Honestly REALLY good delivery service, followed instructions TO A TEA, but I ordered boneless chicken bites and its just chicken fingers cut into bite sized pieces... I feel like a bar that uncharged liquor INSANELY should be able to afford some actual boneless chicken bites or even popcorn chicken, like pratts doesnt charge that much for them, not sure whos in charge of stock order or who your supplier is but $15.00 for 4 chicken fingers cut up into bits seems like a rip off...

Very disappointed. Very slow service for both servers, and kitchen. Long wait for food. Would hate to see how bad it would be if the place was actually busy.

I ordered a takeout chicken Caesar wrap with salad on the side. It was all tasty and presented nicely. I feel it could ve had a little bit more chicken though -certainly not like the pictures that you show on your website.

Had an absolutely amazing time with my husband at Tapps for our anniversary dinner! We had the lovely pleasure of having Emily as our server and she just went above and beyond! She never let our cups go below half empty, was so kind and personable and absolutely just made our experience 10X better! 100% recommend tapps and asking for Emily as your server!!!

Wing night tonight and the wings were exception tonight. I am partial to the lemon pepper ones myself.

I went there on New Year s Eve , sign says prime rib , we asked and our server didn t know what was being served . She wasn t told when she started her shift . Asked the bar tender and she didn t know anything either . We sat at a table with a black table cloth , so not only can we not get prime rib , we can t sit at the table either . Apparently it was reserved , no sign . I tried to talk to the owner , but that was a waste of time as well . I didn t stay and left after we were told to move tables . The place was empty and I still don t understand who is in charge . Poor management and customer service . Will never go bk .

Big difference in this place since the new ownership took over. We were here for a Christmas party this week, it was very busy, and the food and service was great!

Went in with friends and ordered wings. They were fantastic. Hot and delicious. Loved the honey garlic and sweet and sour. Wonderful place to visit with friends.

Stopped in on my way back from saskatoon. Chef recommended me to try the soup probably the best mushroom soup Ive ever had then found out all the soups dressings and sauces are all made in house from scratch. Id highly recommend adding this place to your must try restaurants. Its a 10 out of 10 form me

Went last night for their wing night. Delicious crispy wings well sauced. Great service, nice bar atmosphere. Well definitely be back. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or ramp so easy access.

My work was having a special celebration for a few of us and we all got to order lunch here. Two of us ordered Greek salads. We were not only disappointed but truly disgusted at the poor of excuse of a salad we received. Wilted spring lettuce ( who in the world uses spring lettuce mix in a Greek salad??) that looked rotten and spoiled, ( If you are too cheap to buy Romaine lettuce to make a proper Greek salad then take it off the menu!) a few cucumbers and a few small cubes of tomates with a sprinkle of what looked like some kind of Feta cheese. On the side we got one measly tablespoon of a brown coloured dressing that I suppose was Greek dressing. No Kalamata olives, no onions all together the amount in the container was a cup and a half (yup , I did measure it! ) for $15 plus tax and tip. Really disgusting. It wasn t even the size of a side salad. So after our special pitiful measly lunch we were starving ! Shame on you Tapps for taking our hard earned money and feeding us that garbage you called a Greek salad!! Never again.

Editing once again. Visit time about 3pm, was only one other table having food. I ordered Tapps Single Club, fries with a side of gravy, and six suicide wings. The wings were okay, not as hot as i hoped, but they werent bad. The fries were slightly undercooked and very, very greasy. Gravy flavorless (and cost $3 extra for half a cup measurement). The clubhouse was absolutely disgusting. The ciabatta bun wasnt toasted anywhere near enough. The meat within the sandwich was meat you could buy from a package in Walmart. Meat was wet, mushy, and very salty. The bacon was more chewy than jerky and cold, even had solidified grease on it like it had just been taken from the fridge. I didnt eat it. The bartender asked how it was, and i said terrible, absolutely disgusting, and she didnt even ask why and just brought me my bill. She didnt even offer to make it right in any way. The last time i was here, i had nachos, and they were burnt and terrible, but it was busy, so i thought it was related to that. My last edit was about a year ago, and i had given it 5 stars. Now, i wouldnt even give it 1 star. So very disappointing. Total cost of meal was $37.47. I will not be returning again.

Just need learn how poutine should be served. Most rest was good. Depending when stop if customers by staff shots others can watch any of them drink with there customer that shot need learn drink on job can effect there performance and there life home.

Tapps is one of our favorite places to stop in at for food and drinks, the menu has improved and the staff is friendly! We always hope to get Jessica as our server. Polite and attentive.

We popped in for a quick bite on a long road trip. Our meal was perfect. Service was prompt and polite. It was the perfect place to stop. Probably the best Caesar Salads we ve had in a very long time. Our Menu Items: Mulligatawny Soup, Caesar Salad, Garlic Bread.

The worst butter chicken in the entire world. 1 star because the owners wife was really nice but the server wasnt too friendly and she forgot a meal one of us ordered. By the time the rest of us were done eating is when she fixed her mistake. There was no quality check done by her.

Great specials, the kitchen seems to have excellent training. All the food is excellent.

Ordered 2 fish and chips and an order of spring rolls for delivery. The order came in reasonably good time but that s about the best I can say. The fish tasted off , the fries were undercooked and the cole slaw was fermented and could not be eaten. The spring rolls were about the only edible part of a $60 meal. Then the debit machine wanted a rip on top of the delivery fee. This was the first and last time for this restaurant.

Have not been here since the ownership changeover . Great food, good selection of draught beer. Fully recommend!

I ordered two chicken Caesar salads don t get me wrong there s Caesar salad is amazing I know the price of lettuce has gone up for $50 there was about a little more than a half a cup of salad into my containers. I mean, if chicken goes up, you can t just give three chicken wings instead of six will never order from there again after paying $50 I had to make supper.

This place rocks! Great service and exceptional food. Their fries are to die for and their dry ribs are top notch. Cant wait to visit again and try their steaks and burgers, which is what they are known for! Furthermore, they have TVs that can be seen comfortably from any table setting

The waitress who took our orders was very good. bringing us drinks but the manager and kitchen staff never told the waitress they were out of wings for quite some time so a 40 dollar meal turned into a 81 dollar meal very disappointed
