Boston Pizza in Yorkton

Last place to go for a pizza in Yorkton.. you won t feel welcomed at all..!! I did replace Alfredo sauce with pizza sauce but it barely tasted like what i ordered.

Its a good Boston Pizza, not great but it is really good for a bite and just to relax after a day at work. Definitely appreciated it for what it was.

The food was very good the waitress was very good also

Zero customer service by the manager. Wont be returning back. Cant fulfill a takeaway order, says it too much for the kitchen. First-time hearing it from a pizza shop. Edit The regional manager reached out to me and has addressed the concern and issued a full refund.

jacob a was my server and he made sure i was taken care of with my soda refills with out asking. went the extra mile through out our time there. thank you to him and bps for the food and great service

So disappointing and upsetting. We place an order for 3 different pizza, with different topping on each. Should not have bothered. They were dried out, next to no cheese with a slap of tomato sause. The cheese pizza, for my grandkids, was so burnt they refusted to eat it. We also ordered the parmesan shrimp alfredo with cheese, extra sauce and shrimp . We found 7 old shrimp and, like the pizza, it was dry with definitely no extra sause. Now we have traveled all over North America and usually, when we meet up with friends and family, and treat everyone with a good Boston Pizza feast. Sorry to say that this was a dismal failure. My daughter, who is local to the area, wished she had known our plans. She said the they refused to eat there (or take out like we did) as the food and most of the service was horrible. My thoughts, try some other restaurant or buy a frozen pizza (SHUTTER) as even they taste better. If I could, I would give this location a -10.

We visited night and ordered Stuffed Mushroom Pizzas. Every 15 days we are there but every time different experience. Last time it s no sauce not mushroom enough. Just one thin mushroom on one piece with no zig zag line on top. Sorry but not worth it

Mediocre. The food is OK, nothing special. Humboldt Boston Pizza usually has better quality food. And now they are charging $3.99 for fountain drinks??? How is this allowed?? Thats ridiculous. A measly glass of root beer costs more than an entire 2L. Place was spotless and clean at least. But the prices are getting out of control.

Service was brutal sat at a dirty table for half an hour server was too busy flirting with guys at a different table to bring a menu or clean the table or even acknowledge im there before I left and went across the street to mr mikes who served me and had food in front of me within 10 minutes of walking in the door won t be coming back to bp yorkton

The tacos were great

Very dissapointed in the French onion soup. Did not match menu description at all. Was cold no cheese. Manager did make me one herself which was better and she removed it from our bill which was appreciated but I wont order it again. Pizza was fine. Bathroom toilets did not flush. Over all not a great experience. Wont go back. Our waitress and the coffee were both enjoyable.

Service was good but food quality & portions have gone way down, time waiting for food is very long too sadly. It was our favourite place for almost 12 years & last few times havent been good.

Ordered large l9aded absolutely horrible no meat no sauce no onions mushrooms pineapple all doug7h for 45 dollars!!!!! No better than a 6 dollar wal mart. Garbage!!!!

Excellent food and friendly staff

The food was ok. We ordered a featured pasta that had brushetta on it. The menu looked fabulous and was covered with a nice topping of brushetta! The plate when it arrived it had a couple of tomatoes sprinkled on the top. I wish I had taken a picture. Service was ok.

Mens washrooms at this location need more attention. Bar side mens toilet was clogged, restaurant side mens toilet stall was practically impossible to lock to prevent someone else from waltzing right in. Soap dispenser had a large foaming spill. Food was OK, service was ok too, given a busier time of day.

We waited 45 mins just to get water, rhen an hour to get our drinks. No one even came by to check on us.

Food and service are amazing me my family had a good time.

We usually dont have good experiences at Boston pizza in other cities, but my kids and I had lunch here the other day, and it was really good! I got the thai chicken wrap with sweet potato fries, really good! Our waitress was friendly and helpful. Wed come back!

Our wait person was very attentive, she is from South Africa and she enjoyed her job,. We were a fairly large hockey group and she did a great job! Had the spicy pierogi pizza, different but tasty and spicy. Also had a toss solid and the vessels were fresh and tasty.

On argauably the coldest day of 2024 the heat didn t work

The food was not good. Service was slow but the server was nice. The bathrooms were filthy.

This was honestly a really bad experience. We came for a birthday party. Service was horrible. One of our group members had a hair in their food and had to return it. Starters came when we got our meal, the servers didnt take our dishes after our meal I had to ask and she didnt know what to take but the dishes were in my face. Then when it came to dessert the birthday girl had to wait at least 5-10 minutes for her dessert while everyone was already done theirs and got it right away. Honestly the worst Boston pizza Ive ever been to. Will not be coming back.

I was there this week and the kitchen couldnt quite get my order right ...I reordered something different and they nailed it. Lexi the bartender was awesome. Treated me like gold . I will be back.

Place was PACKED @ 1:30 PM (Saturday) yet my service was great and food was as good as boston pizza gets. $30 a person wasnt to bad at all.

The Hungry Carnivore is AWESOME!! It has all the meats! And cheesy bread with bacon bits yeah, bacon. All the meats. After finishing it, you will no longer be hungry.

I was so full after the 1st course I basically tapped out asap cause of too much Carbs! Lol

Me and my wife go here all the time, always went to the restaurant side but recently now sticking to the lounge side, waiters are most of the time awesome. Only had one time we went that the waitress was more of a 2-3 star compared to the 5 star servers we usually get. Always sit at the booth beside the bar. We decided to try and get that spot every time we go there as it s easy to get a waitress attention if you need something but even then we haven t had to ask for hardly anything, as the servers were on top of it. Reason I give a 4 star is a couple times out of the many times we went there the food just seemed off from normal. Fettuccine Alfredo with a chicken breast is my go to and my wife got the 7 cheese ravioli. With a B bread starter. Galaxy fish bowls are my wife s favourite. Always gets them and they always look great! People take their anger out on poor service from the waiters. But from what I saw the one time I went the waitress at the time was the only one on duty and had to eat their supper behind the bar while also maintaining the bar. Seen this twice actually but the first time shocked me that BPs can t get another bartender to work the bar so if one needs a break, they can. Waiting tables is a hard job as it is but these bartenders need some breaks as well. That really disappointed me with the establishment. So before people are complaining about the workers there. Just know they are putting in long shifts and yes it s still tiring. Left a good tip for her atleast cause my wife and I knew she was stressed and hoped it would help her through the night. For that I would drop this review down to a 2 stars. But the food was mostly good and the workers were most of the time awesome!

Food is not the same as it used to be.

Its been 60 minutes and still no food for two of the six at our table ...and one meal is a basic kids cheeseburger!!!! 4 of us got our meal 20 minutes ago!!!!! Server forgot to enter the order, and didnt even explain the situation. Never coming back. Update:. Was in restaurant from 5:35 til 7:45. One kids food came burnt and had to be replaced, same kid had a dessert issue...and now the kid is home puking. Buddy couldnt get his soup, his wife got the wrong chicken, my significant other ordered a cauliflower crust and got regular crust. Manager never once apologized, and the server didnt acknowledge us either. We asked for a bill...took 12 minutes to get it. People at the door were being told it was an hour wait to get in even though almost half of the tables were empty. There were three servers and one manager visible looking after 9 tables maximum. In the end, they gave us a free brownie! How pathetic.

My family and I decided to come for a late lunch around 1pm on Sunday the 19th. We sat for around 25 minutes with no service, not even asked us if we wanted anything to drink. There was at least 3 waitresses acting like they were so busy with like 5 tables LOL Ive been a server for about 15 years now and I found this disgraceful. While one of those servers walked around doing nothing even playing on her phone. Needless to say we left and warned everyone on the way out, which most of them said if its the restaurant side its not surprising get better staff wow. You lost some regular customers that day for sure. Never again.

Service was super slow(apparently there was a huge take out order) but it was 3:30 in the afternoon...our food arrived barely warm and it took over an hour to get. Quick lunch at BP after traveling through one of those 2nd winter Sask snow storms. Nachos with beef and a tall pint were quite satisfying. Service was prompt and friendly. Lots of TVs and seating in the lounge for a game night. Lets go Oilers! See ya again BP!

Absolutely amazing!

The lounge was extremely busy, and there was only one bartender working the bar and lounge. She was as friendly and attentive as she could be.

My husband and I came here and waited over an hour for our food. Our waitress never came by to ask if we needed another drink, we had to go up to the bar and ask her for another one. It was not busy either , so no excuse for the terrible service. Will not be back unfortunately

We have been to this location several times and while the food is always consistent the service is also consistently slow. It s not the servers fault either they just never have enough staff even when it isnt busy.

Fishbowl Fridays. Good food, great portions, only gripe is its expensive for a family. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is great.

A friend and I were in town for a conference. We decided on Boston Pizza as they carry a mixed menu - pizza, wings, pasta, and burgers. My friend had onion rings and a cauliflower crusted pizza. I had the Smokey Mountain meatballs and spaghetti, which was a huge amount. Our waitress and staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Great food, service was a bit slow but the place was packed. They were able to accommodate a group of 13 people! Very pleased.

We ordered the largest pepperoni, mushroom, green pepper for three people. It was plenty for lunch, but we counted ten, one inch pepperonis on the whole pizza!! I ordered a Meditteranean pizza on an 8 inch cauliflower crust. I got an 8 inch mediterranean pizza on a regular crust. The good was far below what I am used to getting at a Boston Pizza. Service was very good, though. I would gladly pay a bit more for a really ample and good pizza.

Waited about an hour for our food, and then got about half the order, waited 10 minutes, 1 more comes out, 10 minutes later the rest come out finally (and the place is pretty empty). I dont blame the workers as this seems like an understaffing issue so I place the blame on management for not leading the team as they should. Thankfully some of the items were comped so we appreciated that

I stopped going to chain restaurants awhile back to get more authentic experiences. Moving to the area for work realizing there are limited options, I had no choice but to head on down to one of the chains here- BP. Maybe it s the fact I hadn t gone in years but they really revamped their menu and added a lot more variety than just pizza and Italian food. The options are great, and I ve gone about three times to this location. Great service each time and I ve really enjoyed all my meals. Service is quick, staff is friendly. Priced accordingly.

We stopped here on a road-trip because we knew it would be a good place for kids. Our one-year-old had a good time and really liked the Parmesan fries. I appreciated that the waitress brought her a water with a lid and straw. Smart! We had pizzas and the Buffalo Mac and cheese. Food is good, though nothing outstanding. The visit suited our needs and met our expectations. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.

The waitress was super awesome in the bar. The food was awesome! Best bandara bread around!

The service was slow. The place was dead maybe 2 tables and the staff wasnt even at the front to serve people. The cactus cut potatoes were way over cooked and the pizza crust wasnt very good either. Its sure not the way it used to be. On top of all it they still charge a premium for sub par food and service.

There seems to be handfuls of garlic and salt generously added to every dish! Perhaps this could be tempered a bit. We ordered for pick up so service was good and food ready on time. Just a question, is it expected that a tip will be given for pick up orders?? I do, but 15% seems like a lot for a pick up order tip....any thoughts??

Great food and service. They got an order a little wrong, we said it was fine but they insisted that we get it for free and gave us the right order.

We had 30 people for an event, and although they werent prepared for us to be there, they accommodated us, and worked tirelessly to get us fed and watered. Thank you BPs Yorkton!

Staff is friendly but and food was significantly better than it has been!

So have to say the quality of service has gradually got worse ,we visit the location in Yorkton on a regular basis because the food is ok and the kids like it ,however lately orders have been wrong a lot and on our last visit along with bringing out the food in a party of six one plate at a time they managed to completely forget about one meal and then we had to wait 15 minutes for them to prepare it ,I don t blame the front staff they are doing their best but management needs to get much better , we saw one party of six leave because they were tired of waiting ,saying your busy doesn t cut it ,would you rather the place be empty Ok so we visited the Yorkton location again and I have to say this time the service was exceptional,not sure what was said but obviously the right reaction to a poor review, hopefully this is how it will continue.

We had amazing experience in this restautant, they were able to cater 11 persons for our 10days of stay in Yorkton. Food was so great and delicious. I was so pleased with the service we received and so impressed with all the help and professionalism of their Manager Name DenDen who made extra effort. Kudos to the Team :-)

I saw a lady standing on the table chugging a corona. She looked under age, but it just goes to show how laid back and accepting this place truly is. Family orientated and accepting of all ages. 10/10 × 10 would go again. Kid-friendliness: No bouncy castles, so subtract one. But also kids dancing on tables drinking coronas, so plus 1 to that. This place just breaks even. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp on the curb, so if you have any crippled friends, this is the place for them.

We had a wonderful lunch. The chicken wings were great and service was good.

Updated: Yorkton BPs HAS gotten better! They get a 5 Star rating now. Food prep and presentation has drastically improved and is consistent. Staff are friendly and efficient. Our familys favorite restaurant now! Its so nice seeing them busy again! Way to go guys! Old 3 Star review: We like to go as a family once in a while. Free kids meals with the card is the best perk. Would be so much better if most of the meals werent reheated from frozen. The staff is always friendly and professional. The atmosphere is relaxed. Take a little more care in food prep and presentation and the place will prosper. Will change my rating when I notice a difference. I look forward to 5 stars for this place.

Terrible. We went here before the supper rush. There was no host at the front so we had to wait for more than 10 minutes to get seated. As we got seated, we noticed that there was literally only 1 seated customer. First appetizer, not available. 2nd appetizer, not available. The 3rd appetizer we had to wait for about 20 minutes, and when we got it, it was cold but at this point we were hungry. We had to wait for an hour for our entrees. Had time to observe: the floor was filthy, there were tables not cleared out. When we finally got our entrees, the food was so underwhelming compared to the other BP restaurants. My mashed potatoes were cold and my daughters spaghetti was cool and bland. Our drinks were never refilled and no one came by to check on our food. We tried getting the attention of 2 servers and either they were lost in their thoughts or ignoring us or just not paying attention. And good thing we looked at our receipt before paying because they were charging us for the wrong thing. This place has definitely gone downhill. It didnt use to be like this. Too bad.

Good food, very poor service.

Im writing this review 4 days later and of I had read the previous comments i mighta not gone... However I have been at this place a few times and the staff have been attentive and helpful .....even fun Unfortunately the big screen TVs were a bit sick ....but that was a minor hiccup.. Overall was quite happy with everything ...portions could be larger perhaps ....and adult beverages for cocktails were smallish with more ice and garnish ... not needed. I did think they were much better than the Dauphin BP which i ended up in the following day ....you can read that review under that BP i guess... Its great to be able to get out and be able to visit restaurants...

Ive ate at BP from PEI to Fort McMurray, AB. I have to say this was the highest quality food Ive had from this establishment. If I pass through again I will be looking to stop here to eat.

My first negative review of a business but after two bad experiences within one week I think it s acceptable. Ordered delivery for the first time last week as I just had surgery food took over an hour to come, and had received a completely wrong order, had to wait another hour for the manager to come deliver (more than 2 hour wait time to get my order, and they still forgot all of the sauces but didn t call again over that). That order was discounted 15% which was only $5 as it was a $30 order. He apologized & offered a dollar amount discount of $15-$20 for next time so that s why we ordered again, take out this time. Servers were great, greeted me quick & went to the back to notify the manager but he took half hour to apply the discount from his office that he offered the week before. I got out to the car and realized we didn t have cutlery and that I paid for it with only $4 taken off. I went back in to ask about cutlery and the price adjustment being incorrect. Manager finally came up, recognized me, and said that it would have just been 15% max that they offered to discount. Got home to our place 25 minutes away and realized they had again messed up the order. Emphasized getting extra meatballs on a kids order of spaghetti, got none at all and no sauce for our kids chicken fingers. Didn t bother call to report the food error as I don t think I ll be dining there until there is better management.

Every time i bring my family here it seems to be the same thing. Sub-par food for the cost and bad service. Last experience our waitress seated us, then spent all of her time catering to a table full of her peers instead. A different waitress helped us and was a little better, however waited over 15mins to get a drink refill and only came around twice. One order of ours wasnt correct and had to get it re-made, when it came it was very obviously rushed and barely warm. The place wasnt even busy, maybe 4 tables full including ours. Unfortunately I cant see us coming back again as the last 3 times have been quite disappointing.

Dont normally leave reviews but the service.was horrible. Ordered a pickup order and no one came to the till for almost 5 minutes. Ordered garlic toast which wasnt in the bag. Felt like I was Inconveniencing them . Use another restaurant!!

Landed her with my wife and 3 kids. Server was prompt and friendly in taking drink order. Ordered bottled beer for myself and the beer had an awful metallic taste. Got another draught beer and it was served in a chipped and cracked glass. Complained to manager and was offered a new drink, I refused and got a free pop instead. Food was slow to come out except my appetizer. Kids hamburger had a rock hard bun and looked unappetizing. Was a really busy night, but I wasn t happy with the food at all. Server was decent.

By far the worst Boston pizza I have ever experienced, simply went in for some coffee and some lunch and the service was at very best mediocre, the waitress (Taylor) was rolling her eyes at basically everything we asked, the tables might of been cleaned but if they did they cant even do that correctly and one of the coffee that was served had some type of black goo at the bottom...

DO NOT COME HERE! For starters, the tables were dirty. We were a party of 7 and the waitress came for our drink order before even giving us menus. After we said something about the menus, she stopped taking our drink orders, went to get menus and only brought back four. The waitress had rolled her eyes at least once that we saw. The final straw was when my husband noticed that there was something stuck to the inside of his coffee cup. We immediately asked for the bill and left. Not once did the waitress apologize or even say a word paid the bill and left. Will never return.

Service was slow to nonexistent. Fries were served cold, entrees were luke warm. Protein bowl was ordered without dressing, arrived with. They then scraped off the part with dressing and re-served with cubed chicken straight from the fridge rather than warmed. Super disappointing all around.

Nice patio. Service was friendly and supportive. Prices were fair. Food quantity was abundant. Dietary restrictions: Plenty of GF options. The menu says glutenwise. No celiac reaction.

Boston Pizza use to be a favorite to eat at but the last few times has been complete garage. We went 3 times this year and all 3 were terrible. My daughters side of raw veggies was old and/or slimy each time. Our sandwiches and burgers were way over salted. One meal my wrap came out at the same time as everyone elses but everything was cold. By the time another meal came out everyone else was done eating and all we were compensated was our drinks were free. Definitely not the same quality food it use to be so we just dont go anymore.

I will come at 9:15 pm she said no dining and very bad service no plate napkin no drinks and food was very cold never come again

Nothing like waiting 15 minutes for your server to acknowledge you and ask what you want to drink. When we got our meal she didnt even check up on us or she would know she forgot cutlery and sides. On the plus side she didnt know how to count change back so we got a extra 88 cents. Ridiculous standards this place has.

Drove from Regina to visit my husband who s in Yorkton for work. Decided on Boston Pizza for a late lunch. Being a server myself I have high expectations, we had Gina N as a server and she was so nice. Very welcoming and provided incredible service! I would highly recommend if your passing thru and come here that you hopefully get her as a server! Great Job Gina, because of you and your amazing service our family will be back and hopefully get to sit in your section again

Great place to go and eat. Very relaxing atmosphere.

For what I usual come for, I have no problems. Lunch here is definitely a 4 star experience due to rushed staff. I usually come for drinks and snacks. Waitresses are always nice and friendly, especially Amy, who is always very helpful and attentive.
