We were here ready to eat on Canada Day! They just let us in and be seated at the table but no one is getting our order. Then all the staffs are eating on the table, then they didn t even told us that they are on break and we needed to wait until they are all finish to eat! What a service! We have to leave right away. They should close the restaurant in the afternoon for their break time so they can enjoy their break.

Always a great place to go! Never had bad food or service here. Always a favourite! Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance has only stairs. And a small tightly packed interior. Would not be easy to use a wheelchair.

Came to Arigato for the first time, and it definitely wont be the last time. Friendly smiles and kind staff from the moment we walked in. The service was quick and the food was very yummy. We started with some beef dumplings, and then we were served the BBQ salmon roll, maple roll, and crazy girl roll on a board as long as the table, which was nice for a meal for 3. The rolls were quite generously sized (and needed to be for all the delicious things they packed inside), but easy to cut in half or quarters with chopsticks. They were also more than happy to provide forks to those who preferred one. We were offered a complimentary scoop of ice cream at the end, which was perfect. If youre looking for something a little different, fresh and satisfying, this is the place to go.

Very nice restaurant, the food is delicious, the staff is very friendly and greet you with a smile on their face. The portions were pretty good size.

It was good food definitely worth while checking out. However the service was slow. Been there on wing night. Service was the worst. I think it was an hour before i got my first drink. Management needs to work with their team on time skills. The waitress we had the last couple of times was good however on wing night, the waitresses were everywhere and their customer service wasnt the best. Normally i like to tip but that night i was ready to walk out. And could turn the lights brighter so someone can read the menu. I actually used my phones flashlight.

The food is so good and filling and inexpensive. Everyone here is so nice and welcoming and friendly. Such a nice atmosphere as well just lovely. 10/10 going again and again.

We love Arigato. The sushi have different selections. The tempura is sooo good. And of course our favorite Takoyaki but I hope you make the takoyaki size a little bit big. Too small but sooo good!!!

Never been to a sushi place I like as much as this one!! Every other one pales in comparison now. Their rolls are very good portion sizes, well packed down and not loose like some places do it. I never leave here hungry!

Love this sushi place! A gem in Yorkton. I recently moved away but I tell everyone I know to visit if they are ever in Yorkton. I stop by everytime I am in Yorkton and am never disappointed. Many rolls to choose from and fantastic service.

Excellent food with a great variety, great service and atmosphere. We dined here four years ago for our anniversary. We had such a wonderful experience then, that we returned this year for our anniversary, and we werent disappointed. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed by a friendly server and taken to a table right away. Our server was attentive and very friendly. The menu has so many fine selections to choose from, and prices are decent. This visit we ordered the Yaki-Soba Chicken and the Chicken Lunch Box. Serving portions are big, and everything was very flavourful and delicious! The excellent food combined with the service and atmosphere once again made this a wonderful dining experience for us, and we will definitely be back and recommend Arigato to others.

Legit fast food, this is authentic home-cooked Korean Japanese foods very good taste. Cozy, decor, fast and friendly service. Very clean. Highly recommend everything except the seaweed appetizer salad as I usually always get that wakame salad this one here tasted a little different.

Expensive for what it is, food quality is average nothing great...

I wasnt impressed by the look or taste, and couldnt eat the food. The rolls were oversized (bigger than a smokie on a bun, no joke) and the pieces had to be cut into pieces in order to eat them, which is absurd. The whole point of a piece is to have a bite size amount so you can taste a little of everything in one bite. It wasnt even cut properly and every piece was a different size. The taste wasnt good either since the rolls werent cold and they were overstuffed with everything (like huge globs of crab meat.) The veggie tempura was undercooked. The batter was wet and uncooked and the veggies were hard and raw. The tempura dipping sauce tasted like cinnamon or nutmeg or something, and weirdly enough, so did the teriyaki sauce on the noodles. The beer was warm and the water tasted funky which I assume was because it was unfiltered yorkton tap water. The service was good though, and everyone who was working there greeted us and were very friendly. But alas, that will not be enough to ever have me eat there again. This is not even a 1 star sushi place.

This place was awesome. They give you large sizes of sushi, whereas every other sushi place overcharges you small amounts fish with oversized rice. But here you get an abundance of what you pay for, and it s good. The ambience is awesome

Great food, even better service. Sushi rolls are delicious...and huge! The Crunchy Seafood roll was more than enough for me and, on a separate occasion I had the Rocky Mountain roll - art on a plate and enough for dinner with plenty left over. Regrettably, I didnt have time to try the nigiri. I also tried the Korean food and I will be back for more next time in town. Service is amazing. The staff were all so friendly and happy to recommend dishes. You should definitely check this place out if youre in the Yorkton area!

I am beyond amazed with my experience at this restaurant. It has been a long time since I have had good quality sushi, and this place just checks out all the boxes. The staff was super friendly and the service was amazing. The portions were huge, and everything tasted out of this world! I am from Regina, and I would definitely come back to this place. Got sushi as takeout from here on my birthday, it was a good price and tasty. My partner and I went back to eat in and got the lunch specials, which were also great deals and super tasty. We both had leftovers for dinner. However, shortly after lunch, we both had violently upset stomachs. No clue what was bad, as everything tasted fine, but there was definitely something wrong. I will probably try it again, but with caution.

Arigato is my all time favourite restaurant! It has the best sushi out of anywhere I ve tried. So many good rolls and dishes to try and the staff is always great. I seriously tell everyone I know about this Yorkton gem!

We were in town for the night and decided to look up a sushi place, we found this place had great reviews. We went in and right away we were greeted with happy faces, seated right away. Very friendly staff, we ordered right away and she brought out our spring rolls right away they were hot and crispy. Then camy the sushi rolls mmmm wow really amazing it was fresh and really really tasty great sauces and what a selection it was very hard to decide but we landed on the yummy yummy roll and bacon roll. They were great choices and then we topped it off with the deep fried ice cream which was also a huge serving enough for the two of us to share we got the bill right away, we had a baby with us so the fast service was really appreciated. We will definitely be back next time we pass through.

I cant say enough good about the food and the service here. I dont get a lot of opportunity to eat here, but when I do, it is always a treat.

We came from Edmonton visiting family. Weve eaten sushi in several big cities and this is definitely one of the better ones we have been to. Im originally from this area and did not expect to get sushi this good here in Yorkton. We ordered a special roll each and the portion was huge! Tasted great! I highly recommend this place. (I also noticed that the older sushi chef had a Japanese accent, adding to to authenticity.) The only negative is I want to try more on the menu, especially with Korean dishes on the menu.

I read the comment regarding someone from Vancouver stating as good. Id still say I can taste the difference in freshness, however after visiting many sushi places throught Saskatchewan Arigato is a gem. My only complaint is that Dynamite roll is Too big! Hands down my all time favorite sushi place throught Saskatchewan and in Yorkton of all places.

Food wasnt the same as I remembered it. Also the prompt to tip on the machine when Im picking up is offensive. You dont get a tip when all you have done is operate a till.

Arigato is consistently good every time that we go. Tonight was no expection, especially considering the fact that there was a couple with their four small, loud children taking up the only large table in the restaurant on one of the busiest days of the year. They demanded their servers attention for almost the entire duration of their meal, even sending back Yakisobi for having veggies in it in the middle of a major rush, all while their kids crawled around in their booth and attempted to climb the wall behind them. I felt bad for the servers at the restaurant tonight as at least one of them was on her very first shift and had to deal with the table in question. While service was slower than normal as a result, it was still good and the servers alone deserve 5 stars. If youre reading this review and the above sounds like it mightve been you: Shame on you.

This restaurant still, after all these years, is a real treat. Sushi is my favorite food to eat and critique, and in my travels I have eaten at a lot of sushi restaurants. This is at the top of my list. Any menu item, any time, any day. Leave with a full belly and a smile every time. My recommendations are the taco sashimi and anything with unagi in it. The rolls are fantastic. Tuna sashimi melts in your mouth. All the meats are very fresh and the portions are very appropriate. Noodles and broth are delicious as well. The only thing that makes me sad is that the Alaska roll was taken off of the menu. It was delicious. Ordering takeout does not affect quality or quantity of your order at all. Terrific place to eat.

Every employee was very friendly and eager to please. The sushi we ordered came very quickly. There are other items on the menu besides sushi but mostly sushi. I have also had a noodle bowl from here and enjoyed it.

Food was good, paid for our meal and the waiter followed us out and demanded tips and was rude. I wouldve tipped if they got my order right. It was super rude and made me embarrassed. Wont be going back there again.

This sushi place used to be amazing! Everything I was in yorkton id visit, covid must have hit their business very hard because ever since the sushi seems lower quality. Youre basically eating a rice ball and not sushi. I ordered take out once and got rotten smoked salmon?? It was brown, extremely stringy and very tough to chew. Definitely the worst sushi experience Ive ever had
