What can I say...its the home of the whopper...always have good food and great friendly service.

Make sure you check your food before driving away. Multiple times Ive ordered chicken nuggets and they are so old theyre inedible. Imagine taking that home for your child to eat! I wish people took some pride in their work. I gave a 2 for service because the supervisor fixed my situation but I sure got dirty looks from the other workers Like who does that??

Food was good, service was friendly, washrooms were beyond disgusting.

Ordered 2 whopper meals for my family food was cold. No ketchup or salt in bags. Asked for no onions got onions on all of them. Was rushed wanted to look at the menu to get a few more things but whoever was running drive-thru was in a big hurry for nothing nobody behind us and a empty restaurant I can see why.

I dont often leave reviews, but the lady on the drive thru was incredibly impatient and rude. I dont get to go to BK often as I live two hours from the closest one, so I asked for a moment to look at the menu. Her rudeness made it hard for me to order so she pretty much ordered for me. I wanted more but I didnt dare ask it, I was the only one in the drive thru at the time but was still pushed thru..

I dont want to give it any stars. Went thru drive thru, explained 3 times what we wanted. They told us to come to the window. Proceeded to give them our order again. We get our food and its wrong. Go inside and told them it was wrong and they give me attitude. Plus you do not speak in your language in front of customers. That is rude. Ive been in customer service over 30 years, and have taken courses. Take customer training. Learn from it. We will not be back.

Great service super friendly totally recommend this restaurant to anybody food was nice and hot really fast. Lots of great options on the menu. Vegetarian options: It is very thoughtful and kind to have wheelchair access very great place for everybody.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Went through drive thru and instead of waiting for us to say that was everything they just rushed us to order. When we got to the window the person there didn t even say hi or anything. Not even a thank you and was kinda rude handing us the order.

Staff speaking hindi to each other is extremely disrespectful in every sense of the word. Could barely speak English and had to repeat order 3 times b4 they understood. Speaking another language is fantastic but not being able to speak & understand the main language is embarrassing. Will never frequent your establishment again.

The place was super clean - nothing out of place. I placed my order and the gentleman told me about the specials. I recieved my food very fast and everything was accurate. Will definitely go back again.

Like to have a lunch . Fast service of the staff. A good behaviour of the staff. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian has 2 option to eat for burger there is a veggie burger And another is impossible whopper. Its a plant based patty which has same calories value of the beef whopper. Parking: A neat and clean, free parking lot. Kid-friendliness: A good kind friendliness by giving a beautiful toy to a kid. Special kids chairs. Kid like a Crown given by the staff.

How do you get into the building? Door handles are broken off and Im guessing the locks dont work either since theres a chain with a padlock run through them after closing (been like this for at least 3 months now) Umm. Might be time to either repair or upgrade to some new doors dont ya think? I remember the day these ones were installed almost 30 years ago, they lasted quite well Id say.

Food was great, service was also very good. I just dont understand why the top of our receipt was cut off. Cant enter the survey for a free Whopper or Original Chicken Sandwich without the store number, time and date, etc.

Onions so crispy fresh i thought my tooth breaking was just the crisp snap of the onion. Nope it was my own teeth lmao

the roadhouse king burger they made for me was cold and definitely was old, I took it back and they proceeded to try to argue with me about making me a new burger because there was a bite taken out of it. Thanks for the fresh fresh burger but I won t be back to this one.

Excellent parking, clean washrooms, and impeccable service from the young man serving us. My husband was embarrassing me telling him it was my birthday, well this young man gave me a yummy desert and said happy birthday to me! Such a sweet gesture! Parking: We had a camper on the back of our truck and the lot was very accessible and easy to maneuver!

Burger dont seem to be flame broil, more like steam. Needs to improve.

Filthy Entrance, door handles need a bath & painted, no free cup of water. Watered down ketchup yes that s right. Get it in the little packets if you can. It s a one hit wonder. Many other options in walking distance. Check them out first you will be happier.

Just another place that makes you park out front so their drive thru times go down. Even on small orders.

Worst service they gave me the wrong burger

They always give me right receipts but wrong items. I ordered double whopper and always gave me a single patty. Don t know they do it by purpose or they do not how to read.

went there today after 4pm , we went through drive thru and we got our usual order, great service by the male worker at the window. excellent service seeing as I made a mistake ordering our lemonade but the employee fixed it and even gave my sons king crowns .. thank you for being such a great employee and such a great place to eat Kid-friendliness: they always give my sons king crowns

I would have given a negative star for service & atmosphere for this place. I have been to bk less than 5 times of living a decade in the city. But each time the service crew at bk never fails to be rude, may it be drive thru or over the counter orders. No good mornings, no thank you. It felt like their unhappy that they have customer. It felt like the customer are a burden. When my order is ready the cashier just opted hey over the counter. Who ever that cashier who took my order should go for attitude training. This goes for every crew there. I ordered no. 1 which is sausage & egg sandwich, he still ask me if i want sausage or bacon in it? No. 1 is sausage. They dont know their own menu. Google admin. Please have a negative star option.

Typically this burger king is good...typically....but this time we ordered impossible wopper meals x 2. They had to be delivered to our vehicle outside which is normally a good thing as the order will be freshly made. WRONG... the fries were awesome however the burgers were stale and cold. If it wasnt for the Xmas rush Id have returned them but instead we had to throw them out. We werent at all impressed paying $23 for 2 little containers of fries and 2 drinks

Lots of room to safely dine in. Coffee was turned off at 8pm. So some people were disappointed. Very clean with new renovation.

Usually I dont eat much outside, But on weekend went to BK and order veg Burger with onion rings, that burger was one of the best I have ever taste, if you go and order veg Burger please ask them to make it Indian style little spicy those onion rings where crispy and golden, Good and friendly service with Awesome food. Was great. Today was sub par . Bun was dry, waited 15 minutes for food, and burger wasnt really fresh. Fries were old too. Like why the wait for old food?

Good place to visit

Swan River, MB location - Food was good but restaurant was SO smoky! Ive worked in restaurants before and it seemed like they didnt have their exhaust fan on or it wasnt working properly. Our eyes were burning by the time we left.

That slim guy who work at the drive thru September 28 at 1:50 pm should quit his job .he don t know how to talk with clients, just being rude and doesn t seem like he like his job at all

Went through the drive thru. Ordered took them a good five mins to figure out what I wanted, proceeded to tell us they don t have beef! Ordered $37 worth of food. They told us to wait in the front and someone will bring us our food. 20 mins go by, nothing. Called them finally came out with our food. Missing a mozza stick and the burger was sad, mozza sticks were warm not cheesy, chicken fries were gross didn t even get sweet and sour, always seem distracted. Worst drive thru experience ever!!! Which drive thru DOESNT HAVE BEEF!!!!!

Ordered cheese burgers for family. Its so small not even toddler would have enough. Phoned the joint and person with attitude just replied that burger kings cheese burgers are small and thats it ! Wont be back if this is how pathetic small a burger and even fries are . If you look at the add in shop the size looks decent but wait till you receive your order. Staff should inform and correct otherwise me and family and friends would never be coming back for sure . I ordered from skip the dishes, Was given the wrong order (family bundle). I called, to inform employee that I was given two wrong Burgers from my order (ultimate whopper bundle). They would not refund my $44.15 that i have spent just to get wrong order that would cost less. Therefore I asked if I would come pick up the two burgers I originally ordered, the employee had agreed. When I arrived I could feel their glare towards me. I have never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome before. Not to mention how rude the employee was over the phone was.

Rude service and disappointed by the way I was told to wait in my car when I wanted to watch my order was made correctly this time. Never like the service every time I come here.

It is nice to have a drive thru specially when it is snowing, the thing is that the sidewalk couldnt be seen! It would be better if it would be marked above the snow or something. It usually is complicated to do the small turns, but if you dont know where the sidewalk is it is worse.

Well so I walked right up to the counter and ordered. 2 kids meals. Proceeded to wait 10 minutes just standing there whistling to the top 40. Finally got my meals, went back to the hotel, no sweet and sour... Wake guys!

Driving through stopped because Tim s was lined up drive through attendant rude nobody in drive through but us, 2 people inside were told to drive around park in front took 15 minutes to get 2 burgers one was ok the other was rubber and barely warm not tasting like flame broiled, to expound on rude asked for chocolate milk was told they are out and only have white which we said would be fine then when he repeated order we said no soft drink to which he yelled I told you we don t have chocolate milk ( confusing because just said white would be fine) Used to be the one who wanted to stop here once in a while obviously done and seek other choices after sharing story with expanded family all agree as of late this location is a terrible choice

So i ordered my meal by app and i went there after 20 mins after placing my order and i had to wait almost 20 mins in drive thru for my order.

I feel it is rude for all the employees to be talking in a different language while I was waiting for my food order. I do not know if they were talking about me or not. The cashier was very distracted while I placed my order, he was more concerned about the skip the dishes app rather than what I was ordering. Also the one worker was walking around with his mask under his chin. That is not acceptable.

Today an easy order from this place the manager was not wearing any gloves while providing service the order was not taken properly the service very poor drive is fine but when it comes to have your order correctly is not taken properly ... I will not come to this place again......

Best food and best customer service for this location.Amazing team. They either teach kindness or hire people made of the right stuff. I am always impressed by the cheery dispositions and grace of the staff. I have been there drive thru order few times and not a single time staff disappointed me. Bk Team deserve 5 star.
