I called to confirm their closing time as I know some websites don't update their operating hours. The woman was very rude and asked me in a very callous manner: where did you get our number from? Go back to the site you got our number from and look at our operating hours there. Your meals might be very good (from what I've heard) but your phone etiquette and manners is very poor. If you can talk to a potential customer on the phone that way, I can only imagine how rude you are in person.
Some of the best food I’ve had in so long! The chicken was so tender and had so much flavour, the rice was amazing and the plantain was so perfectly done, I haven’t had plantain this good anywhere in Ontario! I highly recommend this place!
You really want to try the fried yam and snails, that's if you're a snail lover. It's cooked to perfection. Pepper soup tastes so good. I keep coming back. She answers the phone too, which is a rarity in Nigerian restaurants.
One of the best local bar I have ever been. Very welcoming. Amazing African group with an amazing family managing the restaurant. On weekends, we usually enjoy the Dj, African dj playing beats by cultural local artists. The kitchen and food and also drinks are made and served home style. It makes it more welcoming and cozy to spend few hours of the week.
