I've always been a regular at McDonald's, but my recent visit was disappointing. The service has usually been great, but the lady at the counter was rude when I asked for a fork, even though I offered to pay for it. She also ignored my order after I placed it, despite ordering a drink. It was a frustrating experience that really stood out in a negative way.

I'm so severely disappointed at this location it hasn't even been a week. I ran in there to grab a coffee with the milk, and they proceeded to tell me that they don't have any milk. You are located in a grocery store. Are you kidding me. So we drove to the McDonald's on Broadway, I took the coffee in there and asked them to get me a new coffee with milk. I spoke with whether he was the owner or the manager, and he said that, oh, I'm so sorry for this. we'll make sure that we have milk at that location. So I was back in Walmart today, and I thought I would give McDonald's one more chance. I go to order a large coffee with one milk, and he proceeds to tell me that he has no milk. We talked to the same gentleman last week that was at the Broadway store and he said oh I brought milk last time you were in but I guess they're all out and he looks at me and he says do you need it now. Are you kidding me? I would like a large coffee with milk, no, I'll come in next week to see if I can get a large coffee with the milk. Yes, I wanted it right now. So, needless to say, I didn't get my coffee. I will not be going back to McDonald's
My bbq maple bacon burger had no onions on it... in place of onions someone put tortilla strips on it and that was utterly disgusting. Venue is absolutely filthy and the staff were rude as well as impossible to understand
I walked behind the counter to get drink and saw that the floor was scattered with litter. So I decided to observe the kitchen. Counter where they prepare food was kinda gross. One of the staff was even drinking while frying our fries. Eating in front the counter where you order. How unprofessional. Burgers were okay, nuggets and fries were overcooked. The lady who took our order didn't even bother to smile. I look around to see if the place was busy, but it was not. If it was, I think I can understand as I used to work in a fast food chain. If they cannot keep the place clean, I can only imagine that the food they serve is for sure unhygienic.
We broke down in the Walmart parking lot and stormed McDonald's as soon as they opened to feed my group. Gurman was awesome he hustled and got us fed and happy! Thank you for turning our day around!! Would recommend 👌
The service he is quite fast and friendly although the drive through lane has tended to be quite slow in my experience. My kids love the PLAY PLACE. The coffee here is the best at a fast food place I think. Lanes open all night for midnight munchies! The atmosphere inside is most since they updated the place and added better seats and a fireplace!

When its close to Christmas time and wow very busy. Its get crowded sometimes and just have to be patient.

Sept 9th,2019. Put in an order McDonalds noticed flies crawling on muffins in glass case. Told employees thats gross flies crawling on muffins. Lady employee was not friendly spoke loudly n said we try keeping flies out of there. She didnt say I will remove them I felt sick to my stomach. I would advise people not to buy muffins from Wal-Mart yorkton McDonalds.
Rude old lady, 4:47pm. I have a mobile order and sitting here 10 minutes. How i wish i could get a refund and not waste my time. Sharon the mamager was very rude and disorganized.
Fries were awful and my food was wrong not even the first time both restaurants aren t worth the money it costs
Positive - fries were fresh. Negative - Mcchicken was overcooked and didn t have enough sauce. Service was ehhh. And they (like many other locations) take down your number off of the screen long before you re actually served.

It was hurtful, I couldnt hear and the lady told me to yell my order so I yelled and she got mad and yelled back at me, I cant hear on 1 side of my ear , but I still go to McDonalds and I still be nice to the lady even though I still get mistreated, Im kind to the workers

I was very very disappointed in this McDonalds actually out raged! Spend $50 and cant even get chicken sauce without being told it cost extra which is such horrible thing to do when every other McDonald gives it out like no problem. I think if I buy a load of food you could do the decency too give a couple packs of saucr like geez the staff are also grumpy old woman that dont know how to manage the place. Point blank never going to it again and will always put it down. Thanks alot guys..

Typical Walmart McDonalds. Slower than a real McDonalds and staff doesnt really want to be there.
This McDonalds is always busy. I do like that they now have the kiosks to order your meals. However, I wish McDonalds were to have the option to purchase the book on their kiosks. Im glad that their burgers are gluten free and there is the option to choose no bun. I am also very impressed that their gravy is gluten free and I can have the poutine. Recently they have added a gluten free brownie which is quite tasty.

Weve never had a bad experience here. The food is good and the service is fast. Sometimes its crowded. Theres room to park your shopping cart by the door.

They are very slow & Baccon & Eggers they dont give you Baccon like they used too, only a little piece of Baccon & you cant see it, no the Food inspector should be there all of the time,
