Found a paper with permanent marker in a bowl of soup, I confronted the owner he accused me of faking it, I asked for a refund he made a scene about it and got mad at me. Also like normal they give the saddest amount of veggies and meat.
Sub tasted stale and not great. Noticed, more than one fly were in the toppings. Doesn't seem sanitary at all.
Honestly quite sad service with this particular subway restaurant. Soup menu was chaotic, it looked like cream broccoli was on the menu, but we were told it was not, and it was potato bacon. Just not clear. Lady was throwing the lettuce, cheese, ended up being one of the worst subs ever, thick cheese in one bite, and heavy lettuce not cheese in the other. Had two subs, cookies, and didn't even get a bag. I've had way better experiences at the subway in the hood, where I'm from. That should say a lot.

This location seems to be skimping on toppings. All of our sandwiches were sad and thin compared to normal subways. Doors and walls were also dirty.
Not impressed at all with this subway, used to come here for lunch last year and it wasn't THIS bad. My sub was probably 4 inches long instead of 6, the bread was paper thin (flatbread) and crunchy when it used to be thick and soft, there were 2 pieces of turkey breast on my sub, and when I asked for lettuce 3 times there was as many shreds as fingers on my hands. Really disappointing and I will absolutely not be returning. It seems as though the only thing that matters is getting people through the doors quickly while sacrificing the quality of service.
Food was awesome, the Nashville Spicy Chicken was great. The server was new and being trained so service was a bit slow and when we tried to redeem an online gift card from Airmiles it took them a while to figure out how to use it.
Vegetarian options: The staff was very rude and arrogant. Zero knowledge on how to deal with customers. Plus Continuously talking in some other language in front of the customers. Did not even add sauces in one of the subs that we had ordered. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing experience. Service

First off we spent 46$ They cheaped out on shredded cheese. A table spoon full for my Large Wrap. Barely any chicken had to ask for more..A pinch of every item..I had to ask for more each time SO they charged me 1.25 for every item on my wrap. Put Avocado on only haf the wrap. Had to ask for more and get charged Extra!!!Husbands rice bowl..wheres the rice?? Your portions are getting ridiculous. I was shocked when you picked 4 peppers for a large wrap!! Portions are horrible!!! Not impressed And you never know what they are saying to you or what your getting charged for.

They don t use any measuring devices like other subways my wife got the chicken teriyaki and got literally like 3 pieces of on her 2nd six inch, we got a dusting of shredded cheese, the lettuce looked old and gross, no paper towel in the washrooms. Other customers in front of us were constantly asking for more veggies .horrible experience.
I can rate even lower if I have an option.I don t even do reviews that often unless I experience d worst ever.

The food is good still. One person from Tim Hortons works here now and is slow thankfully so that there are no errors. One guy though needs to just relax vs being in a huge rush all the time.

I have been to so many subways in Canada. But this location amazing. If you really want to taste real sub then this location is the point. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is always fresh. I must say... if you love sub then I recommend this place.
This place used to be so good. Now the last several times i have not been impressed. When you say lots they put on a skimpy amount. For example the last time i got a sub, i like my jalepinos a lot. I asked for lots and he literally put 4 pieces on each side. I had to ask for more 3 times before it was acceptable and the guy rolled his eyes and sighed like it was a chore. Then the sub was carelessly wrapped and i had to put the toppings back into the sub before eating. They are continuously out of dr pepper, and only have cherry flavour to add. I think subway has officially lost a loyal and long time customer.
Decent food
The sandwich artist was very helpful and made excellent topping suggestions including the garlic aoili sauce (which was new to me). Definitely the best tasting Subway experience Ive had in a long time!

The guy who was working when we went was very good with my gluten allergy. He made sure to change gloves if he touched anything that had gluten on it. He also informed me that Subway have a gluten free brownie. I was impressed with the taste and texture of the brownie, however, I wish their gluten free buns werent so dry. I definitely need to have a drink to help eat the bun.
Always polite even when super busy. Yesterday I ended up between two sport teams and the service was still quick and efficient.

I recently went to get a sub on Sat March 18/2017 @ 9pm and the store was CLOSED, What the hell is going on here there storefront says open till 11pm and so does online, so why are you closed before 9pm. Very disappointed. Also i will be putting this on the other locations review board aswell because they were closed also at 9pm. So no this isnt a duplicate.

Service was very poor. Asked if there was a three subs for $21 like other Subways Ive been to and was rudely told nope, not at this subway. Never has been. When I was very confused as to why. (He was not wearing a name tag) said not in Yorkton. So I continued onto a steak wrap. He asked if I wanted it toasted (considering I worked at Subway for almost half a year or more) I knew it cant be toasted but he asked anyways. I told him no thanks, and that youre actually not supposed to toast it because folding the wrap makes it rip. He told me VERY rudely I was wrong, and that it is possible. That he does it all the time. Then continued to just talk to me very short and with attitude.. didnt have a pleasurable experience at all. Very first Subway Ive been to and was treated so poorly. The veggies needed to be changed to fresh ones.
