They have permit parkingx2 for people with disabilities. You still have to go around a tight corner to get into the establishment. The closest door to the wheelchair accessible parking says "exit only".
Meh….there is much better Tim’s in other towns and cities. Not getting a good vibe here. Back for a couple simple things at the drive thru and they screwed up the order. How difficult is it to hear that I want 2 milk and one Raisin Bran muffin??? Horrible service.
May 18, 2024. I use this location frequently as I work nearby. But it seems lately, the quality of staff as well as food has gone down the drain. Even when there are no other customers, they take 15 minutes to fulfill one order of farmers wrap. They never have items baked, for 1 single order, why even open the store. Opening a till just to say no to a customer is the worst kind of business practice. I feel bad for the community, as the well known franchise is now operated under people who do not care about quality service. My recommendation, avoid using Tim Hortons in Yorkton. I would rather drive to a town like Canora or Melville, just to get good product and service.
A bit of an update; went back today and the same person assisted me and this time she actually took a moment to actually listen and then put my order into the pos.... instead of trying to input my order and talk and tell other employees what she needs ...GREAT JOB !!!! (End of updated comment) The service was tough i stood at the counter for 15 mins before being asked "what you would like?" Not even a "sorry for the wait" or "thank you for waiting, how may i help you" nothing just "what you would like" the language barrier is pretty simple to over come, in time with practice the dialect will be present for all. Thank you.
I ordered from drive thru a crispy bbq chicken bowl and I found it was cold and the chicken was not cooked properly. I just threw it I waste my money. Bad experience.
I have been coming to this Tim Hortons for awhile now and every time I come I am disappointed but beats driving across town. The lady I had at the window a few weeks back and numerous others before don’t give back your proper change and some will short you a few dollars, I had to ask for my receipt numerous times to see and ask them for the rest of my change, it’s outrageous. Service is slow and when inside it takes many minutes to be served at the register, at one point it took them 6 minutes to come take my order, and had to wait another 5 minutes for a Double double and a muffin. Do better.
Very disappointed in this store and it's employees, they are suppose to open until 11 and have already run out of most stuff for today so they just stop selling different sizes or products. They also don't seem to care about the customers that walk into the store. All 4 times I have been here there has been a lineup inside and you wait atleast 10 minutes for service unless you say something to an employee and then they will come help sooner. They also don't seem to take any care with the food they prepare and just slap it together in a mess.

Terrible experience. Got a large vanilla latte on a road trip, didn t try it until too late to turn back - steamed milk with vanilla they forgot the coffee.
No Hasbrown again in my breakfast wrap. They need to fix that huge pot hole at the drive thru as well its hard on vehicles. Thanks.
Nice, clean neat location. Tried the new flatbread pizza, it was good. Also had chicken soup which was ok, but not great. The bun it came with was quite bland. I prefer Grumpies, but it was closed.
Drive through is terrible. They constantly get the order wrong, or they take the persons order that was behind you first instead of going in order. They can t hear when you order half the time and when they can, they still muck it up. Super annoying.
Im sorry but this place is terrible. The wait time is horrendous, we waited 10 minutes in the drive thru before we got to order. Then we waited another 5 to get to the window, then when we got to the window they told us they needed 10 more minutes to make wedges as they ran out. We didnt have time or patience to wait. Will not return.

They changed their coffee again... it tastes burnt. Really, really burnt. I love timmies always have always will. It was the one place in yorkton that had good coffee. Now they dont.
Why would they change the coffee beans, it always tastes like a freshly dumped bowl of diarrhea and the service is always slow now and has not improved over the past 11 months.

Twice I have not been able to get my roll up the rim. The staff never asked me for a Tims reward card when I placed my order or at the window when I paid. So today I asked and rhey said I have to present my card before payment. So again they dont even ask Im not satisfied.
Definitely the superior Tim s in yorkton, always grabbing coffee in the morning onto my way to work, the east one was too long so I went to the west location and they made everything perfect, plus the customer service is 10/10. Thank you Tim s
Lots of coffee grains in coffee all time! 99.9% of time my order gets messed up in Morning......... either missing something on a breakfast sandwich or coffee is old.
I legitimately searched this Tim Hortons out online to give a 5 star review. Passing through on a cross country road trip from nova scotia, and this is by far the best location weve been to! Maybe even the best coffee from a Tim Hortons weve ever had too.

Impressive management
This review is for Megha! Megha was working her night shift when I used the drive thru to purchase two Tim Quenchers around 10:50pm. While trying to make the payment, through Google Wallet, it didnt work for some unknown reason. I felt bad. I was going to pick my wife after work and wanted to meet her with a drink. But Megha dont know that. Yet she had been really kind enough to hand over my order and asking to make the payment next day. Such kindness is really rare and felt good to receive it. Thank you Megha! You are a good human being. Will visit the store more often only for you.

I was at this location 3 different times on. My trip once in the evening and 2 times during the day all last week while i was visiting the area The service was horrible and slow In 2 of the times me as well as others in line were not acknowledged in a reasonable time
Such a bad ol Coffee. It tasted like old and burnt and was not hot. Im moving across Canada and Im used to a very delicious Tim Hortons coffee!! Every morning. But that one Service
One of the worst tim Hortons I have been in....never any product available ...nobody pays attention to the front counter and the staff they do have is usually very unwelcoming. They honestly dont even deserve 1 star... ..EDIT....went into store AGAIN on Thursday, July 6th at 12:15 PM.....baker was out taking picture of another empty bagel case (case has been empty past 4 days before 10 AM we each day and not filled until after 2 PM when next baker comes in , and thats IF they make more). I asked were more bagels being made, and was told not until the next shift came in.... How do you expect to serve customers when you have nothing to serve them and wont make more food ??
Parking: There is parking on three sides of the building, which is shared with Wendys. To get into the north entrance from parking areas on the north or east side, we usually have to cross between vehicles in the drive-thru lane, which can be unsafe when its wet or icy. Food

The Yorkton area Tim Hortons is by far one of the worst places to eat. The employees are rude, cut you off, will call you stupid and will blame you for problems with the food that they made wrong. Most times, I will not take the time to leave a detailed review. However, multiple terrible experiences at both Yorkton locations has left me wanting to warn others away from these two locations. The staff is not properly trained, and more often than not, no management is on site to help. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these locations. Especially if your hungry.
This Tim Hortons is terrible. The coffee is always old and never hot. They dont add the sugar you ask for or stir your drink. Im afraid to order food because i got apple fritter donuts from there and the center was doughy and not baked. This place went downhill fast. I cant believe theyre still open how bad the service and food is.
Their food is a constant disappointment. Ive attempted to eat there for the last time. Never again. The pictures they advertise are 100% false advertising with everything they serve. The price for the quality is corporate robbery at its finest.
Slow service inside. Drive-thru is a different ordeal every time. (UPDATE) Usually I dont say much about fast food places, Im not a picky person whatsoever and usually take whatever is given to me without issue. Ive had issues with this this Tims about 6 times in a row now. Today (Aug.6,21) we came through to get two drinks. We were the only ones in line at all, they got one of our drinks completely wrong after already kindly correcting them at the speaker. Then the younger lady brought the correct drink and spilled part of it all over my hand when she smashed it into my hand and closed the window. Not trying to be a Karen by any means, but the two younger girls that were working at 9:00pm gave the worst customer service Ive had in this town. Not trying to go on a rant, but it would be super awesome if they could pretend to like their job a little. UPDATE #2 Staff that was working on Aug.26 at 9:15pm was excellent UPDATE #3 team working at 11am-12pm Sep. 30,23 did fantastic, food and drink were both really good.

Went in to the west side of Yorkton, Had a line-up. At least a 6 /8 ppl & 1 of 2 tills open Skip the line-up kiosk used that figuring Save some time NOPE!!! The 8 ppl in the line-up plus 4 other ppl. 10 mins tops turned into 20 mins Skip the line just to sit n to be last out Even MC DONALDS makes orders as they come in (in order) NOT TO MENTION MY oder was 2 Almond Milk n 1 Sugar Cause Im lactose intolerant Almond milk leaves coffee more or less the same color.... this is clearly cream Photo/video to fallow

I give this Tim Horton 5 stars because of the lady in the window - Janice! She always serves with a smile, and she makes my coffee and my day better :) Thank you for being so kind! Its rare to find someone like you at Tims. Your managers should be proud of you!
Super experience
Hard for employee to understand our order.We had to repeat it 5 times. Food order exceeded what it was posted on sign at drive thru. She said when we pi ked up the order to pay that the price posted was the price when you scan the order. Who knew?Had to have the app. Always is a problem the very few times we order at Tim Hortons West Broadway in Yorkton.
Food and service was fine. Bathrooms could be cleaner.
This really is a location I ll be avoiding from now on - from getting my order wrong to food being over-cooked or not the way I ask, there s always a problem here. On top of it, the staff likes to park in front of the restaurant, blocking all the good stalls for customers. Just go down the road to the Wendy s/Tim s location.

I would give this place 0 stars but I cant do that so they get one. This place ran out of potato wedges,They forgot to cook my grilled cheese it was cold and uncooked LIKE YOUR DONE.They messed up my order gave me the wrong thing. Forgot cream for my coffee. Terrible service took a long time to get food.DONT RECCOMEND

This place is a s**t show always. Ordered a breakfast sandwich, they pulled me up to wait, I waited ten minutes before being told they don t have sausage, so I have to get bacon which I don t want. Finally bring me my food and forget the hash browns. So I have to go inside and watch a circus of employees seemingly doing nothing. I get home to realize the sandwich is made wrong and disgusting. Bathrooms are always gross. They never get my order right. They never have decaf coffee and I ask after ordering to confirm its decaf, they insist I didnt order decaf and they always tell me that itll be a 5 minute wait for decaf, even at 9pm and when I did wait, it was more like 15 minutes. Once I asked for assorted donuts in the drive through, but no chocolate. They gave me only chocolate and insisted they had no other kinds. I went into the building to use the restroom, and they had every kind of donut - they were not out.
Very disappointed. Just waited 25 min for a breakfast sandwich with a hash brown and a breakfast wrap. After ordering and paying, the cashier told us to go wait in the parking lot. 15 min later my husband went in to ask if our food was still coming or not and the girls in the kitchen started giggling and said itll be ready in 2 min. 10 min later they gave him our food, he began to walk out and looked in the bag and they had forgotten the hashbrown so he had to go back and get it. We are a 2 min drive to this Tim Hortons but are now considering just going to McDonalds for our food and coffee. Horrible experience, not to mention we wanted to grap something quick before our 2 hr drive to see a relative in hospital.

I give this Tim Hortons 5 stars because it has 2 drive- thrus. It is very fast ordering and recieving your order at this location. I will often drive down to this Tim Hortons just because you ALWAYS get your drinks and food quicker... It is also another level inside (if you are among those still dining in restaurants) with comfy seating and a fire place i believe(its been a while since I was in there) and very quick ordering. For sure go here for coffee or whatever!

Staffs were not friendly at all. The service was too slow. There were not enough stocks on the shelf. The inside and outside of the store werent clean. There was a lot of garbage on the floor. Most of the glass panels have smudges.

waited about two minutes at the till while they laughed at something in the back, nobody was in the store at 3:35 pm, she didnt know what soups were currently being sold so she went and looked, another minute she was gone,punched my order in debit transaction, waited another 5 minutes for another girl who popped out of nowhere, looked in my bag, no whole wheat bun...i waited another 4 minutes before i just plain left...a terrible experience...do not purchase anything from this location...

Every time I am there, the kitchen has just closed. I go earlier every time. I am totally afraid of going there at noon and spoiling it for everyone! I keep telling myself, Ill never go here again, but then I wonder what the food tastes like. Now I Wonder if they have food at all?! Maybe the kitchen is not even real. Is this a front for the mob?

Counted our timbits just out of curiosity and we were shorted one. Drive thru was quite a bit slower than the Tim Hortons I am used to but it was fairly busy and Im assuming reduced staff due to Covid.

22 min to get a sandwich after it was ordered and paid for. Not good. Wasnt even busy. 7 people inside and maybe even less in the drive through.
20 minutes to get an ice capp in the drive thru. When I got to the window they didnt know what my order was.
Most staff are rude, they mess up my order frequently, and when Im trying to study here, they loudly play indian music. I wouldnt mind the music if it was at an appropriate volume, but they play it so loud that I cant focus. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
The wait time wasnt exactly something you would see with most Tims but the Jalapeno Bagel was great.
