Faith Caribbean Cuisine in York

The place was spotless and I was greeted with the warmest smile. The ackee and saltfish had generous chunks of saltfish with the perfect amount of scotch bonnet, the jerk chicken was juicy and the black cake is the best Ive found in Toronto.

I had the pleasure of being able to visit this very lovely caribbean restaurant called Faith Caribbean Cuisine.I was welcome very kindly by the attending cashier, Miss Faith, who had a very welcoming and warm demeanour towards her. As I have never been to this establishment before I asked her about the food and what they have to offer, she gave me a very detailed explanation of all the foods offered ,how everything is cooked and any mixed matches that I would like, which I did take her up on the food, was well made, fresh and delicious. Definitely. Will be coming back here and I would highly agree that people should come and visit this restaurant. The food is delicious the atmosphere is very homely and the lovely attitude and attentiveness of miss faith shows to the max.

If you're looking for good Caribbean food, Faith Caribbean Cuisine is a solid choice. I ordered the jerk chicken, and it was very flavorful. The portions are generous, making it perfect for takeout when you're in the mood for something hearty and satisfying. I’ll definitely be going back!

Best Caribbean restaurant in the area without a doubt and she is very polite and welcoming

Ordered the curry chicken roti this evening...delicious! Loved the roti itself, and the chicken and potatoes were well seasoned, making for a real tasty meal. In addition to the food, the service was outstanding! Nicole, who was running the place when I was there, was so pleasant and friendly... Speaking with her was such an uplifting experience. Very welcoming, easeful and warm server assured me that I'd like the veggie roti; I certainly did! Lovely bread, perfectly wrapped, travelled well on my bike ride home and along with a sorrel and ginger drink, left me feeling totally satiated.

Second time coming back since the new owners took over. Food is delicious and hearty. Ironic that the best winter food for me is carribean food. Keeps you warm and fills you up. Can't say enough how good it is. Will definitely be back sooner than later.
