Wasnt impressed when told not collecting rewards points but yet the scanner was on and working before....think they saw I had a free coffee and didnt want to give it to me. Wont be going to this Tim hortons again.

I am at this particular Tims location usually once or twice a day for a coffee either inside or in the drive thru - staff are friendly and smiley....enjoy my Timmies

I went through the drive-thru all I wanted was a black coffee with one and a half milk I drove away I was out of Yorkton and to my surprise I opened my coffee it had no milk it had no cream and it had one sweetener and two teaspoons of sugar. Like are you kidding me its not like I ordered 500 drinks I ordered one coffee and they couldnt even get it right

We went here today and ordered 3cold coffees with customised order and a pizza but we got regular coffees when we asked for that again she was like you didn t order properly thats why ..her name is isha as a order taker she have to confirm the order first instead of arguing later.. overall pizza was good

Order 2 drinks from Skip with this store and they said expresso machine was broken so the decided to not send any replacement drinks.

ordered food and drinks via delivery service app but did not receive drinks we ordered even after the store contacted us explaining that our original order could not be fulfilled and asked if we wanted to change our drinks we agreed and gave them our new request when the order finally arrived we did not get ANY drinks they didnt even give us water what kind of coffee place doesnt have any freaking coffee? i will not be ordering from this location again not on the app or in person this is un acceptable. Im getting very annoyed of the terrible service in this city. its not the first time this location has messed up my order. i have some very strong words for this location but i am doing everything in my power to restrain myself from using them. i do not recommend anyone go to this location if they want actual good service. as of writing this review the second location is better but knowing this city that could very well change.

This Tim Hortons, on the east side of Yorkton, used to be a place I enjoyed going to, but not so much anymore. Since the renovations done last fall, the place now is more open as all the booths have been removed, but it is also now extremely noisy. Its hard to hear the person you are sitting with at the same table. Some machine in the work area makes a very loud noise that blots out anything being said. Many fewer products are shown in their showcase than there used to be. The customer service inside is quite slow. We used to love the chili served with a whole-wheat bun, but the bun has been replaced with a much smaller white-flour product, not nearly as tasty and nutritious as the whole wheat bun. Cost is the same but for less food. I have offered to pay for a whole wheat bun with my chili, but they refused to sell me one. I have Type 1 diabetes. The whole wheat is much better for my blood sugar, but no one seems to care, sadly. One other thing, the customer seating area is cold. The new continuous long bench on the east side is right up against the windows, and it was very cold sitting with my back to the window. I had to wear my winter jacket. It was much more comfortable before the renos. Give me a booth for more privacy and also more warmth.

Horrible location and HORRIBLE STAFF!! Useless all around is a motto of operation. Average time to get even a coffee is about 15 minutes. Food

The server was excellent, she actually knew what I was asking for, and I did not have to clarify 3 or 4 times , just to end up with a wrong order. Like some of the tims these days. Quick, done right. What a pleasant surprise! Wish I could remember her name so I could give a shout out.

Looks like they don t care about the company. Two young age junkies making fun of order and using abusive language at work . Probably no one is checking them on camera.

i would say 0 stars if it was an option. this tim hortons is absolutely terrible, as we waited 25 minutes for our food while other cars got there s immediately.

Says 24 hour eggs but 5 hours to close and theres no eggs too lazy to make the eggs and was very rude about it .. i dont recommend going here past 7

Affordable, good food and friendly service

Most days they have fast and very friendly/honest staff over the speaker and at the window. Product has been terrible lately, come to expect this of Tims though.

Never had any issues with service. More of a just coffee than a meal and coffee person. Coffee tastes great when I go. Like I said service is great too!

Great place to meet friends and have a white hot chocolate and Chai...and you can grab a grilled chicken Ceasars Salad at Wendys too .. nice friendly staff ...but bathrooms are a little on the stinky side ...grab the big can of air spray industrial size ...smells like baby powder ..at the dollar tree .

Could not understand I wanted decaffeinated tea had to explain 5 times still got wrong order and I was inside

Quick and accurate coffees

What happened to the farmers wrap? Got told one day that the grill machine was broken, said that was fine it came wrapped and cold, that was 2 weeks or so ago, they still are being served in a wrap cold again when i stopped a few days ago? Today I asked for it grilled and it looks nothing like the farmers wrap should be and it didnt have sauce.. huge disappointment when its not what it should be and now have to ask if it can be grilled are they not to be grilled?

This is one of the better Tim Hortons Ive visited in all of Saskatchewan. I moved here recently from Ontario, all the other tim Hortons Ive been to in Saskatchewan are slower and dont have the product available for guests.... this tim Hortons is fast they more then 3 types of tim bits and many donut selections the staff were knowledgeable and let me know that my caramel shot costs extra... Great Job Team!!!

These 5 stars are for SEHAJ. She was so polite and humble while taking an order. Although, her service was so good. Went to so many tim Hortons but this is the first time i got this kind of service from her. Keep it up SEHAJ. Thanks for wonderful service.

Absolutely horrible. I went through the drive through just 30 mins ago. It took 2 people to take my order and had to repeat 4 times. When I got to the window they forgot half of what I paid for. My chili and tea were cold as well. To top it all off the guy working the cash was helping with food prep without washing his hands or wearing gloves. If you do not want food poisoning or covid dont eat here.

Always enjoy getting my morning coffee from here. Pleasant workers, and always consistent and a fresh pot of coffee. Line up at times can be frustrating but thats a Tims for yah.

Coffee is okay and asked for double toasted bagel but they burned the outermost of the bagel. Boston cream was yummy.

4 time hortons now no Cinnamon oat latte, 2 machines were broken one in Dauphin MB and obe in Fort Quapelle, Yorkton had no cinnamon shot so had chocolate, Melville had not Oat Milk. Fort Quapelle the ladies bathroom was so disgusting one toilet totally plugged used diapers and tampons laying around and on floor just dirty dirty dirty never stopping there again. Yuk

Were waiting our orders for almost 15 minutes and suddenly they give our orders to other customers and we wait for 10 minutes again its wasting of peoples time they need to modify the management and the staff to be efficient.

No name tags, gave me wrong item then told me me when I told her the item was wrong that that was the item I asked for . I said no this is definitely glazed, not plain. She said oh well we dont have that we only have glazed. When I said you should have just told me you didnt have what I ordered , I wouldnt have purchased an item you dont have, she sneered and said heh sorry and rolled her eyes at me. Worst service ever. All this after waiting 20 min at the front of the line while 10 people behind me complained about how it never takes this long and where is the staff? I will not return to this location and will recommend another store.

Clean inside but feels focused on the drive thru. Looks like they have the full menu available. Parking: Easy to find parking.

In the last year this place has gone down hill. Drive-thru is usually pretty fast and friendly at least. The last countless times we have sat inside in the evening for coffee it has always been burnt, dont know how you can manage that so often. Today in the drive-thru we received a large mocha icedcapp that was so sour it was undrinkable. And the last three times are donuts came in the bag upside down, so everything on top peels off in the bag. I just dont under how you cant give a care in the world about your job. Most times its better just to go to the neighboring Wendys

Drive through packed and into the parking lot next to it. Went inside and lined up to the door. Stood in line for 10 minutes and no movement. Extremely slow and did not have 2 hours to wait so left.

Rude customers and the staff didnt discourage them from being rude to other customers

Need to get more staff. Help keep place inside and washroom tidy . Took few extra minutes for simple order as they should have more than 5 working store

Better faster service inside rather than drive through

Not sure what was up at the East end Tim Hortons in Yorkton recently. Met my wife for coffee at 7:15AM. Ordered 2 coffee, I mentioned twice that I wanted 1/2 hot water in it, then when it was handed to me, I asked again about the hot water, and they took it away. Brought it back, we sat down, I took 1 sip and couldnt drink it. It tasted like it had been made last week, and left on the burner for hours. If it had 1/2 hot water like I asked, I cant imagine how strong it was before the water was/if added. My wife also indicated her 2cream/1 sugar coffee also tasted off.

At least this part of the Tim Hortons/Wendy s is open - the Wendy s hardly ever is. Very slow service at front counter, but otherwise the staff is friendly and got my order right. They don t put enough cream cheese on bagels, and got limited types of timbits

Came here the night I arrived to Yorkton after a long flight with several connections and a long shuttle ride from Regina. The store was empty and the staff served me well. The your Filipino man at the cash was super kind and respectful. My cappuccino, muffin and hosted buttered bagels were excellent and done promptly . This location is a hundred times better than the other location who mess up your order. At this location I asked for a double toasted double buttered bagel and I got that exactly! Great job

Pretty rare that they get the order right at this location. They also allow the drive-thru lineup to flow onto the street. This causes traffic issues. With a couple of signs It would be very simple for them to have the lineup go through their parking lot.

customer service was awful

The drive through is the only thing they care about. If the line reaches the main road 14 cars- it s still faster than going inside with no line.

If they could get a simple order right, ordered 3 coffees and last 3 visits one of the three is incorrect

Refused to let me redeem a roll to the rim win for iced coffee because I was 3 points short and I couldn t understand the person working what so ever. Very rude.

Was actually at Wendys Drive thru same building. Ordered taco salad, came in so many different packages, cold. 10 chicken nuggets cramed into a small fry container. Not impressed so went across the parking lot too the Wok Box for a decent meal. We politely placed the Wendys order in the proper trash recepticals before eating.

Slow. They are supper slow. When drive though is over 10 minute wait. And in side is no better

Was good, I dont normally stop at Tims, but kids wanted tea. I always thought it cost more money than it did, so never go. But breakfast for us 4 only cost 15 bucks, so that was nice. And tasty.

This morning I received a breakfast sandwich that was doused in grease. Literally looks like it was prepared in a puddle of grease. The guy and the window was miserable. I hadnt gone to time Hortons for months prior due to receiving nasty food frequently. Im done.

Its like they dont realize people want coffee in the morning - they never seem ready for the morning rush and it takes twenty mins to get food in the drive thru even if you are first in line. Hire more staff.

Employees are fast and wear mask. But seem like plp here dont care. No one really wearing mask except me. Giving me some look.
