McDonald's in Yorkton

Always messing up meals, barely communicate, always have to wait way to long for meals

I just want my straw ;(

There not as good as they used to be, some food is ok & some is not good at all,

Same old, same old, still love it!

Clean, orders keep being messed up and 2 out of 10 times Ive been had to go back for missing items.

Coffee is good, food not so much.

Ordering ahead seems to give you a longer wait and cooler food

It was good location but they dont have drinks and ice openly.

The bathrooms sucked. Drive through looked long.

the service is incompetent and rude. The toilets are dirty. The food is burnt and they refuse to process it. You have to wait a long time for the order and you dont get what you wanted. The people are rude and should not work in this establishment. If I had a choice to die or come to this establishment, I would choose death

This McDonald is one of great I ever experienced. They are fast , efficient and clean. And they present themselves really greatly. Nice and engaging staff. Food

Got parked for a bagel and a coffee. Waited 10 mins for a bagel...... like why?

Ordering through the drive through, the worker(S) tend to be pushy and unclear.

The woman working the drive through today should learn to open her ears. We ordered 2 mcgriddles, got a bacon egger and some kind of breakfast chicken sandwich. Asked for their pancake syrup, how hard is it to deduce we meant the hot cake syrup? Kept getting told no, we dont have that. Like yes you do. Learn how to figure stuff out, its a drive through, its not hard. This place sucks

I enjoy their meals but they gave me the wrong burger twice. I didn t bother taking it in to get the right one. They should always give you what you ordered

You know what youre getting and it is good by McDonalds standards.

The self-checkout machine was so helpful! It offered me the entire selection of food items in bunched categories, straightforward and manageable. The self-checkout machine even accepted debit/credit, EVEN GIFT CARD! Its highly multifunctional and, even at the very very end, told me to have a good day! Its the best service Ive ever gotten from McDonalds. Do recommend!

The girl at the drive-thru window was extremely ignorant and rude.

We customize burgers for a reason and also pay extra $ for added items, right? Sorry for not opening and checking my order right on counter and ended up getting poor quality and quantity for money i paid. What a waste

Chicken was cold, fries were old & gross.. Disappointing, skip wouldnt refund because they said it was on time . So I guess as long as its on time garbage food is ok . If you eat in its slow too & screw up orders. Disappointing, its really hone down hill since our kids worked there.

Very bad customer service at the drive thru window . The person who handed me the food tonight at 8.15 pm was very rude didn t even answered or cared to listen to my request and shut the door on our face .

Went in drive-through, ordered 2 breakfast sandwich meals, asked to pull into one of the spots to wait. No problem so far. Waited probably 10 minutes, a guy came out looking for someone else, he asked which order was ours and we told him. Waited 10 more minutes and went inside told them which order was ours, no one knew. They gave us one of the sandwiches and thought they were done, we had to ask for the other one again. Go back to the car and open it to find the wrong sandwich. What a wreck this place is at 8:30, I gave up at this point and left. Never had problems at 6am but I would be embarrassed if I was running this place. Worst McDonalds experience I have ever had.

Vegetarian options: I went to Melville McDonald s and Jesus Christ I waited 30 minutes for a simple order. When I got to Yorkton it s so quick and order is always right.

It is really pathetic when your husband tries to surprise you with breakfast, and this is the state of the breakfast, a wilted lettuce leaf, 1 lousy slice of tomato and a couple of bacon bits for the bacon and NO mayonnaise. This meal comes out to $10 and some change, but this breakfast right here, is not worth $10, it is more like $3. This McDonald s and their staff are never consistent, and when you call them out on their quality control, they gaslight the customer, definitely won t support this store again. They need competent staff and management

If they would stop taking your number off the board before you get it. then forgetting your order would be great.

Coffee cups fall apart. They arent using very good glue and the inner portion of the cup falls apart ruining the structural integrity of the cup

Still the best McDonald s and I still love their food. Fresh tasting burgers, the best fries anywhere. Cookies taste freshly baked. Tables and washrooms are clean, staff is friendly and you don t need to tip!

They got our drinks wrong the we got asked to park off to the side while they corrected it and still got the drinks wrong

Its a good place to go with kids, they can play and after that they can play for a while.

the best thing was the atmosphere the food was underwhelming and the cashier got my wifes order wrong.... sooo yeah

Wheelchair accessibility: They serve the best Liver and Onions. You can park in front and enter through front doors with a wheelchair, very easily. Recommended dishes

Affordable, quick and convenient. Parked to wait for order. Restaurant virtually empty and parking lot had litter.

Typical McDonalds. Food was fine and service was good.

What else is there to say about McDonalds. Basic food. Fancy app and in store electronic ordering menu if that trips your trigger. Kid-friendliness: Kids love the play center.

Cashier refused to provide receipt when I requested it. He told me I would get it when I got my order. It took 19 mins to get 2 burgers and 2 drinks and 2 fries and the fries were rubbery and cold as usual and i always eat my fries at first, i was asked to park and feel like the fries were in the bag while they made the burgers and my points were not applied even after reading the number to them 3 times at the drive thru speaker window. And guess what ... after being told the receipt was in the bag it was not there... I needed to expense the bill for work as the meal was for 2 employees that were working later then normal....hence the reason I asked for the receipt after I paid... so now I have to pay out of pocket for it.... Im not happy at all.

They only gave me 19 nuggets in my 20 pack of chicken nuggets

Drive thru the attendant rushed order and was not busy at 2:10. Then when we got our order they neglected to put receipt in bag and forgot our fries. Very disappointed .

The cashier was really nice and helped me get my decaf coffee even though they were out. It was nice of them to go the extra mile. Also great Macdonalds for still having a Play Place in it. :) wish more McDonalds restaurants had this because its really a treat when you can bring your kids there. I also love the Halloween decorations. The food was all really good, :) I enjoy the classic McDonalds fries! All in all it was a fun trip to the McDonalds and I would certainly recommend this for a fast food place. The store was pretty clean so the staff is doing a great job!

Best fast food in yorkton

Barriers are down and its business as usual. I usually show up on foot, and the service is fast. Quality is consistent. Better selection than the location inside Wal-Mart.

Had a big Mac meal and a cheeseburger . Absolutely delicious after a week in the bush. Very clean and organized restaurant.

After parking me, I waited 10minutes and they did not give me the food I ordered and the fries were cold.

I save the McCafè stickers I was happy to get a free coffee.

Went there out of town to have a meal. And near the end of it I found a dark beard hair in my fries.As I tried to get the attention of the manager. And note that a gentleman with a fairly large beard had no beard net on him as he was by the packaging station, the manager insisted That it was not him. And tried to avoid fixing the issue with offering a free cheeseburger. I mean any person in kitchen knows such as myself that proper PPE and hair nets are required at all times while in the kitchen area. Probably the worst customer service I have had from a McDonalds location

I went through the drive-thru and everything I ordered was there and ready in a timely fashion. Just like it should be! The hot stuff was hot and cold stuff cold. Everything was tasty.

As can be expected. Place is kept clean. Staff are friendly and adaptable. Always got my order right. The parking lot is a little weirdly shaped. Didn t wait to long for my order.

I asked for fries with extra salt but i got fries with no salt when i went back to return those fries and ask them for a new one they mistreated me and i heard the person who was handing fries to the drive throw person saying large fries with no salt but still when i went there they just said that i can just give you salt packets on side nothing else we can do and they were soo rude to me. This customer service is unacceptable i would never go to mcd in yorkton every again

Really dirty omg. From walking in the door there are drinks spilled on the heater and fingerprints all over the glass . No toilet paper in womens washroom, no where clean to sit, play place had very sticky floors and a gross smell. Looks like the place hasn t been cleaned in weeks

Absolute scammers. I asked for the pokemon happy mean and they switch the toys with Disney. Someone has taken the pokemin toys out the back door because everyone is saying theyre getting ripped off. I called back and the manager said she had pokemon toys and would let me switch my Disney toy. I wasted time to drive back and discover that another manager is saying there is no Pokemon toys left. Theft is a serious issue MCDONALDS

2:00 am and nowhere else to eat in Yorkton. Sandwiches were OK, but the fries were so old they were leathery. Oh well, put her back in gear and press on down the road....

Easy ordering kiosks. Quick food. Parking: Parking was hard to get in to. Cant get into the parking lot from the back.

Great fast service

Staff was really off tonight! There was one woman yelling at all the rest of the staff. I dont know if they were all on edge or what, but they totally messed up our order - a couple burgers and coffees - not too complicated!

Updated my review. McDonalds on Broadway has gotten much better. Still have to make sure to check your order because sometimes things get forgotten. Ordering on the mobile app or using the kiosks is the way to go so that there is no communication issues. I never do drive thru because 90% of the time they get you to pull ahead and wait, which generally ends up taking 15mins longer. Best bet is to just order from the app and sit in a stall.

I dont understand why basic common sense is hard at this place. Been here twice this week as I was passing through yorkton and both times they cant get it right. First time I ordered a quarter cheese blt with no bun. They threw the ingredients in a box so you cant even pick it up and eat it, they also forgot the cheese so I asked them to remake it and put it in a paper wrap. This time I ordered mcdoubles so it would come in a paper wrap....nope....they threw the ingredients for 2 mcdoubles onto a tray and gave it to me. Again, had them remake it and told them I ordered mcdoubles so it would be wrapped in paper. People with food allergies dont want it on a tray or in a box, we want to be able to pick up our burger with no bun and eat it just like everyone else. This location is so incompetent and ableist.

Drive through are now in the habit of asking u to go park and they will bring food out .. horrible restaurant and staff very rude update contacted mcds head office pointing out reviews and such ..was told they will attend restaurant
