Alex was an amazing server who gave exemplary service, the food was to die for

Steaks were not cooked right, had to send back a couple of times non white cooks

we were travelling and stopped into our favorite dining experience at Mr. Mikes in Yorkton, and enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

Alex is cute and good at serving food so dreamy

Ate there both when it has been busy and not busy. Both times slow to take your order and a long time for the food to arrive. Good news, when the food does arrive it is very tasty.

Went for Sunday Brunch with two of my friends. It was a very enjoyable experience, as the atmosphere was congenial, the service was great and the food was good.

Host was very friendly, I believe his name was Emmett, loved that there were games to play while we waited. Only issue was my bun for my burger was a little burnt

Food seems to go down hill every time i visit here. Order some steaks and steaks are burnt and chewy. You can taste the bitterness of it. The serving of that mr mikes steak sandwich i got was just a small clump of steak half my fist and cost you 26 bucks for that already. The nashville chicken sandwich is a disappointment as well, feels like a&ws nashville take on it is way better. I would not recommend at all, at least the yorkton branch. Seems like the quality of cooking is inconsistent. The only thing they got right is my kids chicken tenders and my wifes mash potatoes on her steak and shrimp. Other than that, 1 star.

I don t usually review chain restaurants, unless something exceptional happens. Mr. Mike s in Yorkton gets all the points for going above and beyond in service. They re-opened their patio to welcome my partner and I and our dog and were lenient with happy hour deals (server s idea) even though we were early. Garlic parm fries were great, and local brews are a hit. Service was impeccable. The perfect spot for any road-weary souls looking for some hospitality.

Tanisha is such a Good bartender/server, always has a smile on her face and looking put together always! Aswell as a good additude! Gets food to the table pretty fast, even when it s busy :) always making sure if we need anything! Definitely hope you get her as a bartender/server! Aswell as the food is also good, but the service was just wonderful! Parking: It s not far where ever you park, so you don t have to worry about walking far! Also there s always a spot open when I go!

Love going to Mr. Mikes for supper, games make it such a great way to disconnect and spend quality time together. All the staff were so friendly. Gavin was there with a smile on when we entered. Food is always great, and the sticky toffee pudding is our family favourite.

We love Mr Mikes and especially like going during lunch time for one of their lunch specials. Food is always hot and fresh. Service is always top notch. We definitely would recommend Mr Mikes for sure!

It started when they sat us next to a party even though the rest of the restaurant was empty. We were not informed of summer specials. When we were finished with our appetizers they didnt not clear the table and we had trouble finding space for our main dishes and when they brought them it was very crowded and awkward to eat. The main dishes themselves were very unappealing and we were not served our full portion for one dish. Steaks were over cooked and tough. Definitely not worth the price

First time ever food was okay small portions for the price but made up in flavour but our server was kind of rude today and kind of over heard something that I didn t really want to hear. Over hearing a server talk about doing something else to try and get the Indian fired. I don t know how a steakhouse with good taste in food have racist staff will most likely come back but highly doubt I ll bring my interracial family around that kind of atmosphere and attitude in the staff members

I havent had such amazing service and great tasting food at a restaurant in a very long time. It truly was a 10/10 experience, and well be sure to have supper here the next time were in Yorkton.

Yeah 40$ for the worst cut of steak, a thimble of frozen vegetables and three onion rings with a side of kraft dinner. Add 3 beers and tip and its 100$. And I still left hungry. The server was nice though!! We all need to boycott these franchises. Im sick of the same cookie cutter restaurants opening up in every commercial development in this garbage country.

Great experience at our local Mr Mikes in Yorkton. The food was great and the presentation was spot on but what really impressed us was our server Lexis. She was just awesome. Friendly and attentive without hovering. The kitchen was busy and our food took a while but she was there with a big smile and reassurance that our food would be out soon Simply a great server. Next time we will ask for her by name.

My first time at Mr Mikes tonight and I was very impressed. The Bartender was top notch and full of friendly smiles, and quick service. Made it very enjoyable qsitting at the bar. The Manager was also providing some excellent service along with judo kick lessons that had myself and all other bar patrons laughing and enjoying ourselves! Very enjoyable evening out. I will definitely be back a second time

Far from the pinnacle of fine dining, Mr. Mikes is a passable if forgettable steakhouse. Im not sure they should be calling themselves a steakhouse as they serve a large variety of pub food and little of what I expect a steakhouse to serve. The service was alright, nothing to write home about and the food was fine if unremarkable. I had the stir fry, which is definitely not something I expect out of a steakhouse. The price is pretty much standard as to what you would expect to pay at a larger chain restaurant, which is to say, too much for what you get.

Vegetarian options: They have one plant-based menu option - the Fun Guy burger. While I do wish theyd offer a few other options, this burger is super tasty! Food : 5/5

The appetizers were very good but were kind of small. I had the Cajun Chicken Fettuccine Pomodoro and it was delicious with large chucks of cheese that were so good. Our waitress was very polite and was keen to keep up with refills and empty plates. Our group did notice one of the chefs was chewing gum as he was cooking which I m not sure is allowed in the kitchen. Overall our stay was very pleasant and I would definitely go again and would definitely recommend it.

Food preparation was quite bad. We were there at an odd time so it s possible that the food is better at normal peak times. Service staff was good.

Ordered a kids Mac and cheese and lobster tails, aside the lobster tails were good came w/ bread, but they charge 9.74$ for kids Mac and cheese it looked old and was a leftover some cheap thing had no flavor looked reheated, fed it to my dog aside that other foods on the menu are good. They made us wait outside for pickup.

BRUTAL service in the lounge. Our meals were wrong, girl was so busy visiting the guys at the bar and took forever to get our bill. What a horrible experience. Will not be returning and will be sure to let others know of the lack of service this location has!!!

Nashville Chicken has gotta be one of the best burgers i have ever eaten in my life!

We went for supper on our anniversary and since we are pescatarian we just ordered fish and chips. This time Mr. Mikes failed the batter is almost burnt and the fries too is over cooked to the point that its like eating stick bread Mr.Mikes used to provide/deliver good food every time we go there for special occasions but this time me and my husband was not happy but our server didnt get his name was so nice and very chatty This will not keep me from going there. I will still give them the chance This only happened once to the many times we go there. Although the server mentioned we will get our free shots or dessert but we are sooo tired so we said we will get a rain check

Horrible over priced food. Got two drinks and two dishes. Over $80 after the good server gave us a 20% discount because of the obvious terrible steak, rice, old dry carrots. Left hungry. Wife. Wanted to give place another try. Ive went 4 times over the years. Always poor quality and prices as gourmet. Wont be returning. A good restaurant would not haavew charged anything. Dont go here

The waitress was SUPER AMAZING. Smart, funny, and overall stellar. The atmosphere is good. Liked it. The food was subpar. Very expensive for what you got. A seafood pasta which was Noodles and shrimp for over $20? ....I think its overpriced personally.

Very pure pure management, my wifes beverage glass broke without any cause....Ginger Ale all over the food, table, seats and clothes..... we were half way thru our Dinner at this time....Waitress only concern was to clean the table and seats, getting us to pay ( manager took 11 cad of our bill what a Joke still paid 100 for a half eaten meal with Ginger Ale and glass over it) and leave with wet clothes at minus 30 outside after talking to the manager we should get our clothes dry cleaned and they will pay for it what a bad excpierence for the second time ( the first time she had a fly in her salad) we are done with this place never going back again Part 2.....we should send a email to the restaurant which we did 2 weeks ago and right from the beginning too....nothing absolutely zero reaction what a Joke of a Business.

Update to our review 4 weeks ago: To date we have not received a gift card which Brianne promised to mail to us on January 20th, 2023. We sent an email 2 days ago and didnt even get a response. Again very disappointing how seriously you take customer service and customer complain. You should refrain from making promises if you cannot keep them!

The food it not worth the price. My daughter ordered garlic toast and bacon with her Mac and cheese. There was a little sprinkle of bacon and the they charged $4 for that and another $4 for the toast. My burger came to the table so greasy it was already soggy. Nothing at all special with the taste. If you want the same atmosphere with better food and prices go to Original joes

Paid $50 for ribs, got burnt dry ribs and half burnt half cold garlic bread with only a quarter of the bread had the spread on it. This is the first time I have ever actually thought a meal was a waiste of money and I wouldnt have paid $15 for what I got, but for $50, come on. Genuine waiste of money and time

We were able to get a seat right away. Service speed was ok. We were charged extra for kids drinks even though it said they were included in the kids meals. Portion sizes were ok,food taste was good. Dessert size was small! My only regret of the evening.

As usual, great food here. I ordered a chicken and seafood dish (Mikes favorite) and it was too spicy for my liking. I didnt read in the menu that it was spicy so wanted to mention to others. Ill order my usual steak next time.

Stopped in for supper and really enjoyed the food and the service.

Very disappointed in the fact for 21 of us our total was to a 1000.00 used my Mr. Mikes bonus card but the couldnt scan it. Waitress tried but said machine was not working she would let me know when we would get points. Waited 2 days after going in and talking to manager. Was accused it would be fixed. Day later got my points worth 7.00 what a joke for that kind of bill Parking: Lots of parking our group was 21 people and after 6:30 we were the only ones in the restaurant

The food was good but my wifes drink tasted a bit like cleaning product, and my burger was made with a frozen patty. The drink I can get over but a frozen patty on a burger at a $17 price point..... that said it was still a good time. Just expected a bit better from a place that serves steak and lobster.

The person who cooked my steak I do not believe could take hamburger patties out of plastic containers at McDonalds property. It was disgusting. At over 40 bucks for a filet. Thats 3 strikes there out. The managers response was almost as bad as the steak. I really understand why it wasnt busy as it usually is when I went in there.

Worse steak in a very long time, it was cooked to what I asked for but the quality of the meat was very poor, service addressed the issue and dealt with it to my satisfaction.

Relaxing place to eat

Great staff service with a smile, they allowed me to change my dish almost completely from the original and were happy to do it, when I told them I had 2 serious food allergies they did everything to make sure my food dish did not come in contact with my allergy related food items. They care about me, and wrote down my allergies and repeated them to me and again when they served me my meal. For the first time in a very long time, I didnt feel like I was inconveniencing them to make it different for me so I dont get ill. Thank you Mr. Mikes!!!!! My steak was tough as leather, and my friends were treated horribly by another customer who had on a t-shirt with a swatiska on it... staff proceeded to give him a free drink instead and they apologized to him instead of my friends smh.

The chewed up chairs and the food strewn all over the floor got us both to leave in distgust by how dirty the floors were WOW!!!!! Made us wonder what the kitchen looked like where all the food was cooked!!! Absolutly disgusting and will never eat there or enter this establishment in any city EVER AGAIN . The staff seemed great though i must say BUT that was the dirtiest reataurant ive ever seen in my life , so bad i had to apologise to my better half for taking her there , we ended up at A&W next door and the food was great there and super clean so dont waste your time going to Mr Mikes , try A&W instead !!!!!!

We live an hour away from Yorkton and had dinner here. Its worth the drive. Food is delicious. Lobster dunk FTW! I had sirloin lobster mac and my husband had ribs. We didnt finish all (because serving is generous and were already full) and got our to-go boxes lol. The gentleman who served us is so nice and very professional, he had this charismatic aura, thanks Dorian!!!!

Basic bar and grill food done very well. They thanked me but spelled my last name wrong. Ive tried to make reservations for birthdays and a 10 year anniversary and got absolutely nothing. No acknowledgement nor anything. Just a warning to people not to except nothing for an important date.

I had half of a beef dip with a good portion of fries and a glass of beer. The total came to about 36 bucks. So not cheap, but the food was really quite good. Service was fast and professional, but I wouldnt go as far to say that it was friendly. It was polite, but not engaging. A very clean place with fairly good pup decor.

Steaks were not cooked properly, flavour was average. The server was all by him self managing the bar and waiting tables while the location had several people inside.

Wow what a great experience! Sonia-manager and Jermaine-server, you where both Awesome. Made our time there enjoyable. My husband Mike says a Big Thank-you! And of course the food was delicious We wanted dessert but were too full from meal. We highly recommend this restaurant.

No issue with staff but food was extremely underwhelming, got the rib eye sandwich and honestly TIm Hortons makes a better sandwich! For a place that calls itself a steakhouse and prices they charge I would expect a little more.
