Wendy's in Yorkton

Went 20 minutes before closing and was refused.

Dont even waste your time with this Wendys. Very rude and standoffish staff, half my order missing. C U Next Tuesday S.

Decent burger. $4 single cant go wrong

Akosh works drive thru. He is very friendly. He always goes above and beyond to make sure my order is correct. (I m picky so everything has some sort of special request)..

I stop at Wendys every morning on my way to work, and the customer service is excellent. Akash knows my order, is super friendly, and I love that he takes the time to make sure my order is correct. Its people like Akash who make the mornings that much better!

Just ordered breakfast through the drive-thru and waited almost 20 mins for my food! Seems to happen when the manager is working, ridiculous! Never happens when Akash is working, he is prompt and friendly, lets us know if there will be any kind of wait.

Akash was very polite and helpful. Fast and efficient. Good customer service.

Waited forever for fries and a drink.

This is now the second time we have ordered via delivery app and they have forgotten our drinks with our meals I will not be purchasing anything from them via delivery anymore this is ridiculous I understand that it s a busy time but for this to happen on multiple occasions is not acceptable.

Staff was friendly, food was hot and fresh, drinks were cold! It was a great lunch, and one of the better Wendy s I ve eaten at

I am here alot and the food is always consistent! The guy who others are upset by cause he is passionate about religion is a good friend of mine and he takes the time to ask if I am OK. I am happy to see him and he is a great guy! Never had a bad order from the place in a long time . Worst thing was the fries were cold one time ..

Good like 3 out of 5 times food can be good but a couple times its fine just today I found an egg shell sticking on the side of the baconator and dont order the morning baconator the eggs are never cooked fully through left with a wet soggy egg on the sides and one time gave me a bit of a stomach ache

food was okay, but the washrooms were the most disgusting we encountered on our road trip.

Worst Wendys in sask, ordered dinner and they messed up almost the whole order. Forgot to put things in the bag as well. Lady taking order barely spoke English. Hire someone who speaks freaking English to take orders!! Would leave negative stars if I could.

Incredibly slow service. One young woman had to come off her break to help out. The guy who took our order didnt offer a receipt. Two other people in line were equally frustrated at the excessive wait.

Flat pop, room temperature fries, lukewarm burger. How hard is it to serve an A or B grade 12$ small combo? When its half as good we should be able to pay half the price

First time at wendys, unfortunately my baconator came with two strips of half cooked bacon.. the bun and wrapper were dripping with grease. Very disappointed because I love my burgers!!

Recieved the wrong order from delivery. Called the restaurant and they told me my order was there and that I could come to the restaurant and get it. I cant come get it, thats why I ordered delivery. Very poor customer service. Skip says the restaurant is responsible for accuracy of the order, but the restaurant is just going to keep my money and my food.

While in Yorkton visiting we went through the drive thru to grab some quick food. The drive thru speaker is horrible, but we were finally able to get our order in. There was a wait for our order but nothing crazy and the food was fine. My issue was with the service. First, the employee went rooting around in the bag without looking to pull something out, while food was in open, exposed containers. Then he proceeded to start preaching his religion to us! Needless to say, Im never going back.

I was blessed and reborn by the blonde at the drive thru. Not appropriate in my opinion.

For one, bible thumper throwing religion at me when i order food isnt cool. But the dining room being closed all the time is a bit much. Treat your employees better and maybe people would wanna work for you. Dont recommend

Probably one of the oddest locations - it s a tale of two businesses, as Tim Hortons is in the same location. Wendy s is hardly ever open due to staff shortages, but Tim Hortons is open all the time. The odd part is Wendy s will lock the side door closest to them, preventing people trying to get to Tim Hortons from getting in, making them walk all the way around to the other side of the building.

It says open at 6:30am. I was there at 9:00am they are still close.

Wendys is always awesome.

My son has an allergy to dairy, I was just checking that there is no dairy in the kids burger, the lady did not understand. I asked for apple juice and she keep offering chocolate milk. I asked her if i told you hes allergic to dairy why would i give that to him? Her response was do you want regular milk? I dont understand why this concept was so hard for her.... i will not go to this Wendys again

nice fries

I dont go there very often and boys really enjoyed the burgers combos. Foods were great and they dont miss any meal to put in bags for customers needs.

Worst experience ever. Using my husbands account to place this review. This was my second time having wendys first time I didnt enjoy but w.e just thought wasnt my thing that happens..but then we went to yorkton and I realised.. I hate wendys. Not just the food but the customer service was offensive. Asked for dipping sauces Carl yells back salt and pepper.... yea cause my 3 year old wants salt and pepper.... then my drink isnt mixed w.e I mixed it it happens but what we saw and recorded next was gag worthy.... he wipes his almost bald head thats full of sweat and with his bare hands does the fries and stuff and tes touchs the fries I recorded this in drive thru his touching the fries going into the bag and again when I went in to complain of how horrible the burger was... It didnt even look edible.... horrible experience....0 stars if I could

The food was good but the service less so. The drive thru employee made it seem as though I was inconveniencing him by making sure my order was right, then got annoyed when I asked them to give me the correct dipping sauce.

Staff doesnt listen to orders, and they never put the stuff in the bags (salt, ketchup, etc)

Good place to meet with a buddy and share some fries. Parking lot is extremely busy with the best Timmys around in the same building not too mention all the other businesses in the same lot. Drive through is slow and the service isnt always friendly but the food is always as you should expect from a Wendys restaurant.

Its Wendys, you pretty much know what you are in for. This one is a Wendys and Tim Hortons in one store. So you can get a burger and coffee, or a Tims Sandwich while the kids get burgers. Nice to have the options.

One time I got a burger from here and I ate it so fast that I couldnt breathe for several minutes. I almost died. Its unfortunate that I didnt, because the diarrhea that this food gave me made me want to kill myself anyway.

Salt, salt and more salt, terrible, threw out fries and chicken, frostys were good. Have been at wendys twice, the first time and the last time. Tables were all dirty, staff were slow with order. Wendys, the worst place to eat in yorkton.

Some of the worst fast food Ive had in my life. The buns were greasy and tasted old. The bathroom and kitchen were horrendous.

Tim Hortons took 3-4 times longer then I ever expected before, they messed up one drink and wouldnt exchange and forgot one Donut, the worse part was Wendys, where they didnt want to give me condiments for my fries, and no spoon for my frosty, I need to go in the lounge and take one myself. On a side note a little girl, age 6-8 came with two rings she found in the womans bathroom and the manager was very rude to her and didnt want to help her to find the owner of the rings, very disappointed in the customer service, this was on Sunday July 29, 2018 at around 10:25am

This location was filthy. I needed to use the ladies washroom and walked right back out. Mentioned it to the person at the counter at Wendys, he said the ladies room was the responsibility of the Tim Hortons side of the establishment. My husband mentioned the state of the womens washroom to the counter person at the Tim Hortons. The person told my husband that it was the responsibility of the Wendys side! The tables and floors were equally disgusting. If a place has filth where people can see, I can only imagine what people cant see. I did order a meal to go. I threw it out because I was concerned of food poisoning. We are relocating to Yorkton in a couple months and this was not a great first impression of the City we will be calling home.

Had an awesome experience at Wendys in Yorkton. Its a late night, around 9:30, I have a craving for a Baconator. So I drive to Wendys and get there around 9:55. Little did I realize they were just about to close, meaning everything had been cleaned out and there was no food left. The guy at the drive-through said no problem, gave us what we ordered, completely fresh and even gave us an extra fries for the wait. Completely amazing service and delicious food, never before have I felt so impressed by a local restaurant.

Ever since the new owners came in, its become much better. The service is great and the food is wonderful.
