Am sharing my experience because lately their customer service has become very poorly handled. These people are very rude, will kiss their teeth giving wrong orders every single time. They will show up for delivery with out half of the food am very disappointed on how things have changed. They keep messing up my orders as well . Very poorly run

Yo, this place has the cheapest wings in all of Toronto, No Cap! Get that Spicy BBQ and you will thank me later Parking: There is a paid parking lot right opposite if you can t street park. But you don t gotta pay, just quick in and out for your food. Call ahead and place your order so you not waiting.

Order 15 wings and medium pizza when I got home and open the wings it had someones hair in it call the store to let them know the person who answered the phone hang up on me call back I was told stop calling because theyre busy been coming to this pizza store since 1999 even when someone i knew got shot and kill in that same store i still came back ,even though I dont live in the area anymore I still go to this store now and then but I wouldnt b going there anymore they could stay busy just wouldnt get my business....

I went there today at 11 pm and ordered two 20-piece chicken wings with honey garlic sauce. The guy at the counter was very friendly and enthusiastic, and I enjoyed talking to him while placing my order. However, after a few minutes, I noticed that people who arrived after me were getting their orders before me. After waiting for 40 minutes, I asked the guy at the counter for an update on my order. It shouldn t take 40 minutes to make 40 chicken wings, which should only take 10-20 minutes. My feet were hurting after waiting for so long, and I was hoping for a little bit of compensation, but I didn t ask for any. The food was good, but would I be willing to wait that long again for some wings? Hell no. Hopefully, they improve their staff in the kitchen to be more productive than the guy in front of the counter. If the guy in front of the counter is willing to take an accounting job offer from me, please let me know.

Delivery drivers need to understand that tips are not guaranteed! The driver got really upset and acted very childish and unprofessional when I gave him the money for my food. If you want people to tip you, acting like that won t work! The reason people order from this business is because you re cheaper than everything else. Sometimes people don t have extra money to pay the tip that you want.

Been getting wings from here for 20+ years. Problem is consistency. One visit and the wings will be cooked well and sauced nicely. Next time around theyll be dry and more like nibblets than wings. Hit or miss....

Been ordering pizza from here for years. Always order the same combo, for some reason today was charged a lot more than usual and when I called to ask why he said the delivery charge is now $7.50 since when ? Don t think a place should be charging 7 dollars for delivery when they show up over an hour later with cold pizza. Very disappointed today. Whomever I spoke with over the phone also hung up on me when I tried asking when the delivery fee changed to 7.50

The prices are really good. The pizza & wings deals are great and you will never find anything close to them. Customer service is bottom line needs improvement. So don t expect to get a smile from the staff, you would be luck if you get eye contact. It s a very busy place day and night. - The pizzas are delicious and good sizes. - Wing, prices are good but DO NOT expect top quality. - The rest of the food is not bad at all. Just remember don t expect elite service, atmosphere or food quality. For the price you pay, it ain t bad.

Bomb pizza. Ended up ordering through Doordash as I was watching the champions league final. They did a terrific job with the pizza I ordered. They were missing some options on Doordash, but on the notes I left, they got it spot on. Got great food at a reasonable price. This spot is definitely underrated. Will be eating here again.

If I could give a ZERO star, I would!! After an hour of non delivery, started calling the company and was told the driver left the store, but couldnt get a straight answer for when it would actually be delivered. Finally I was able to contact the driver at the hour and a half mark, who then cursed at me and decided not to deliver the food, all because I asked him to deliver to right to the alartment after waiting downstairs for 20+ minutes.. Spoke with the sales rep from the location afterwards, who was non compliant, was told the driver was a hot head, and he also lacked any sort of professionalism!! Nothing was resolved other than waiting over two hour before we were told the food would not be delivered. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!

I am so very dissapointed with this establishment. I doordash always because their wings are pretty good however everytime i order from them something is wrong and they forget something! Im so tired of always stressing about getting my order wrong and not receiving anything. I think from the ten+ times i ordered from them they only got my order right once or twice. Its so frustrating. They also wont pick up their phone.

This place is definitely great if you want a lot of wings on a budget. I always order on DoorDash and they always listen to the notes I leave and what sauces I want for the wings. I got 30 wings, garlic bread, 3 cans of pop and celery sticks with dip for less than $40 with tip and delivery. I don t recommend calling to order from them since they don t answer the phone. I like to get 10 plain,10 honey garlic and 10 bbq which is my favourite. They would get more stars if the customer service in person was better but overall would recommend for good cheap wing

Best wings for great price.

I got the small pizza and wings combo and i told them add one dip, then i paid 19 dollars and they did not put any dip. Now i call and they say they did not charge me for dip but they did. Garlic bread is just bread no flavor of garlic butter.

Hands down probably the cheapest wing in the city. Great flavors, and plenty of combo options. The food part is close to 5 , its the service thats lacking. Unordely lines, long wait times can be very frustrating, and just stay away on a Fridays after 6pm, its a mess. Other than that... This place is legendary!

This place cracks me up EVERY SINGLE TIME The service- TRASH. The customer service- TRASH. But the food is like a bad habit after a long day and sometimes you just give in. I give 244 Pizza & Wings 4 stars mainly because the location could use an update inside, and the outside could get a facelift. However, the pizza is okay, and the wings are also decent. They have very good deals for the quality that they offer. I can definitely recommend 244 Pizza to friends for a great deal and lots of wings for a fair price. Parking: Parking on the street is usually available, and if no parking is available on the street, literally across the street, there is a green P parking lot. I would recommend ordering and waiting in your vehicle with the buzzer they hand you until your order is ready, so not to pay for parking.

Used to have decent wings. Theyre extremely small now and not worth buying anymore.. on top of the smaller wings you get now The owner is so cheap that hes willing to make customers wait an hour and a half to 2 hours for their orders. He refuses to hire more drivers. I gave them one more chance November 25th 2023. Hour and 52 minutes past before they came with the order. Which then I refused to pay $6 for delivery for cold soggy wings. I canceled the order and that will be the last time I ever order from them

The worst service ever!! Waited over two hours for birthday pizza only to be told off immediately before saying anything for him being late. so we sent it back and refuse to ever order from here again!! Service is super slow, they arent friendly necessarily but I feel like it a culture thing as well. The food is super cheap but there is long waiting times even if you order in advance due to how busy they get. But If Im craving their blue cheese for their wings Ill drive the 30 min out to go get some fries and wings. Theyre cheese bread is good, havent tried their pizza so I cannot comment. If you go Friday & Saturday be ready to wait like 40 min. They dont have any organization in how they take orders as in who came in first and last etc.

Hands down some of the best wings I ve had in Etobicoke. I come here all the time recently had an issue with one of the orders something was made incorrectly. They remade the order no problem free of charge. If you ever in Toronto come here for the best wings.
