so only had the lamb chops. We ordered chicken skewers in the end and one lamb chops. Lamb was ok but chicken was not flavoured well. Starters and bread was however good. Service was slow and you had to wave around a bit to get acknowledgment. Staff were friendly however when they served. Overall was disappointed with the experience.

Its the worst service ever, we waited for 1 hour and the order was not serviced yet also all people who have come after us were served. When we complained the waitress she said you can eat bread and hummus until the food is ready ... so we replied that we ordered a large family mix plate to fill our stomachs with bread and hummus?

Overrated. Generally expected wings to have been cooked in stone oven, but there was zero char on them. Also a major disappointment that there were no garlic sauce available, which makes food feel dry. Not ordering from here again and will stick to Istanbul Kebab House which seem to serve much more authentic versions of these dishes.

Metin Isco is the head chef here. I think everything here is absolutely amazing. I had an issue with my lamb not being cooked the way I liked it the second time I came here. I explained my concerns the staff were all very sweet about it and very accepting and very compliant. The head chef took over and it was a night and day difference. A testament to how well he cooks from the heart, you can tell he truly enjoys what he does- all the staff are absolutely lovely. Everything here is amazing. I strongly recommend the mezze appetizer platter and the rib eye skewers too were amazing. I have had both their kebabs and they are juicy and great. The only regret I have, is not having tried the rest of the menu yet. And I will soon. Highly recommend to all!

I had the best time at Turquoise with two other girlfriends. The servers were so gracious and kind. The food was amazing. I had the beef and eggplant. And I highly recommend trying the raki if you haven t before! So nice to sip during the meal. We also tried the Turkish tea, which was so special. I can t wait to go back, highly recommend!

Delicious Turkish food. Big portion, very clean and neat. Has its own TANOOR for the breads, fresh meats and a standby butcher/grill man. The taste of foods were really awesome. I tried Lentile soup and Iskander kebab along with Acil ezme.. Recommend the place for sure!

I finally found it a genuine Turkish dining experience. Everything from the meals to the ikram (free, complementary side dishes) was superb. Both the chicken and the tenderloin were cooked to perfection. Just like in Turkey, they started us off with an ikram (free) appetizer and a huge, freshly made naan, on the house. The presentation of the dishes was totally authentic too, complete with bulgur, salad, naan, and the main course. And to top it off, they served complimentary tea, keeping true to Turkish tradition. Im definitely a lifelong customer now. Sure, the prices are a bit high, but the quality and service are exactly what I wanted. Literally one of the best restaurant experiences Ive had in a long time. The staff were amazing; so kind, helpful, very diligent and meticulous. You could see the chef and the staff working away in the back and it looked like, who I assume is the head chef or lead, was checking everything and making sure its all perfect. They have stone oven bread that is amazing, their dips were all perfection, and the family platter was the perfect amount of food for us and very delicious. This place honestly surprised me, and on the way out we even got a mini history lesson on the name and where it originated by a gentleman at the front counter. You can tell the staff really cares here!

some guy who appears to be the chef was talking to us nonstop while we were trying to enjoy our meal. (Not the first time this happened). Maybe he is trying to be friendly but its super annoying when it turns into a long conversation. The place smelled like smoke for some reason... Maybe not enough ventilation idk. And they started wiping the table while we were at the table. Price is getting more expensive day by day. Which is understandable with the current economy. As a long time customer the food was good as always but the atmosphere isnt good anymore. Not going back again.

Last week, we came to this restaurant for the first time, and I didnt know much about Turkish cuisine. Our server, Swayda, impressed us with her deep knowledge of the turkish food. The information she provided about the different types of kebabs was truly interesting. Thanks to her recommendations, we had an amazing dining experience. I will definitely come back. The atmosphere and interior is simple and practical (more of a family/friend spot than date night) but the food, service and location outshine. The food was also delicious, but could do with larger portions for the family platter. The hummus, chilli sauce appetizer, naan and rice were to die for! Thank you for the free plate of dip while we waited for our food. Btw our water never went empty and was CONSTANTLY refilled. It s the little things! Could use a bit more seasoning, but Turkish food is known for some subtlety compared to most middle eastern cuisine. Besides that, I will return and recommend! I stopped by here tonight to pick up a takeout lentil soup. The service here was phenomenal. It took me back to a time when good service was the norm. The lady that took my order was wonderful. Other staff even stopped and said hello to both me and my son. The soup was great too. Will definitely be going back.

Probably one of the best Turkish restaurants Ive been to from a taste and portion size perspective. However, the cost is very high. A meat platter for 2 is $95; for the portion and value, I would expect his to be no more than $70 - $80. In addition, the restaurant is not really appealing from the outside but better on the inside; food smells great and overall looks very clean. Regarding the Staff, they are very friendly but they dont check on you after theyve served the food. You have to constantly wave at them to get their attention. Lastly, the main issue would be the flies as there were at least 2-3 flying around and landing on the food which made for a negative experience.

This is far better place if you want to have real Turkish food in Toronto or I can say in all of canada !!!! . Had the family 1 platter and some appetizers. Id say it was enough for 6 people . Parking: Its like a strip mall parking? Something like a plaza.

Turquoise Grill House is a great place for authentic Turkish cuisine. The food is delicious with very unique flavours and the staff are extremely friendly and genuine. Our server Nikki was so knowledgeable and nice. After our meal the head chef even checked in on us to make sure we enjoyed the food and offered us complimentary Turkish tea. Overall excellent experience

Its very bad in terms of price and performance. You eat so much, they think its too much to offer you a Turkish coffee. I dont understand why such exaggerated scores were given to the service. I guess you guys havent come across a properly functioning establishment. You are proof of this!

Food was good, a bit of a small serving size compared to other turkish places. Also the server was not friendly when we went so we will not recommend this place.

This place is definitely worth a try and going back to. The food is delicious and the restaurant is super clean. The staff is also quick and friendly. I had some fresh pita with hummus as an appetizer and the lamb chops for my main dish (I was too hungry to take a photo) and it was all delicious. If you are in the area and want good food definitely give this place a try.

Love this place - always looking for somewhere to stop on the way to or from the cottage and this place was delicious! Be sure to try the mezze plate to start

Don t waste your time

I m not one to leave reviews for restaurants but this place deserves it. The food is so so good and knowing the taste of authentic Turkish food, Turquoise has been the closest to it. Out of all the doner and iskender places that I ve tried around the GTA over the years, this is THE best out of all. The taste is so fresh and flavourful. Also the portion sizes are so big and filling we went there starving and only finished half of our plate. The meze platter is amazing and we loved the presentation of the plate, each one was very delicious. Kudos to the chefs, you guys have it nailed down with the taste. Will definitely be returning and trying all the other menu items

Nice place to eat

Hands down the best in the area by a mile. Been here with my family, for birthdays, and have brought a few of my friends over time. Portions are generous, very flavourful and authentic.
